Swimming lake, fishing lake & pool are not as advertised! All very, very small!! Swimming lake more like a weird color pond!!! Kids were bored all weekend. Will not go back!!

Buyer beware. It is a KOA in name only. It is a seasonal park that surrounds an open field with NO trees. The open field is the “KOA” No sewer. Gravel sites. The swimming pond, is a hole filled with dirty water. No one would swim in that water. No store. Their policy on shortened your stay is ridiculous. If you get there and have an emergency, tough luck.

All the facilities were kept clean and nice. All the workers and other campers were extremely friendly. The only I see is maybe they are short staffed so the ice and firewood were tough to get sometimes. But with the amount of workers I saw there they did an amazing job with everything.

We really enjoyed the shaded sites. I can't give it 5 stars bc we were told we couldn't use the drain on our site. The staff was responsive to texts

It is way too far off the beaten path windy narrow roads hills. And it isn’t near anything like a decent store. We won’t stay there again.

No activities offered for kids during the week. The swimming lake advertised is not really ready. The pool was closed on Friday during the day for several hours for regular maintenance and then Saturday they were refilling at 11am. Camp host kids need to be supervised better. My husband had to pull one off their sibling because they were drowning him in the pool while grandma sat in a chair.

New campground under construction Roads was made of ground up blacktop big chunks big rocks soft spots I was worried about getting out after my stay it’s not big rig friendly I walked the road out before leaving kicking big rocks out of road to keep from damaging our tires Hard to walk on road my wife almost twisted her ankle It may be nice after construction but it’s a big mess now

The staff is very nice but the big pile of gravel where we stayed was kinda a nuisance! You can tell they are trying to fix this campground up for the better and in a few years it will be better . The entrance in is not good at all. We did not mind our stay.

Chris was amazing!!! This is my all-time favorite KOA. First visit of the season was last and my family and I are looking forward to many more near-future visits. You wont be disappointed at this KOA Holiday. Super clean pool, new beach/water area. inflatable bounce pad, extremely clean showers/restrooms. Give Chris a call.

Lots of new sites are being built but won't have full hookups. If we were to stay more than 2 nights, that would be a big negative. Park was quite (mid week) and staff was friendly.

The facilities were nice but overall spots were bad. The driveway coming in and out was bad only one lane. Pool was too small. Swim lake wasn't much to look at.

The staff was friendly. The man that escorted us to our site went out of his way to be helpful all weekend. Our site was shaded and private. Our nephews played all weekend and never complained about being bored. We don’t usually enjoy staying at KOAs but this was a last minute camping trip and they had spots available. We will definitely camp here again!

Accommodations were very clean and welcoming. The hiking trail was enjoyable I would highly recommend this location to family and friends

New owners are friendly and making improvements. Signage upon entering is small or non-existent. A recent change is a completely new section that seems to have been put in hastily. The asphalt sites are not level, the step off concrete patio is onto low lying dirt/mud, the road at the turns are full of huge holes. We should have been informed of conditions when booking. Not up to KOA standards.

We apologize that the new sites were not up to standard for you. We have been working tirelessly for months to get them done and looking good. No one was more disappointed than we were that they were not perfect. The terrible weather made it tough for us. We are committed to making this KOA great!

Pretty ok for a night or 2 but after that the cracks really begin to show. Owners have a long way to go before bringing this place up to a true KOA standard. Everytime I encountered an issue or safety concern I was given an excuse or ignored. Not to mention no one is willing to enforce the policies they themselves put in writing! No integrity! Sloppy campground, sloppy owners.

Campsite was not ready for visitors. Recycled asphalt was just added and not packed down. No room to maneuver for larger rigs even though it said big rig friendly. Dog park didn’t exist. Swimming lake with inflatables wasn’t even half full let alone open. No advance notice on any of the things lacking in the park.

The campground still needs a lot of work, roads need improved specially for big rigs, we were in the F sites with no gravel pad to park on and it was listed as a pull through site, no sewer hookup. The bathhouse had no heat (very cold weekend). During our stay the power to the hookup failed at 4am so we froze till later that morning, they were able to fix the issue. Lack of staff.

You had a reservation for a grass pull thru site for your 31 foot camper and that is what you had. You did not make a reservation for a gravel pad sewer site. As soon as we were notified about the electric we came and showed you that the electrical problem was with your camper, not our electric.

I do believe they were trying but there were a few things that could be improved on: Sewer pipes were at sites but never told us not to use Only 2 trash cans but in inconvenient spots Asphalt grinding were hard to ride a bike on Not adequate staff (the 2 working were working their tails off) Camp store not open very much Huge pile of cement left on our site for 2 days

We apologize if you missed the sewer text. We did not offer sewer sites and no one paid for one. We have dumpsters on the exit roads and can look at relocating. The roads are a work in progress we know. We are understaffed as a lot of others are now. We are a small family doing the best we can.

This was our first stay at this KOA. The website showed many amenities that our kids would have enjoyed. However, after getting here and walking around. Those amenities were less than impressive. The lake with inflatables was not even filled up to use. The mini golf was not in good shape to even play on. The restrooms had no hot water and were very small and cramped. Fishing lake & pool were tiny.

We apologize that our amenities were not up to standard for you. We did not put the inflatables in yet as the weather was very cold the weekend you were there. The kids did enjoy the heated pool. We were not informed of the hot water not working in the bathrooms and it is currently working.

It is a mess!!! Should have let people know it was under construction and not ready for coaches. Left a day early because I couldn’t take it any more. Had a terrible time leaving. Sank in the mud and really had a hard time. Maybe in a few years this might improve. Employees were nice but not helpful. No refund was given . Will NEVER go back.

It was short. But the lady who greeted us on a golf cart was very friendly and kind. She got wood for us. We were in contact thru texting and if we needed anything we were quickly answered about the issue.

I have been ba seasonal camper at this campground for 17 years. Kris, Amy, and Dave do great work. Dave is the best manager I have seen there.

We love how far the campground has come in the last two years. They have made many improvements and continue to make more improvements. Our kids love the bounce pad,playgrounds and the swimming pool. Dave goes above and beyond to make everyone’s stay enjoyable. We are seasonal campers and look forward to staying for many more seasons.

Dave is amazing. He went out of his way to make sure our season was enjoyable. Loved the activities provided and the campground is well maintained. My only wish would be for a bigger pool. Looking forward to next year!!

After finishing up our 3rd year as seasonal campers we only have great things to say about this place! Great owners and staff, clean facilities and plenty to do. We have made so many close friends camping here. Can't wait for spring!!

Was having trouble finding somewhere to camp on short notice. It was late. They accommodated my every need and had reasonable prices. They even picked out a beautiful spot for me where I had a great amount of privacy. They had events going on and an outdoor heated pool on top of a regular swimming and fishing pond. Thoroughly enjoys my time there. Very polite staff. Only suggestion I have, make the restroom stalls bigger!!
