General Campground Information

Age Restrictions

We normally do not rent campsites or cabins to anyone under the age of 21. If you are under the age of 21 please call the campground at 330-690-4631 to inquire about making a reservation.

Pool Hours

The Pool is open Memorial Day until Labor Day daily from 10 am to 8 pm.

Guest Fees

At Carrollton KOA, your reservation base fee includes:
RV and Tent sites: 2 adults and your dependent children.
Cabin sites: 4 adults and your dependent children.
RV or Tent additional guests are charged a $4.00 fee for the day and $8.00 for overnight.
Cabin additional guests are charged a $4.00 fee for the day and $10.00 for overnight.
Maximum number of people permitted on a site at any time is 7.
Tent sites are not permitted more than 4 adults.
Tents are not permitted on RV or Cabin sites.

Pedal Bikes

Carrollton KOA Holiday, Ohio offers pedal bikes that can be rented for $5 per hour.  A $5 cash deposit is required and will be returned when bike is returned.  Children must be supervised on the bikes at all times.  Only one child on a bike at a time.

Late Arrivals

Arriving After Hours?That's OK!  Just stop by the night registration.  The map that is included will show you the site number and directions to your site.  Text us and we will make sure to email you a receipt.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, quiet hours are strictly enforced at the Carrollton KOA.

Cancellation Policy

RV/Tent: 48 Hours in advance of scheduled arrival date - To cancel your RV/tent reservation call us by 4 pm at least two days prior to scheduled arrival date, $10.00 cancellation fee.
NO REFUND Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day Weekends.Deluxe Cabins – 10 days in advance of scheduled arrival date - To cancel your Deluxe Cabin reservation, call us by 4 pm 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date, $25.00 cancellation fee.
NO REFUND Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day Weekends.Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.Holiday periods and Special Events require a non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.

Pet Policy

At Carrollton KOA, pets should be kept leashed and under control. Pets that display aggressive behavior will be asked to leave. Please clean up after your pet. Pets are not allowed in buildings or in pool area. Pets should not be left unattended.

Courtesy

Please respect your neighbors by keeping conversation, radio, television, and musical instrument volume to a minimum. The running of generators is not permitted.Please do not walk through another campsite.Quiet Hours are 11 PM to 7 AM.

Parking

Please park vehicles only on your assigned site. Sites which appear to be vacant may have a reservation and should not be used as parking. If additional parking is needed, check with our office regarding parking areas.

Firewood Policy

Firewood must be purchased from the campground.  No outside firewood.
