It was our first time staying an entire week Sunday to Sunday with our 2 granddaughters. We were disappointed there were no planned activities other than swimming and Ice cream hour Sunday through Thursday. We expected more from our previous stays. Then we realized almost all of our previous stays have been holiday weekends or special event days. Even with no planned activities we enjoyed it.

We loved our brief stay and will definitely be back when visiting family in the area-- Staff were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful; Facilities were great (we LOVED the universal bathrooms/showers); And the pool, jump pad, mini golf, playgrounds, and arcade kept our kiddos entertained. (We did have some stressful teaching moments re: the claw machine though, lol!)

Staff very pleasant and professional. Bathrooms very clean at all times of the day. Pool clean with plenty of seating. Too many activities to list..great experience. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank you Dottie for being a wonderful BINGO MC!

I had more fun at this KOA than any other! And I stay at them often. Wine tasting, karaoke, hay rides, a cafe with great food and a staff that obviously enjoys what they do!

We stayed for 3 nights and rented a cabin for our niece, the sites are a little closer than we’ve been to but the cabin was super cute. The doggie park is in a back corner but it’s good. They have ice cream in the evenings that seems to be a hit.

We stayed for one night on our way home. Loved the campground and the area is beautiful. The site was nice and level but well drained. The restrooms and showers are the best we have seen and they were very clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

We have been here many times and will return. When making reservations, be sure to be specific regarding the site you want. If you don't see it, call them, they will try everything to accommodate your needs. Thank you for all your help. Looking forward to the next time.

We only stayed one night because it was in a great location for a stopover for our trip. This is a beautiful park in a beautiful part of the country. Lots of fun for kids, if you have them. Everything was clean and very well maintained.

Very nice KOA campground . Many amenities, super clean and maintained. Our W/E site had gravel driveway and about 15 feet of grass between next camp site. They thought of everything to our stay very enjoyable . Will def return when we are in the area!

This is a great KOA. Very quiet. Everything was kept exceptionally clean and picked up. My only complaint was the particular tent site we were given. In hindsight we should have rejected it.. It was at the bottom of a gradual slope and was a sand site, and it rained. Not good. KOA great. Site terrible. Would be great small RV site. We would still visit this KOA again.

Dottie, John and family run a pristine campground! Lots of new modern upgrades. Bathrooms are just one of them.They are very clean and always kept clean! Numerous fun activities for the whole family! Our favorite KOA!!

I had my two grandsons with me and it was great, they loved the pool, game room, bike trails, jump pad and the ice cream!! Just wish the ice cream was served every night.

A beautiful park. We usually camp in parks where there is a lot of privacy and we were a little concerned with the close quarters. However, our concerns were quickly dispelled with the attentiveness of staff, cleanliness and quietness. Staff never stopped working and were very helpful and friendly, especially Allan, who always had a friendly wave or greeting. We will stay here again if in the area

The sites are small/ very close with no place for a camper and a truck. Very disappointed that KOA changed our site number. Stopped in on Tuesday and was told we will be on site 39, 3 days later, we were moved to site 17. Did not bring certain camp equipment because we thought we were on 39. Most staff were very friendly.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

17 & 39 are the exact same site type. Site 17 had plenty of room for your truck & trailer & is actually longer then site 39. We guarantee a site type, not a specific number, although we do try to honor requests.(but you had none) You may enjoy a larger back-in or big rig patio site. Happy Kamping.

Our stay was only for one night however the KOA was great! The bathrooms were extremely clean and very updated. The activities were plentiful and there was something for all ages. The AKOA Cafe was fantastic with breakfast, dinner and ice cream. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Great stay for girls weekend. Big and little kids were entertained and had a blast!! We had some concerns at the pool because there was always staff checking on us, felt watched a little more than usual at times. But, we understand the liabilities involved, etc. so we tried not to worry.

We were planning on just doing a quick stop and wanted something predictable and nice. This was that! We had a rough travel day and didn't get in until 10. The owners met us and escorted us to our site. Even directed us with a flashlight! Above and beyond kindness and hospitality.

We love going to concerts at CMAC and KOA is our favorite place to stay while we're there. We always add extra days because we enjoy the campground. Friendly, helpful staff, clean facilities and AC in the cabins. I honestly think the only thing that we don't like is having to leave. Great place!!!

Highly recommend this campground. We've stayed here twice now and both times were great. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The facilities are great too, anything you would want for both adults and kids. We would stay here anytime we're looking for a place in the area.

Updating my review to include the new Hunt's Pizza offering in the Cafe. It's a great addition and very tasty, they have a thin crust option which is perfect and a very good breakfast pizza! The pizza/wings only take about 6-7 minutes to cook and taste very fresh. Nice to have this on-site and not have to drive or wait an hour for delivery, saves gas and time! I've stayed at hundreds campgrounds and KOA's over the past 30 years and this is by far my favorite, it's a gem in the camping world. The facilities and grounds are exceptionally clean and well maintained. The campground is a nice size, everything is within walking distance. They installed a huge new pool this year and it is fantastic! The staff is all friendly, family owned and the workers appear to be campers themselves. I've always had positive interactions and it's impressive how much staff is around to help. They are very upbeat and make you feel good with every interaction. The 10 pm quite hour is enforced and staff patrol around the clock to maintain quite and help with anything you might need. The camp store is well supplied with goodies and camping essentials in case you need something critical ( I seem to every trip!). The pond is really nice and I always see people enjoying the fishing and boats. They have a Cafe with great pancake breakfasts (the blueberry pancakes are fantastic!). They also have pizza, burgers, ect. We especially love the fresh fries and onion rings, we usually grab some to have with whatever we might be grilling at the site. Probably the most family friendly campground we've been to. While my wife and I were playing bingo there was a group of kids and family playing kickball in a field and a bunch of kids jumping on some giant pillow thing, nice to see so many people having fun, even during these trying times. This is the only Campground where I've been able to get a solid wifi connection, important for me as I can do a work zoom meeting remotely. We were also able to stream directly to our smart tv from our home services. No need for cable or a satellite! There is a lot to do in the area, horse track and casino less than 5 miles away and a water park nearby. This is a great place to stay while touring the local wineries or going to Watkins Glen (I've stayed at the KOA in Watkins, it is huge and the most expensive one I've stayed at in the Northeast). I wish I had discovered this KOA years ago, it's a perfect escape from home (Syracuse NY) and less than an hour away if my wife is driving :). I recently read that RV sales are up 30% this year, last time that happened was 9/11. Campgrounds booked very quickly and I'm certain that'll happen again. I'd book a year in advance if you can't get in now, I learned the hard way. This is a great place to book a Monday-Friday if you can't get in a full week. Enjoy your stay, it's hard not to! Ps. Don't miss the Happy Camper Breakfast in the cafe!

Stayed there 3 nights in October. Great spot. All amenities were perfect and clean. Beautiful playground for the kids. Our 4yr old daughter enjoyed trick or treating and left with quite the haul. Would highly recommend!
