We had so much fun! We were not prepared but restore has everything and we never got bored.

20 of us camped during the Halloween weekend this year. IT WAS AMAZING!! Pumpkin carving contests, haunted barn. Trick or treat. Costume contest!!! So fun! Probably the cleanest bathrooms and showers I have ever seen in a campground. Very friendly staff. I just can’t say enough!!!

I solo camp and have repeatedly stay this gem. The staff are consistently friendly and work hard keeping everything as clean and inviting as possible. Their routine sweeps of the grounds allow me to feel safe and relaxed. Only reason for not making this 5 stars is due to the pond. Over the years it has gotten stagnant and a little overgrown on breast. Hoping they will be able to refresh it.

Staff was excellent. Check in was easy. Shower facilities were very convenient and clean. The only thing that would keep me from camping there again is the noise from the road traffic as the campground is situated along a busy road and if you're sleeping in a tent, you will hear the cars passing by all night long.

The staff was very accommodating. We were tent camping with a 7 month old so preferred a grass area. They let us stay at the group site with grass and trees since that area hadn't been booked.

We checked in later and it wasn’t an issue! Easy to find after hours number and quick response! The camp store has a good selection in case you forgot something! The staff is helpful and knowledgeable of the area! Jessica was awesome and very helpful!

We had so much fun on our stay at KOA. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. The pool was great and well taken care of. All of the planned activities were a blast. We'll definitely be going back soon.

Our stay at the KOA was great. We had issues with mother nature raining down on us for parts of 3 days, which turned our site into a muddy mess. That's part of the experience of tent camping. We had no issues with the facilities or staff.

Great area to camp plenty to do in area. Camp ground and bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. Staff friendly and helpful.

Had a very nice site to place the tent. The check-in was seamless. A bit buggy but that's expected in July. Didn't do much there due you late check in but they did have a swimming pool available.

Tent area, restrooms, and pool were clean. Nicely stocked lake. If I had young kids, I would be bothered by the mini golf, which should be torn down. Basketball rim was bent and vb court not kept up. Water available by the lake labeled as drinking water was brown and unlikely drinkable. Only wanted it to wash hands with. Overall a good stay for our purposes.

Another perfect tent outing at Strawberry Field! The live band Sweet Umbre was fantastic, a bonus treat. Our first time camping guest were delighted and impressed with the cleanliness of facilities and happy service of staff. Bev is always a delight and so accommodating to work with. Our 47th year of camping on these grounds...it's better than ever. Thanks for more great memories!

We had a nice time! Very clean! Bathroom was a 10! Cute cats patrolling the grounds and the sound of the Amish horse carts riding by was charming! Our only question we were going to ask was why the pool closed as our kids were about to jump in- it was about 7 I think and the posted time was 9. It was a bit chilly but they wanted to go in- I was glad they didn't but we were just wondering. : )

We are tent campers, and the permanent campers with golf carts kept circling the tent sites honking while we were fishing on the pond which is where our site was. Then a whole 15 person family came up and started feeding the fish. We felt harassed by the permanent campers and unwelcome when they have a pond of their own and the other side of the pond to use but they chose to come to our side. RUDE

We originally were going to stay at a campsite. We did not feel comfortable with that campsite. The girls up front moved us to our usual campsite and I could not thank them enough. The staff is always friendly and helpful!!! I love staying at KOA Journey!!! It’s always a peaceful stay and enjoyable!

We had a great time! The campsite and staff were great. We had some noisy neighbors and there was a loud wedding or sometype of party at the neighboring party that we could hear.

We enjoyed the nature. It is a perfect place to just slow down and relax. The facilities were clean, which is always a plus for us. The girls that work there were very nice and helpful. The only reason I gave only 4 stars is that the little lake it had a lot of moss in the surface and it was hard to fish.

Staff was very nice and always available! We pretty much had the whole campground to ourselves and it was so peaceful! Loved that they had crafts and activities for us to do and our kids enjoyed themselves too!

We had a nice stay overall. The facilities could use some updating but were clean. However, around 9:30 a large group of golf carts came around driving extremely fast and honking very loud horns. They did this around the whole camp ground. This was very disturbing at this point at night, especially since we had our dog with us.

We stayed in a one room cabin for a weekend in October and it was darling! It had everything we needed. We ordered firewood and they delivered it to our cabin and the staff was friendly although we had to wait on someone a while when we went to check in. The amenities could use a little upgrade as they were a bit run down. Over all we would stay again! We had a wonderful time.

We tent camped overnight here. The front desk staff moved our site so we could be better accommodated. The new site was perfect for tent camping. The bathrooms were also very clean.

My daughter camped at KOA outside of Butler. Her cabin was beautiful and her stay was awesome. Everyone enjoyed their time and space space. Including those of us whom visited. KOA offers great entities and clean environment.
