Suggestions…. Open at 8 instead of 9 am for early departures Add paper towel dispensers in bathrooms like other KOAs do. Put the bench outside of shower (similar to handicapped bathroom) since it gets all wet and we need to sit on it to get dressed. Thank you for a great week.

We were there to attend a concert at CMAC. The staff was very helpful, and the campground is well maintained. Our grandkids would love all the amenities. We will definitely stay again the next time we go to a concert!

We had so much fun! The park was clean and easy to get to. We enjoyed the pool on the hot days. Of course we played around of mini golf. We lost track of time, so we didn’t get to participate in bingo. But it was a great weekend and we can’t wait to come back!

This is a well maintained, well run, beautiful KOA. The new bathroom/showers are very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The grounds are well maintained. Beautiful heated pool. The campground is near a lot of local attractions and state parks.

Four nights which included Fathers Day weekend. The weekend was busy and noisy at night from the partying. No late night control. After the weekend it slow down and was great. The park is super clean and well maintained. It has many attractions but almost nothing included in the park price. Everything was extra. Had a propane tank filled and they charged us like the tank empty. Not by gallons purc

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We drive around at 10pm to enforce quiet hours & there is an after hour number. We have many included activities: jump pad, pickle/basket/volley/gaga ball, playgrounds, shuffleboard, fishing, pool, etc. Mini-golf, boats/bikes, & arcade are extra. Portable tanks are charged per size & yours was empty

The KOA in Canandaigua/ Rochester was fabulous! The campground was immaculate. The staff was more than helpful. There were so many fun things to do from a swan boat ride on the little pond to hiking on beautiful trails. I highly recommend this campground!

This is a great KOA and a great family running it. We try to stay here on our way to/from the East Coast. The sites are nice, the location is very clean and comfortable. But the staff is our favorite part.

Nice park that we haven’t visited in many years. It is still a nice place to stay and is convenient to some of our favorite wineries. The staff is friendly and helpful.

In efforts to give constructive criticism, I would say that I wish the hayride ran a few more times around the campground and I would love to see the mini golf updated or maintained more. Otherwise we love going to this KOA and plan to come back for years to come. The pool is perfect for the kids!! Love the family owned feel and how much they care about doing anything to accommodate guests!

Great pool, clean facilities, plenty to do. Sites are a little small. We were close to Canandaigua Farmington road which is busy and noisy, but It’s a very nice campground, I would stay again

lovely campground, very well thought out for all types of campers. Friendly staff and helpful. We were there 2 times in the last 2 weeks of various KOA campgrounds and found this one the best of all we stayed with. Keep up the good work!

This campground is beautifully maintained. The bathrooms and shower were very clean and working fine. We have spent time in the western US recently, and this campground was far more attractive and welcoming than anything we saw in the west.

Nice KOA, clean bathrooms, friendly staff, nice composite table, nice patio, and our site was extremely level. Campsite was wet, though. High water table and poor drainage, so some spots were a bit soggy. We would still recommend and come back.

Unfortunately there is not much we can do when a grass is wet after 2" of rain in one evening. The site had plenty of drainage with no standing water on it after. Happy Kamping.

Beautiful campground with a lot of fun, unique amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful, so accommodating. Everything was very clean and well-kept. The area is so beautiful and offers so much to do. Will 100% stay here again!

We stayed 1 nite in a pull thru full hookup site ... Absolutely one of the best koa's we have stayed at ... Maintenance is meticulous ... Bathhouse was like an upscale hotel ... We are looking forward to returning

We stayed on our way to Cape Cod and also stayed one night on our way back to Ohio. The campground is very neat and clean. Fellow campers were very polite and friendly. The staff at this KOA are great. They always make you feel welcome and are most helpful in setting up camp. We will be back. We travel I-90 often thru Buffalo/Roachester. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

We spent two nights here and it was AWESOME!! We will definitely be back and for longer next time as there were many things that we just didn't have time to do. I highly recommend this campground. Everyone was nice, the staff very polite and helpful and the grounds meticulous. :)

Great place. Thinking about planning a family reunion next year. This campground has many cabins for the non-rv members of my family. Close to wine country and other attractions in Finger Lakes region.

WOW! Let me tell you this is one of my favorite KOA's I have stayed at! The staff was VERY attentive to any need and making sure you felt welcomed! They have the BEST icecream shop. I got the recommended orange vanilla milkshake! It was so good I got it 2 more times! We stayed in a camping cabin around the pond and my father in law had a space next to us for his travel trailer. The campground bathrooms were kept very clean. It was very accommodating that they were private bathrooms with a shower in them! Added lots of pictures and videos of the campground! When we stayed here we visited all 11 finger lakes! It was a great home base for us! I would call the front desk while we were out and could order firewood and it would be delivered! Also, Salvatore pizza delivered to our campsite! So much to do in the area! If you have a group of friends/family they have a loop of camping cabins around the lake that would be great! Cabins hold up to 4 or up to 6 (in a few) and our dog friendly! Don't let me forget the campground has a VERY CLEAN pool on site!
