Arrived after 8pm & are a first time member so I didn’t know about the check in box. I called and the girls promptly arrived & were super nice. Even personally escorted us to our site which was much appreciated.

It’s a little far off the highway, but worth the trip. Bathrooms were very clean and well equipped (the ladies room even had hair dryers!) Lots of walking paths and a nice dog park. Friendly staff. We stayed one night on a trip west.

Pool was not heated as it says on the website,Quiet hours are not observed The store is minimally staffed -waited nearly 20 minutes to check in while the person in the store was out visiting with other campers Seasonal campers were smoking everywhere at the pool, at the playground. Not a smoke free facility The mini golf area is not maintained-nails sticking up, rotting wood, rusting metal

Had a great stay. Upper bathrooms really clean, Upkeep on grounds was extremely nice. Wife and I had a great 3 night stay. Would stay again definitely

The Butler/Mohican KOA was very clean, nice people, bathrooms were nice, water was hot, pressure was great. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the lots are very tight together. We felt our camper slide outs were in the other campsite.

Didn't have amenities that were listed on the site. Quiet hours were not enforced which made it hard with a sleeping toddler. Overall the campground needs a major overhaul to bring it back up to the KOA standard to justify the price

Very peaceful and quiet. Bathrooms clean, but need updating and locks need to work. Good wood service.

We love this place every time we stay. Super hosts; always helpful! Site #80 is wonderful-we will request it each time and hope it is available! Our dogs love the place, too.

I believe it’s safe to say, probably the worst KOA in the state of Ohio. Never again. This is a campground people! Not a trailer park! Looked like a white trash park. So disappointed in KOA corporate for allowing long term (seasonal) campers! We need to go back to the way it used to be. Been a frequent camper with KOA since late 70’s, and have fond memories. So we won’t be coming back.

It was ok. I didn’t think it was a KOA. Usually the koa are nicer and cleaner. Didn’t have many activities. The put put area was dirty and falling apart. Not what I’m use to. Our picnic table was broken. A lot of campers had dogs running loose. One came after us while we was walking our dog. The dog park grass was really really high.

Great people, a lot of fun and my daughter loved the activities. The Cinco de Mayo taco bar was excellent. The only issue is that the put put golf course needs some work.

Clean, well-appointed campground. Very friendly staff, level site, nice bathrooms & kitchen area. Close to gas/stores & cool military aircraft museum right down the road!

Restroom and shower houses were clean. Staff was great and friendly. Some parts of the park were in need of some repairs (mini golf ect.) and some areas that could use some clean up as you wonder the trails around the park, but overall very nice. We had a lovely stay!

The haunted Barn was great. We reserved a site a year ahead of our arrival. When we arrived we where told someone else had reserved our spot and they put us on a site with no sewer. We stayed all weekend and our site we reserved a year ago was empty all weekend. Very disturbing. They need to work on there reservations so this doesn't happen again.

The only downside was the group of people who were apparently celebrating Halloween together near our site. They allowed their off-leash dog to run free on our site (and poop without cleaning it up). They were quite loud and didn't seem to care that their children and partying was maybe infringing on others' camp time. Other than that, Mike, and Pat were all very friendly and helpful!

Nice campground close to the state park. Lot sizes were small and close together. Clean and quiet place, could have used more/bigger trash bins.

We stayed at here at Butter/Mohican koa for 2 nights , and I would say it was ok , It was our first time staying at a koa and I’ve always heard they were nice , so I thought why not, this one though, a little old for my taste, but it was close to Mohican and we wanted to canoe and also visit my son who lives in Columbus

We love it here. It’s over three hours from us but we come every year on the same weekend. It’s a beautiful setting. The staff is very nice and helpful.

My 33' motorhome plus the car had more than enough space. Friendly staff. Very very quiet. And my site was level. Campers were friendly too. It was a bit to far out of the way for my liking. Because it is so far out of The way, it took me a bit of time to find the place. Good thing a local helped me. But if you want a faraway place to relax, this is the place to do it.

Fantastic campground. If you like quiet. I will say that the internet service certainly could use a booster and the top dryer in the laundry room does not work properly. Other than that everybody was fantastic. Michael, Randy Heidi they were all terrific employees and great representatives of KOA

Good location and nice shaded site. Unfortunately the campground well water was not drinkable…. even to brush our teeth. It was brown while washing our dishes, showering and stained our porcelain toilet bowl. When I reported it to the owner she said the water is tested monthly by a lab and it’s safe to drink. She recommended getting an iron stain remover to clean our toilet bowl.

This is one of my favorite campgrounds! We stay here every year! We love that it's out in the country away from the hustle and bustle but still close to all of what Mohican and Malabar Farm State parks has to offer! My son loves their pool! We love the that they have crafts and games on the weekend! They have large full hookup, wooded sites! The pond is great for fishing! They also have some nice little trails throughout the campground! And last but not least, the staff has always been absolutely amazing! The owners go above and beyond to accommodate you if at all possible! We will always be back! ❤️
