Ate a delicious breakfast in the KOA Café both Saturday and Sunday, relaxed in the pool and created memories with the family.

As always this is our favorite place to stay of all the camping we do all summer. The only thing I think they should look at is the speed of service at the AOK Café and their ice-cream service. The staff are nice but the wait times are crazy and needs to be improved. Both are very very slow and needs help. The rest of the campground is amazing

Thanks for Kamping with us, glad you had a great time. Please realize you are using our café services during peak times. (think McDonalds drive though at 12pm) If you prefer shorter wait times, you can visit the café when it first opens or before it closes. We also cook to order. Happy Kamping.

As usual, every year, the BEST campground! Quiet, family friendly, new bathrooms/showers are exceptional (all private and BIG!). Not to mention the new pool a couple of years ago. Thank you, Dottie and John, for another magnificent weekend!

Very well maintained and great amenities. The staff was always helpful. The one negative is that some of the sites like the one we had have the water and electric on the passenger side of our rig. We made it work but it’s not ideal.

Nice park. Sites should have been on an angle. Had to ask neighbors across the street to move their tow vehicle to make the swing without hitting them or the fire rings. Depending on where your utilities hook in you may need extensions. All in all a good place.

Excellent, friendly staff, probably the nicest staff we've ever experienced at at KOA! The entire facility is clean and well run, and we experienced a great long weekend there!

The KOA was a really nice place to visit. The staff were all amazing and friendly. The pool was nice, the bathrooms were great as well. The sites were a little close together where we were and didn't give you much room to enjoy your outdoor time. The activities they have available are great for families or couples. Would definitely stay again.

This is our favorite campground. Our kids look forward to every trip! There is so much for the kids to do from an obstacle course in the woods to fishing to the pool and best of all the bounce pillow with the new cover in it! Even rainy weekends here are so much fun!

Sad about the increase dollar amount for bingo cards.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Bingo rates have not increased in over 19 years and since it's a fundraiser we felt $2 a card was more than reasonable to help with fundraising for KOA Care Camps.

The girl running bingo and her husband were fantastic. The man from Missouri was rude. Often yelling at the kids who were playing in jump pad. Saying no playing in the rocks and saying they needed socks which would make it more slick? parents were present for any serious situation anyway. Hethreatened that he should be able to hear a pin drop after ten even though we were in bed long before then.

We do ask that kids keep rocks off the jump pad, & our signage clearly states kids must have socks on when using the pad. We hope you enjoyed the rest of the campground, feel free to let us know of any issues while you're here & we'd happy to address them.

Stayed in the same cabin we had two years ago for a wedding. Just a coincidence. Love the brand new bathroom facilities. Very very nice. Love the family bathrooms.

The entire campground was spotless! The cabin we stayed in was cleaner than most hotels! The shower and bathrooms were so clean. The employees go over and beyond to make this place nice. Allen was super helpful and you could tell that he takes pride in his work. We will be back!

The park is absolutely gorgeous!! Perfectly maintained. Everyone we had contact with was super friendly and helpful. From the store staff, to the guys selling hand dipped ice cream, to the fellow who helped us park!! We would come back again if we were in the area.

Another great trip! It is a beautiful place to camp and the KOA staff are wonderful. The pool is great and our kids loved the arcade. Our neighbour got his RV stuck on a rock and the staff were so helpful and kind, I can’t say enough good about how they helped them. We will definitely be back!

The camp was great! I know it's difficult with so many people, but it would be great to have the showers cleaned over night so they're clean in the mornings. Just a thought. Overall had a great experience!

Was only for 2 nights and needed a location close to Rochester for a wedding. I understand we were later in making a reservation but still got a pill through site. Perfect. The sites are way too close together and I could barely fit my tow vehicle on site. There was 5 feet between my awning and the motorhome next to me. Well appointed facility and friendly staff but likely won't be back.

We hope you got a change to see all of our site types. You may enjoy a larger patio/big-rig site or a more spacious back in. Unfortunately, they were all booked up so we could not offer one for your 38' 5th wheel, happy Kamping.

Very nice park, we were on the pull through sites over by the Pavilion. Nice patios but narrow sites & barking dogs in the camper behind us as they seemed to be left alone alot. I believe it was a seasonal or work campers site. Rule #9 should apply to all. Much quieter on other side of the pond & roomier sites. Overall we enjoyed our stay & amenities. Great area for other things.

Stayed with my girl scout troop for 4 days. They were great with the site they gave us. The bathrooms were very clean. Will stay again.

Highly recommend this campground. We've stayed here twice now and both times were great. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The facilities are great too, anything you would want for both adults and kids. We would stay here anytime we're looking for a place in the area.

Updating my review to include the new Hunt's Pizza offering in the Cafe. It's a great addition and very tasty, they have a thin crust option which is perfect and a very good breakfast pizza! The pizza/wings only take about 6-7 minutes to cook and taste very fresh. Nice to have this on-site and not have to drive or wait an hour for delivery, saves gas and time! I've stayed at hundreds campgrounds and KOA's over the past 30 years and this is by far my favorite, it's a gem in the camping world. The facilities and grounds are exceptionally clean and well maintained. The campground is a nice size, everything is within walking distance. They installed a huge new pool this year and it is fantastic! The staff is all friendly, family owned and the workers appear to be campers themselves. I've always had positive interactions and it's impressive how much staff is around to help. They are very upbeat and make you feel good with every interaction. The 10 pm quite hour is enforced and staff patrol around the clock to maintain quite and help with anything you might need. The camp store is well supplied with goodies and camping essentials in case you need something critical ( I seem to every trip!). The pond is really nice and I always see people enjoying the fishing and boats. They have a Cafe with great pancake breakfasts (the blueberry pancakes are fantastic!). They also have pizza, burgers, ect. We especially love the fresh fries and onion rings, we usually grab some to have with whatever we might be grilling at the site. Probably the most family friendly campground we've been to. While my wife and I were playing bingo there was a group of kids and family playing kickball in a field and a bunch of kids jumping on some giant pillow thing, nice to see so many people having fun, even during these trying times. This is the only Campground where I've been able to get a solid wifi connection, important for me as I can do a work zoom meeting remotely. We were also able to stream directly to our smart tv from our home services. No need for cable or a satellite! There is a lot to do in the area, horse track and casino less than 5 miles away and a water park nearby. This is a great place to stay while touring the local wineries or going to Watkins Glen (I've stayed at the KOA in Watkins, it is huge and the most expensive one I've stayed at in the Northeast). I wish I had discovered this KOA years ago, it's a perfect escape from home (Syracuse NY) and less than an hour away if my wife is driving :). I recently read that RV sales are up 30% this year, last time that happened was 9/11. Campgrounds booked very quickly and I'm certain that'll happen again. I'd book a year in advance if you can't get in now, I learned the hard way. This is a great place to book a Monday-Friday if you can't get in a full week. Enjoy your stay, it's hard not to! Ps. Don't miss the Happy Camper Breakfast in the cafe!
