We stayed for 5 days in our 42 ft fifth wheel. The campground was clean and quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful. We actually arrived a day early and they were able to find a spot for our big rig and then escorted us to our pull thru site the next day.. The roads in the campground are one lane and the turns are tight with large boulders on the corners.

Everything at the park was great. The staff was first class, the grounds and sites were very clean and kept up, also the restrooms were clean and looked after. The park theme seems to make it a family park with keeping the kids busy and happy.

We enjoyed our stay at this KOA VERY MUCH! We were staying at this campground because it was close to where we were getting new tires for our Class C motorhome. We needed new tires and a front end alignment to be able to finish our cross country trip.

A great comfortable park with great host. They surely provide for all age groups. The only thing I would like to see that many other parks do where I camp is to pick up garbage and recycles at the road way morning and night only.

Second time here. Nice campground. Only complaint was that electric and water hookups were located on the wrong side of the coach.

It was a Halloween themed weekend. There was a lot of thought and detail that was obvious in the planning and set up. The grandkids had an incredible time and can't wait until next year.

The staff were all so helpful and very friendly! The campground and bathrooms were so clean and the activities offered were numerous. Our family had fun playing Bingo. We also had fun decorating our campsite and handing out candy to the trick or treaters. Thank you so very much!

This is a great park! Activities galore to keep everyone busy! The sites on the pond are fantastic…nothing beats listening to the water fountain sitting around the campfire while the sun comes up!

This was our 4th stay here, but the first time we had a site on the side closest to the entrance. The sites are good sized, but the water and electric were on the wrong side of the rv. We had to snake the hose and electrical under the rv and the hook up.was 6 inches from our slide out. Very odd, in the way and could cause a tripping hazard.

We had a nice time. The little dog park was very helpful to us as my husband had a stroke in March, so I m in charge of more responsibilities. We had very nice neighbors next to us, and a wonderful gentleman helped us with some issues we had with the RV. It's a tight squeeze, so that's the only issue I had with this particular KOA. Other than that, it's a nice setting. Thank you.

Compound was in good shape. Staff is friendly. My only complaint is the camp sites are to close together.

We were at the Canandaigua KOA for nearly a month. We enjoyed everything about our stay. The campground is kept very clean and maintained. The owners are wonderful people that truly care for their guests. Plenty of things for the kids to do.

WOW! Let me tell you this is one of my favorite KOA's I have stayed at! The staff was VERY attentive to any need and making sure you felt welcomed! They have the BEST icecream shop. I got the recommended orange vanilla milkshake! It was so good I got it 2 more times! We stayed in a camping cabin around the pond and my father in law had a space next to us for his travel trailer. The campground bathrooms were kept very clean. It was very accommodating that they were private bathrooms with a shower in them! Added lots of pictures and videos of the campground! When we stayed here we visited all 11 finger lakes! It was a great home base for us! I would call the front desk while we were out and could order firewood and it would be delivered! Also, Salvatore pizza delivered to our campsite! So much to do in the area! If you have a group of friends/family they have a loop of camping cabins around the lake that would be great! Cabins hold up to 4 or up to 6 (in a few) and our dog friendly! Don't let me forget the campground has a VERY CLEAN pool on site!
