Visited late April 2025. The weekend was very windy and rainy but we made the best of it. Owners and staff were friendly and accommodating. Campgrounds tidy and restrooms exceptionally clean. Will go back again.

Best campground around even on a called a rainy weekend. Would for sure stay aging. Must try the pizza I you haven’t yet.

Great site and very informative and helpful staff. They moved us to another site because of wet weather.. Again, great service. In talking to the owners, they said that the facility was a KOA since the 1970’s— one would NOT know it. The place was spotless,up to date, and clean. 5 stars!!

One star one the weather! Next time I would like straight 80's, sunshine, with a slight breeze! The snow was unnecessary � The cabin was beautiful and clean, as we're the grounds. Everything was well maintained and the family was a joy to chat with. I was by myself and was able to get the much needed R&R I was looking for!

Great well maintained campground. Staff is very friendly and attentive. This was our second stay of five nights. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our time for the first visit. We enjoy KOAs in general and especially like less busy times. The only drawback we found for booking in early April was we pay the same fee during this time of year that we would pay during prime time when the pool is open and other events are happening or food is offered .

Very nice man that checked us in. Was only for one night so didn't have much time to see the whole camping. Campsite easy to find. Would recommend that pull thru site we had, to be more leveled.

The staff is very friendly, the winners are the best and always there if you need something. The grounds are great, with the playgrounds, pool, jumping pad, bikes and putt putt! Will recommend the KOA to anyone and everyone!

Only stayed 1 night but noticed a lot for the children to do. Clean and warm bathrooms and showers with hot water. Looks like a fun place to spend time at.

Checked in on Friday Oct. 25 with my RV. The man working the desk was so friendly and accommodating! He helped me move sites to be closer to family that had booked a cabin last minute! It was a great stay and we will be back in the Spring!

under some unfortunate circumstances we ended up staying here. Ended up having a very nice time and encountered very nice employees.

Employee was SUPER friendly! Campground was beautiful, but we had a pull through and it was kind of tight. Couldn't fit our trailer and truck on it. We parked across the front of our camper which was about 5 feet from the fire pit of our neighbors. So, I was a little worried about that once their fire was going. Felt like while they were talking, they were sitting right inside with us.

Thanks for Kamping. Unfortunately all of our big-rig sites were booked for the weekend. With a 37' RV we would typically recommend a larger site. Happy Kamping.

This was our second stay at the Canadaigua/Rochester KOA. This is a quaint and very peaceful campground. We have a big rig and they accommodate the size of large RV's very well. They have a dog park that our dog enjoyed. There is a great camp store where you can find things you forgot to pack or a souvenir to remember your trip. The staff was friendly and we look forward to visiting again.

WOW! Let me tell you this is one of my favorite KOA's I have stayed at! The staff was VERY attentive to any need and making sure you felt welcomed! They have the BEST icecream shop. I got the recommended orange vanilla milkshake! It was so good I got it 2 more times! We stayed in a camping cabin around the pond and my father in law had a space next to us for his travel trailer. The campground bathrooms were kept very clean. It was very accommodating that they were private bathrooms with a shower in them! Added lots of pictures and videos of the campground! When we stayed here we visited all 11 finger lakes! It was a great home base for us! I would call the front desk while we were out and could order firewood and it would be delivered! Also, Salvatore pizza delivered to our campsite! So much to do in the area! If you have a group of friends/family they have a loop of camping cabins around the lake that would be great! Cabins hold up to 4 or up to 6 (in a few) and our dog friendly! Don't let me forget the campground has a VERY CLEAN pool on site!

Our family had a wonderful time and we will definitely be back! Staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The facilities we clean and well maintained.
