Great Campground!! The ONLY thing is the basketball court is too close to site 86 where I was and it was loud at night and people walked through my site. Overall everything was wonderful thank you !

You have a beautiful campground. We only have one complaint. We had our electric shut off on us every night we stayed! It was aggravating because we were in the middle of a movie, both times, and both times that caused us to not be able to get back to where we were. It’s never happened at any other KOA that we’ve been to, and it was done by our neighbors who must share the pole. BAD set up

This was our first time with our travel trailer and we LOVED it! Everyone was so friendly. The grounds were so clean and the staff was amazing!! We will definitely be going back soon!

We stayed a week at this location with our 3 kids and dog. We have a 2002 pop up, and during a wind storm we had neighbors RUN over to help us sort out a flipped awning. Another gifted our son apple juice, another a fire color pack. Our kids were NEVER bored. Staff were absolutely incredible, even the one who put me in time out � we even got good reports from them about our kids! LOVE this pla

Great staff, amenities and well kept. Roadways and sites are too narrow in the center of the park. We were stacked up like cord wood!

The campground was awesome!! What a pleasant surprise for my daughter and I traveling through from New Hampshire to Ohio to visit family. I wish you were closer to us because we would stay often. Loved the showers in the bathrooms….first class! My only reason for not rating you a 10 was the mosquito’s, they were awful and we really could not hang out at our site and that was disappointing.

The people were pleasant. The site we had was spacious and had a lovely tree. Only one issue. The electric water hookups sit in the middle of the neighbor’s backyard. Our neighbor kept washing big pots and would leave food residue on the ground next to our trailer. We had to work to make sure our dogs didn’t eat our neighbor’s table scraps.

Awesome staff, friendly and helpful. Little bit of a drainage issue even before torrential rains came. Good activities etc. NOT the parks fault but we must have had every barking uncontrollable dog in the world there during our stay. Also recommend having trash dumped more often or on call. Dumpsters were overflowing and even after being dumped the odor was very overpowering.

One of THE best KOA's we have stayed at! Sites are laid out nicely, a cafe for weekend breakfast & lunches on site. Bathrooms were individual showers or public at store, beautiful pond, very clean grounds. Kids in the arcade, covered bounce house, large pool or playing mini golf. Our site was very level with fine stone & slightly raised, so no issues with heavy rain. Highly recommend this KOA!

Nice campground, lots of amenities, very clean, friendly staff, nice sites. This was just an overnight stay for us but it would make a great place to stay several nights. If you have kids or grandkids, tons of things for them to do. Wish we would have had more time to spend there!

It was a lot of fun, so much for the kids to do. We will definitely be back. The only thing we found strange was we checked out and asked if there was anything to checking out the guys said no. The kids were swimming in the pool, we didn’t think anything of it. But a guy comes out and said we have to vacate the premise immediately because they aren’t a public pool. We had just checked out

This was our second time staying at this KOA and will definitely be back again. The campground has one of the nicest (modern) bathrooms/showers and they are always clean. The same can be said about the wash sink outside the bathrooms. We tent camp and our site is quiet and towards the backboard f the campground making for a very restful, peaceful and relaxing stay

Very convenient location. Well run facility with friendly staff. Only issue was the saturated grounds, everything with grass was wet, muddy, which understandably is not the fault of staff, it has been a rainy summer with frequent downpours and flooding. They are trying to keep it dry using pump's in low spots, just too much rain. We will be back though!

This property is in stunning condition and the cabins are really elevated compared to most other properties. Staff were really friendly and helpful, as well.

The staff were friendly and activities were fun but our site (103) was small and oddly shaped. (The fire ring was in the gravel very close to the camper.) also it was missing the metal grill piece. Also there was a heavy rain so the site was swamped with mud. It was a low point so the surrounding sites were dryer than ours. The pool was clean and nice. Definitely coming back but not at site 103.

