We stayed three nights, as part of a longer trip. The park was nice and the sites were big. There was a gas station and a Publix supermarket next door, which was super convenient.

This campground is squeezed into an area that is extremely busy. Unfortunately this campground needs a lot of work. The roads need repair, half of the washing machines in the laundry room are out of order and it there is no internet access. I'm not sure what is going on there but I think it must be the worst KOA I have been to.

Stayed here several times over the years. Never a negative. The facility has everything at the campground for the traveler including gas station with diesel, great store, terrific restaurant and bar. First rate.

Booked pricey pull through “big rig friendly” site to accommodate our 62 feet without unhooking. Put us at the top of a hill without room to make turn when pulling through to leave. Had to back out of site and all the way down the hill. No way to get remotely level while hooked up. Atypical of most KOA’s. Will not stay again despite perfect location when traveling from FL to MA.

Love the bathroom! Super big, granite counters, tile showers, and clean! Nice cabin with essentials. Really like the screened porch and patio. Only wish clubs for mini golf were available after the office closes. Good location to stay for visiting Carowinds!���

The campground was in disrepair. Signs were shabby, rusted, chipped, or faded. Driveways were crumbling. Food was left at campgrounds in the dirt and grass if there was any. Wifi was out and no one had the decency to email ahead of time so we could make other arrangements for connectedness. And no one knew when that might be repaired & no discount for that. Bathrooms were not fully operational.

Friendly staff. Garbage pickup. Stayed on a jack & Jill site (backed into together). Shady satellite challenging. Roadway narrow / broken. Quiet and comfortable.

This was a great place to stay. We were only there for one night but would have been comfortable for a longer stay. Sites are spaced well with level concrete pads. We have a small unit so bathhouses are very important to us. They were new, clean and spacious. Abundant hot water and water pressure. Great laundry facilities. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was ok but we had left a campsite that had paved parking spaces. I think the site would have been better if it was less gravel and more concrete. To get to the camp ground was some what difficulty to get to.

It was an overnight stay on our way to the mountains. The sites are super close together. The staff was excellent.

We only stayed for one night and it was our second time doing so. It's close to I 77 easy access in and out. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. We had trouble with our motor home starting and they got us the assistance we needed to get us back on the road. We have nothing negative to report! We will be back for sure.

We were there for a dance competition in Fort Mill. The campground was very accommodating, but they did not have a 50 amp breaker for us (even though reservations were made in advance). The site we were given was not what we expected, (short) they did not put any one behind us which gave us more room. Just a little disappointed in the office/pool/playground area, but would stay there again.

The mini golf and dog park were great. It also was very quiet which was nice. The downside was no Wi-Fi available. Also the games in the game room did not work and took $2 without play.

The campground did not have WIFI, not sure if it was temporary but very inconvenient. Also no cable TV, not there to watch TV but would be nice to have in the evenings. The heat was on in the cabin when we arrived and the temps turned hot and we were unable to change the system to A/C so we just suffered, Although it was not too hot in the cabin and a ceiling fan helped.

the only complaint is lack of wi-fi, this is the first koa that didn't have any wi-fi. that was disappointing.

Had reservation for pull through had a change needed to arrive day earlier - they found spot(backin and unlevel) I am grateful- I asked to move to my spot for rest of stay but was refused even though I had a reservation and there were several spots open during my stay. Rough roads throughout- sewer too high. Location great.

The camp ground was very nice.The bath house was very clean. The staff was very nice. The only problems we had were motorcycles reving there engines when they were leaving a near by bar late at night and some campers that came in late at night that were setting up Otherwise it was a very nice place.

Wi-Fi not available. No ice in office. Located near an airport so we heard airplanes. Bathroom was clean but smelled musty. Office closed when we departed at 10pm. Lot assigned for our travel trailer wasn’t level. Staff on golf carts were friendly and helpful. When leaving bathroom, signs needed to sites. If one leaves bathroom and they go right they will be in fenced area. Easy to get lo

Needed a last minute place for overnight , stay off the hwy . Called , booked cabin with ease . Customer service amazing ! Late midnight check in also! Main bathrooms absolutely spotless ! And enormous ! Would def recommend KOA to travel
