Cabin was way in the back next to bathroom. Convenient and clean and wonderful. Enjoyed the bar at the gas station.

Love the bathroom! Super big, granite counters, tile showers, and clean! Nice cabin with essentials. Really like the screened porch and patio. Only wish clubs for mini golf were available after the office closes. Good location to stay for visiting Carowinds!���

clean cabin and friendly staff. wifi didn't work which was important to me. grocery/liquor store within walking distance and other food and supplies were within a quick drive.

The campground did not have WIFI, not sure if it was temporary but very inconvenient. Also no cable TV, not there to watch TV but would be nice to have in the evenings. The heat was on in the cabin when we arrived and the temps turned hot and we were unable to change the system to A/C so we just suffered, Although it was not too hot in the cabin and a ceiling fan helped.

Not enough space for cabins. Too cramped. Parking is terrible. Rowdy guests took advantage of 10pm quiet time, took almost 30 extra minutes for an employee to shut that down. Bathrooms were nice, but only 1 working female shower by the cabins. Nicest cabins we've ever stayed at (11th Koa), large and spacious floorplan for the simple 6 person cabin. Check in/out process broken. Not open on Sunday?

We were there for a birthday gathering. The staff were super nice. The cabin was perfect, clean as well. Only issue is that the shower head didn’t move so being a short person it was aimed at my face and head.

Very disappointed in this KOA. Right in the middle of the city, and the RV's were packed in like sardines. Office only open 10-6, unlike every other KOA we have stayed at. People in office sent us to adjoining gas station to buy firewood, but failed to mention our cabin had no fire pit! Our cabin was a duplex and surrounded by other campers with NO privacy whatsoever.

Staff is very friendly/helpful. Bathrooms quite clean. But several sinks both facilities had no running water or had cold water only and no hot. Automatic turn off so quick that too difficult to adequately wash hands effectively. Tent site had grass so long that shoes were chronically wet from dew every time we walked am and pm. Daytime smell of pet urine. That tent area used for pet relief.

It is a populated area and not very ‘woodsy’ but staff was all very friendly snd the grounds were clean. There was no wifi and no expected ETA which is unacceptable. Also, my husband had to plunge the shower because it wouldn’t drain. No fire pit was a bummer too.

Cabin was nice....smaller than I expected. Dishes were not as clean as what we hoped. Will need to bring air mattress next time. The refrigerator did not feel very cold and I was worried about the food. We didn't get a chance to do a camp fire due to the weather.

This site was exactly what we needed for the night. I'm not too crazy about the $100.00 deposit for a cabin with no bathroom, seems a bit excessive.

It was a little confusing finding our cabin at night. Signage could definitely be better, but it didn’t take that long to find! The cabin itself was pretty nice and the bathroom and showers were really nice! I would definitely stay there again!

This was a very nice place. We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin. So it had a mini kitchen and a small bathroom. It was a little dated. But it was nicely stocked with dishes, silverware, coffee maker, microwave, and fridge. The hosts are very nice and helpful, and made us feel very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Very nice and clean restrooms but Its a little unsanitary to have sink faucet handles that you have to hold down to use. Cabin was warm and ready for us when we arrived <3. It was fairly clean and looked recently renovated. There was a stray pill in the floor that we saw before our dog did thankfully. Needed a last minute place for overnight , stay off the hwy . Called , booked cabin with ease . Customer service amazing ! Late midnight check in also! Main bathrooms absolutely spotless ! And enormous ! Would def recommend KOA to travel
