Amazing place with amazing people. Feels a million miles away but is located right near so many things if you want to go off site.

Friendly staff, clean restrooms, enjoyed a good swim. Would have like to see Adirondack chairs at the patio sites, for the price paid. The glider was fine, considering we were there only 1 day.

The campground is clean and roomy. We have a 44’ rig with 2 vehicles and their pull throughs are long enough to accommodate that, plus some. The staff was extremely polite as well. We will definitely return when we visit the area again.

We always have so much fun when we stay at the Canandaigua KOA! So many fun activities for the whole family.

Older park in need of updating. Lots not level; door side wheels 4” off ground making for a tall step getting into rig. Hookups are not where they should be, necessitating full use of electric cord (35’) and extra length of sewer hose. The large extra cost site was not even long enough to keep my truck in with my 36’ fiver. Sites not as level as KOA website states.

We have zero lots where your wheels are 4" off the ground to be level. We believe this person is reviewing the wrong park on his travels from Texas. We have 100' patio sites or 55' long patios with extra driveways for parking. Happy Kamping.

We live locally and stayed at the KOA while our house was on the market. Very accommodating staff and everyone was fantastic ! Owners went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable during very wet conditions. Excellent Wifi and my wife was able to work from within our camper easily !

Always the best time. Wonderful enhancements during the off season like new stone pond sites and tractor wagon ride upgrade - yay new steps with little ones! Somehow I think these people also control the weather and can bring out the sun for these big weekends. I won’t even ask how, I’ll just say thank you !

I never camped at a campground where Everyone was so happy!! I was a pleasure to be around the grounds. With all the negativity in the world, I felt like I was in a enchanted place. Loved it and I will be back again!

We ordered fish fri and it was over cooked and the fries had way to mush salt on them. Will not be ordering again.

Dottie and John are absolutely the best! The campground is kept neat, the bathrooms are the best! The events are always fun and engaging. Very family friendly. I go once a year , and will highly recommend this KOA.

We stayed at Canandaigua KOA for a few days in early May to get used to our new camper van. The weather was good for a few days. We managed to have a fire in the new smokeless fire pit. The showers/bathrooms were clean and water was hot. We had a quiet and relaxing time of our second visit at this campground. A lot of events on the weekends for families, including the best Hunts pizza.

This is a beautiful campground in a lovely area of the Finger Lakes. The people are super friendly & helpful & we already have our fall reservation to return.

Although we only stayed over two nights we enjoyed our KOA site...!!! Even though it was early in the season - everything was set up well, and clean. The KOA staff was very hospitable. We will return...!!!!

Incredibly friendly staff that do everything they can do make your stay a great one. We called ahead to change sites, and because upstate NY has had such a rainy early spring, they immediately went over to the new site and dropped a couple loads of fresh stone to make sure the water wasn't a problem. Very helpful in recommendations for things to do in the area. Will 100% be back again!

Our stay was for 21 days in a fifth wheel, we got there right on April 1st and the only thing i’d change is the weather! Dotty and John were the best camp hosts, so kind and so knowledgeable. John even helped me diagnose an issue with my camper. I actually made a tiktok tour of the grounds so hopefully that will get some more business!

Beautiful campground. Only bummer was with the freezing temps, water was shut off around 10pm but at 7:30am it still was not turned back on. We would have liked to have been able to clean the black tank before leaving.

We were there for the 2nd night of the 2026 season. The campground is all set and ready to go…welcoming & pristine. We had an rv site by the pond. Loved the water feature and lighting. Penn State Alumni owned..Go Nittany Lions!

WOW! Let me tell you this is one of my favorite KOA's I have stayed at! The staff was VERY attentive to any need and making sure you felt welcomed! They have the BEST icecream shop. I got the recommended orange vanilla milkshake! It was so good I got it 2 more times! We stayed in a camping cabin around the pond and my father in law had a space next to us for his travel trailer. The campground bathrooms were kept very clean. It was very accommodating that they were private bathrooms with a shower in them! Added lots of pictures and videos of the campground! When we stayed here we visited all 11 finger lakes! It was a great home base for us! I would call the front desk while we were out and could order firewood and it would be delivered! Also, Salvatore pizza delivered to our campsite! So much to do in the area! If you have a group of friends/family they have a loop of camping cabins around the lake that would be great! Cabins hold up to 4 or up to 6 (in a few) and our dog friendly! Don't let me forget the campground has a VERY CLEAN pool on site!
