Site 120 is a tent site no room to park I was trying to squeeze in the space and crunched the door of my car on a smaller tree ... plenty of trees couple should be removed for sure!

The site we were assigned didn't have a grate for the firepit. We were tenting, not in an RV or Camper, and it seemed our site was designed for tents, so it's surprising we'd have no way to cook, or even heat up our soup. The people at the registration desk said there were no other options. We had to buy a grate. Later, we took a walk and saw campsites with grates attached to the pits. Not right.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

If you review your confirmation you will find we only offer a fire ring, not a grill for our tent sites. We do still have a few sites that have the older grills but are phasing them out. We have found campers would rather use a $15 personal grill grate that we sell in the store. Happy Kamping.

We stay at many campgrounds and this one is tops with lots to do with family and friends. We really enjoyed the Kafe's pizza and ice cream. We can't wait to return!

WOW! Let me tell you this is one of my favorite KOA's I have stayed at! The staff was VERY attentive to any need and making sure you felt welcomed! They have the BEST icecream shop. I got the recommended orange vanilla milkshake! It was so good I got it 2 more times! We stayed in a camping cabin around the pond and my father in law had a space next to us for his travel trailer. The campground bathrooms were kept very clean. It was very accommodating that they were private bathrooms with a shower in them! Added lots of pictures and videos of the campground! When we stayed here we visited all 11 finger lakes! It was a great home base for us! I would call the front desk while we were out and could order firewood and it would be delivered! Also, Salvatore pizza delivered to our campsite! So much to do in the area! If you have a group of friends/family they have a loop of camping cabins around the lake that would be great! Cabins hold up to 4 or up to 6 (in a few) and our dog friendly! Don't let me forget the campground has a VERY CLEAN pool on site!

Our family had a wonderful time and we will definitely be back! Staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The facilities we clean and well maintained.
