The campground, as always, was clean and the employees were friendly. We had an unfortunate upsetting experience that was no fault of the campground and had to leave early. We were refunded for the day without asking and are grateful for that. The experience involved our neighbors- who were killing wildlife with frog fishing spears. I hope the turtle survived. We just couldn't watch any more.

We loved our stay. We booked the Deluxe cabin and a tent site. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a hunch of activities for the kids even on the weekdays. Our only knock on this site was that we had to pay for some of the additional activities that are included in other camping sites such as paddle boats and miniature golf. We will be back again! -EGN

As usual, every year, the BEST campground! Quiet, family friendly, new bathrooms/showers are exceptional (all private and BIG!). Not to mention the new pool a couple of years ago. Thank you, Dottie and John, for another magnificent weekend!

Stayed in the same cabin we had two years ago for a wedding. Just a coincidence. Love the brand new bathroom facilities. Very very nice. Love the family bathrooms.

The entire campground was spotless! The cabin we stayed in was cleaner than most hotels! The shower and bathrooms were so clean. The employees go over and beyond to make this place nice. Allen was super helpful and you could tell that he takes pride in his work. We will be back!

The camp was great! I know it's difficult with so many people, but it would be great to have the showers cleaned over night so they're clean in the mornings. Just a thought. Overall had a great experience!

I had my two grandsons with me and it was great, they loved the pool, game room, bike trails, jump pad and the ice cream!! Just wish the ice cream was served every night.

We love going to concerts at CMAC and KOA is our favorite place to stay while we're there. We always add extra days because we enjoy the campground. Friendly, helpful staff, clean facilities and AC in the cabins. I honestly think the only thing that we don't like is having to leave. Great place!!!

Very nice campground, I have to say that the young workers were very pleasant and had smiles in their faces, however the older seniors working there were rude and short with us: example we were getting ice cream which is only open ONE hour from 7-8pm (Ridiculous) had probably 4 flavors to pick from when asking what flavors were available the old man was rude and dismissive. Smile or work elsewhere

Ice cream is available in the office from 9-8. Our hand scooped ice cream has 16 flavors (clearly displayed on the flavor board) & is open from 7-8. We're not sure where the miscommunication was but please feel free to let us know of any issues while you're here & we'd be happy to address it.

incredible as always-- super clean cabin and bathrooms are GREAT.. plenty of activities to keep the kids AND adults busy, but also a great place to relax....we have a large group of about 15 taking 4 rv sites and 2 cabins and we all agree Canandaigua KOA is our favorite trip of the year!!

Couldn't ask for a better camping experience! Our cabin was cool and comfortable. Also, so many activities to keep us busy. Bathrooms in the back were great, best bathroom experience I have ever had camping! Pool was also wonderful! We will definitely be back!

From check in to check out we could not be more pleased with the staff and amenities provided! A clean and gorgeous campground. The new single bathrooms were beautiful and clean-a definite reason to come back. Our pond front cabin was clean and cozy. We can’t wait to come back and explore more of the finger lakes!

Gave 5 stars in spite of the fact that a lightning bolt took out the WiFi repeaters and we had no TV or internet the entire stay. Staff was very friendly and service was quick. Restrooms continue to be very clean, great place to rent a cabin and am looking forward to seeing more cabins installed. We're coming back in July with the granddaughters.

We stayed two nights in a cabin. I was not expecting a fridge/freezer, microwave or broom and dustpan so that was all a pleasant surprise. The bathrooms / showers were very clean and my kids loved the jumping pillow. We had a great time and plan to come again. I would definitely recommend!!

Highly recommend this campground. We've stayed here twice now and both times were great. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The facilities are great too, anything you would want for both adults and kids. We would stay here anytime we're looking for a place in the area.

Updating my review to include the new Hunt's Pizza offering in the Cafe. It's a great addition and very tasty, they have a thin crust option which is perfect and a very good breakfast pizza! The pizza/wings only take about 6-7 minutes to cook and taste very fresh. Nice to have this on-site and not have to drive or wait an hour for delivery, saves gas and time! I've stayed at hundreds campgrounds and KOA's over the past 30 years and this is by far my favorite, it's a gem in the camping world. The facilities and grounds are exceptionally clean and well maintained. The campground is a nice size, everything is within walking distance. They installed a huge new pool this year and it is fantastic! The staff is all friendly, family owned and the workers appear to be campers themselves. I've always had positive interactions and it's impressive how much staff is around to help. They are very upbeat and make you feel good with every interaction. The 10 pm quite hour is enforced and staff patrol around the clock to maintain quite and help with anything you might need. The camp store is well supplied with goodies and camping essentials in case you need something critical ( I seem to every trip!). The pond is really nice and I always see people enjoying the fishing and boats. They have a Cafe with great pancake breakfasts (the blueberry pancakes are fantastic!). They also have pizza, burgers, ect. We especially love the fresh fries and onion rings, we usually grab some to have with whatever we might be grilling at the site. Probably the most family friendly campground we've been to. While my wife and I were playing bingo there was a group of kids and family playing kickball in a field and a bunch of kids jumping on some giant pillow thing, nice to see so many people having fun, even during these trying times. This is the only Campground where I've been able to get a solid wifi connection, important for me as I can do a work zoom meeting remotely. We were also able to stream directly to our smart tv from our home services. No need for cable or a satellite! There is a lot to do in the area, horse track and casino less than 5 miles away and a water park nearby. This is a great place to stay while touring the local wineries or going to Watkins Glen (I've stayed at the KOA in Watkins, it is huge and the most expensive one I've stayed at in the Northeast). I wish I had discovered this KOA years ago, it's a perfect escape from home (Syracuse NY) and less than an hour away if my wife is driving :). I recently read that RV sales are up 30% this year, last time that happened was 9/11. Campgrounds booked very quickly and I'm certain that'll happen again. I'd book a year in advance if you can't get in now, I learned the hard way. This is a great place to book a Monday-Friday if you can't get in a full week. Enjoy your stay, it's hard not to! Ps. Don't miss the Happy Camper Breakfast in the cafe!
