Very warm, friendly, and helpful staff from making my reservation, getting us into our site, and anything that came up during our stay. Great site for my Casita. Will be back. Very pet friendly and accommodating. Thanks. Used as my base while out exploring and enjoying the New York Finger Lakes region. Nine waterfalls, three museums, covered bridge, and sm twn churches.

Had a great time here! My mom, sister, and I stayed in one of the cabins on the pond and it was beautiful. The AC was also great since it was 80+ degrees that weekend. It felt secluded and peaceful, but also was close enough to town to be accessible. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful, and even the fellow campers were great!

We had a great weekend camping with family yet again! There was a large group of kids causing quite a ruckus in the pool area however the staff was very prompt in speaking to the group and making the area safe and enjoyable for all swimmers!!!

we always enjoy our visits to Canandaigua KOA. we also enjoyed roseland waterpark down the road. the only negative thing i can say is that there was a group near us that was smoking pot heavily quite a few times a day, with so many kids around it was kinda off putting for them to be outside during these times. We also noticed quite a bit of vaping in the pool area.

Our day was absolutely amazing. It was our first time ever trying KOA after six years of using thousand trails and I don’t know if we ever wanna go back to thousand trails. Between the friendly staff, the fun bingo, the excellent campsite, the smoothest parking and backing in process and the mini golf. I don’t know what’s my favorite thing. But I don’t have a bad thing to say. TY Dottie &

I would highly recommend this campground. Our little cabin was so cute, extremely clean, and comfortable beds. The bathrooms were extremely clean and up to date showers. And the staff was very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend staying here.

Pull thru site as its just over night and gone in the morning. I clearly listed 31.5' trailer on my reservation. I can not leave my truck hooked to the camper and had to unhook and park sideways to not be in the road. Power and water are all the way in the front of the site by the roadway. Requiring a power extension and over 50' of hose. Had to go back n forth 4 times to exit site. Tight sites.

The site was 60' long, I offered an extension so you could stay hooked up (as you have rear power location) & your husband said no as you were unhooking to get gas. If someone parks in your way to exit please let us know. You may enjoy larger patio or back-in sites, happy Kamping.

We spent a week here and it was absolutely wonderful - even though it rained most days! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and willing to assist with anything we needed. The location is beautiful, and the amenities from the fishing pond, covered pavilion and cafe with Hershey Ice Cream - YUM - are just what we needed to relax and unwind! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Great family atmosphere. Had family reunion with different families in 7 cabins and 3 trailer sites. Loved the pavilion with bounce pad. Pool was great. Bathrooms were clean and grounds well maintained. Only issue was the weather... work on that please??? LOL...

We have been coming here over 20 years and everything is still amazing about this place! The Owners and Staff are friendly and they are involved in every activity possible! The campground is always clean also! I highly recommend coming here to other campers!

Sorry this review is late. The staff as always is very friendly and helpful, and everything is clean and well kept. We (us and our dog Buddy Holly) enjoyed our stay in the 2 room cabin. We are looking forward to staying in the upgraded cabin next year that accepts dogs. Thank you, Canandaigua KOA!!!

We had site 1 which is new this year. Best site in the whole place. Everyone is so nice and very helpful. We have been going to this KOA for 20 plus years and this is by far our favorite place to camp. See you all next year!!

Our favorite campground to take the grandkids! Very kid friendly with lots for them to do. The jump pad is the biggest hit, especially with the cover. Highly recommend!!

Stayed one night as I did many KOAs on my 2 month trip. Very tight pull thrus. People park there trucks/cars all over making it very difficult to pull my rv out in the morning. Dogs at many sites were barking the whole time we were there. Very noisy even after 10pm.

Very friendly staff, pool was fun and clean! We ordered Pizza and wing it was delicious and delivered right to our campsite! We also enjoyed delicious ice cream from 7:00 to 7:30!! Best KOA campground so far in our 42 day Journey !!

Very impersonal site… people are going thru the motions but not connected to campers… site are level clean but very close. I’ve had better hosts. Would I stay here again probably but not my first choice but not the worst either.

You will find hundreds of reviews that disagree with this as we are VERY personable with our campers. Quite frankly, being here 1 night passing through is not enough time to provide this type of conclusion about us & our staff. You may enjoy a larger patio or back-in site. Safe travels to you.

Dottie, John and the staff always go above and beyond for "Christmas in July". This year, they had a bubble machine during time with Santa and Mrs. Clause.

All the workers are so friendly and helpful! Dottie and John, are extremely kind and have fun daily activities. Clean campground with lots to do. This is the only place we’ve camped (drive up from Pennsylvania to camp with friends), and this Canandaigua KOA sets the bar high for other campgrounds. Highly recommend!

Love camping here with our grandson. Lots of things for kids to do. Clean bathrooms with nice showers. Used to bring our kids, now we are bringing the grandkids!

Great place. But the ones across from us, left there bright awning lights on all night and was shining in our windows and was hard to get to sleep

We stay often and always book the same site. It's a quiet peaceful campground and we've met some interesting people along the way! Always clean, and well tended and staff is very friendly.

Really all we want is an overnight stay, but this area seems lacking in campgrounds. We have stayed here several times while traveling back and forth to family in Massachusetts, and are always impressed by how well run and clean this camp is. Wish we still had young kids, they would really enjoy all there is to do. Bought pizza and wings from their diner and it was delivered to our site.

This KOA is amazing and just an all around fantastic campground. Clean, inviting, lots of amenities, lots of upgrades, and friendly staff. KOA's are your higher end campgrounds and this campground is a higher end KOA. Great job everyone! I highly recommend staying here.

Our family just loves camping here! We came for the first time 4 years ago just to have a test run for our new to us pop up camper and just loved it so much we just keep coming back. We've since upgraded to a travel trailer and the sites are great, lots to choose from. The bathrooms are super clean and maintenanced daily. The special event weekends are jam packed with stuff for the kids to do. We always close out our camping season with one of their Halloween weekends, and I'm pretty sure that's our family's favorite weekend of events and trick or treating on the campground. The owners put a lot of love into this place, you can really tell!

Went to visit friends and had a great time...Kids did a lot of fishing, swimming.. They also had a arcade room and mini golfing. Kids had a blast and I wouldn't mine staying for a weekend.
