Sites were to close together there was no privacy no Wi-Fi and we didn’t have a fire pit we had to ask for one there was also a guy driving around all day in a truck that slowed down by our site and stared it was very creepy I would not recommend this KOA

Great facilities, great staff - very welcoming. My only complaint is that the Dump Station was locked when we departed early Sunday morning.

This to me is a weird campground the way its set up but it was fine. I always stay here when going to Carowinds. Highly recommended. ..

Helpful staff. Convenient. Downsides: No Wi-Fi as advertised. “Out of service…being replaced.” Awful entrance and exit from highway. $10 early arrival fee and campers converged at 3:00 p.m., compounding entry problems. We had to navigate an S at the entrance to get to our site. Road in rough shape. Not worth $85.00 per night. We would not stay again.

Nice, the park was very clean and the workers were very nice. the only thing that was disappointing to me was the WiFi was not working.

The staff at the KOA was amazing. They were constantly working to maintain and keep the area clean. Chris, in particular helped us with camper maintenance issues twice immediately. The friendliest staff I've seen at a campground in a long time. Will continue to make this our favorite local spot

Cabin was way in the back next to bathroom. Convenient and clean and wonderful. Enjoyed the bar at the gas station.

The office workers were very helpful and friendly. The campground was very clean and there was lots to do. The pool, ping pong, mini golf and playground were all great fun.

This is just not a very appealing KOA. I thought the employees were exceptionally nice though. The roads are a bit rough. The internet was not working “indefinitely”. There was no cable. I took a shower and the water did get hot but it was woefully low flowing. Bathroom was clean and we felt safe so it’s ok for a night for sure.

Due to two flat tires our stay was very brief. Coming in at night was a bit difficult, signage was small after getting off the main road. But we enjoyed our time at the campground. Love the modern bathrooms & showers! Very clean. Front office personnel were wonderful. If ever in the area again we would stay here for sure.

Facilities were great but if you have kids don't stay on the main road as there is long term camping in a back section that is not part of the KOA. There is no signs to not walk through this area. We got complained on. Also they asked our kids to not ride their bikes because of traffic. It's a campground.....Kids ride bikes!!! If I stayed again I would choose a different site.

camp was clean unfortunately it rained our entire stay. Campsites are way to close and this is why I would not recommend it to fellow rv'rs. We have stayed at some really nice KOA campsites but this was not one of them.

The park is just as beautiful as I remembered it and the grounds are always kept clean and neatly trimmed. The staff here is super nice and helpful in so many ways. This is a park to stay in if you are ever in the area ! We’ll see you again when we’re back in this area visiting.

Check in great and very easy, small issue sent an email regarding balance to be express paid, did but still had to confirm. Lots were ok with all the hook-ups easy to get too. Good laundry room with plenty of machines and a change machine which is a + The biggest issue is getting out of the grounds. very busy road. Right turns OK but left with a 30 to 50 foot unit difficult as NO lights

Needed a last minute place for overnight , stay off the hwy . Called , booked cabin with ease . Customer service amazing ! Late midnight check in also! Main bathrooms absolutely spotless ! And enormous ! Would def recommend KOA to travel