Lots to do and a busy place with a very enthusiastic staff. They work hard to please. Camp was generally well maintained. The new restroom/showers were very nice and clean. Best we’ve seen in a KOA. Recommend raising some of the camp sites so they aren’t so muddy. Wi-Fi was available but virtually nonfunctional.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The campground is beautiful and we enjoyed the amenities, particularly the pool and the mini golf course. We were even able to take our large dog out on a paddle boat for a trip around the large pond! There are many things to do in the surrounding areas. We went to Canandaigua Lake to have a swim with our pup and it was delightful. We will definitely be back!

Overall the campground is nice, bathrooms are newer and very clean. Pool/area is definitely a plus. Unfortunately it rained quite a bit while there and part of our site (124) had flooded- needs to be leveled out more- and access to the K9 park was limited as well due to flooding/very soggy conditions.

The only actual flooding in the campground was in our field, which is the perfect place for it. (by design) The local city of Canandaigua declared a state of emergency, houses/roads flooded/closed etc. Your site was not actually flooded, we just had monsoon-like rains. Happy Kamping.

Very nice campground, I have to say that the young workers were very pleasant and had smiles in their faces, however the older seniors working there were rude and short with us: example we were getting ice cream which is only open ONE hour from 7-8pm (Ridiculous) had probably 4 flavors to pick from when asking what flavors were available the old man was rude and dismissive. Smile or work elsewhere

Ice cream is available in the office from 9-8. Our hand scooped ice cream has 16 flavors (clearly displayed on the flavor board) & is open from 7-8. We're not sure where the miscommunication was but please feel free to let us know of any issues while you're here & we'd be happy to address it.

Highly recommend this campground. We've stayed here twice now and both times were great. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The facilities are great too, anything you would want for both adults and kids. We would stay here anytime we're looking for a place in the area.

Updating my review to include the new Hunt's Pizza offering in the Cafe. It's a great addition and very tasty, they have a thin crust option which is perfect and a very good breakfast pizza! The pizza/wings only take about 6-7 minutes to cook and taste very fresh. Nice to have this on-site and not have to drive or wait an hour for delivery, saves gas and time! I've stayed at hundreds campgrounds and KOA's over the past 30 years and this is by far my favorite, it's a gem in the camping world. The facilities and grounds are exceptionally clean and well maintained. The campground is a nice size, everything is within walking distance. They installed a huge new pool this year and it is fantastic! The staff is all friendly, family owned and the workers appear to be campers themselves. I've always had positive interactions and it's impressive how much staff is around to help. They are very upbeat and make you feel good with every interaction. The 10 pm quite hour is enforced and staff patrol around the clock to maintain quite and help with anything you might need. The camp store is well supplied with goodies and camping essentials in case you need something critical ( I seem to every trip!). The pond is really nice and I always see people enjoying the fishing and boats. They have a Cafe with great pancake breakfasts (the blueberry pancakes are fantastic!). They also have pizza, burgers, ect. We especially love the fresh fries and onion rings, we usually grab some to have with whatever we might be grilling at the site. Probably the most family friendly campground we've been to. While my wife and I were playing bingo there was a group of kids and family playing kickball in a field and a bunch of kids jumping on some giant pillow thing, nice to see so many people having fun, even during these trying times. This is the only Campground where I've been able to get a solid wifi connection, important for me as I can do a work zoom meeting remotely. We were also able to stream directly to our smart tv from our home services. No need for cable or a satellite! There is a lot to do in the area, horse track and casino less than 5 miles away and a water park nearby. This is a great place to stay while touring the local wineries or going to Watkins Glen (I've stayed at the KOA in Watkins, it is huge and the most expensive one I've stayed at in the Northeast). I wish I had discovered this KOA years ago, it's a perfect escape from home (Syracuse NY) and less than an hour away if my wife is driving :). I recently read that RV sales are up 30% this year, last time that happened was 9/11. Campgrounds booked very quickly and I'm certain that'll happen again. I'd book a year in advance if you can't get in now, I learned the hard way. This is a great place to book a Monday-Friday if you can't get in a full week. Enjoy your stay, it's hard not to! Ps. Don't miss the Happy Camper Breakfast in the cafe!

Stayed there 3 nights in October. Great spot. All amenities were perfect and clean. Beautiful playground for the kids. Our 4yr old daughter enjoyed trick or treating and left with quite the haul. Would highly recommend!
