We stayed for the Halloween weekend! Like 30 of us have been doing this for 4 years now. Amazing! Costume contests, pumpkin carving, haunted hayride, trick or treating, and haunted barn! We had the best time!!! Cleanest park! Bathrooms and showers very well maintained! The staff is INCREDIBLE!! Will be back next year!!!

The sites are nice but the Dog Park area had tons of poop in it that was not picked up. Thank you!

The site we had was very large and quite. Since we have had no rain the fire marshal put on a no band on fires during the day but at night we could have one which is not KOA fault. Very helpful and accommodating, they pick up my propane tank and filled it and returned it and hook it up. Very kind and nice people.

It was VERY tight to get to our site, one way entrance and exit. Once we got to our site it was very open and the site was HUGE. We did not explore the campgrounds as we were there for a local festival. We could not access the park wifi but didn't contact the office since it wasn't a necessity for us. I would stay again but would not go out of my way to stay again.

The shower house was very clean, but gravel roadways need maintenance. Sites are very close together. Lots of junk everywhere and many junky seasonal campers parked, making it feel like a trailer park.

Super nice people here, great and efficient check in, with an escort to our level site. No cable, and the wifi is poor. We also had no phone reception or tv channels. But the location to our festival and the peace and quiet were great!

Layout of roads and ditches make it hard to maneuver to and from our spot. Especially with larger 5th wheels and trailers.

The lights in the bathroom are full of dead bugs. Routine cleaning would help. The chili cook-off was a great time to socialize with others.

We have traveled all over the country and stayed in many campgrounds but our time here was wonderful. We were only going to stay for a night or two but stayed for almost 2 week. may not be fancy and off the beaten path but we found a GEM of a campground. Everyone was so inviting and helpful. We will DEFINITELY be back next year so keep our spot (116)saved for us. Next trip will be for a month.

Very clean, friendly, felt welcome, sites nice ...everything excellent ONLY exception was the sporadic internet. That was disappointing BUT we will come back and recommend this KOA hightly!!!

Excellent campground for singles and families alike. Super friendly and helpful staff, terrific sites, well maintained grounds, fun activities and the cleanest bathrooms around. We’ll definitely be back!

The cellular service is not very good here which I knew ahead of time. The wifi was supposed to be good and showed a strong signal but barely worked. We were unable to use it and had to drive 20 minutes away to check in with family.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Kids had a blast with the things to do. Walking trails are very well maintained. Definitely staying here again.

Excellent place to camp! We have been a few times now and enjoy coming to this location. The tent sites are spacious and the kitties they have hanging around is a fun addition! It rained last time we stayed and the front desk was able to get a tarp for someone in our groups' tent and helped set it up! Awesome!

Lovely campground. We didn’t use any of the facilities but the spaces are very large and comfortable. Rained while we were there and no puddles or mud anywhere in the area where we camped.

It was great from the time we checked in til the time we left. The girl that greeted us when we arrived was very friendly and helpful. The spot we had was great. The campground and bathrooms and showers were very clean. We will come back again.

Great campground! Owners are on site. Lots of activities and fun things to do. Close to the heart of Mohican.

The campground was extremely loud. We had an overall great experience but the talent show went until almost midnight with people singing and yelling until almost midnight. Then there were people walking around the campground drunk and yelling at each other. If quiet hours were enforced it wouldn’t have been as bad.

My first time camping with my RV. Facilities were nice and people also. My camper locked itself from the outside with keys inside - the people who came to assist were so helpful and they ended up using a master key to unlock our camper. We could not be more grateful. Thanks so much for a wonderful first experience! Would not hesitate to book at a KOA again!

35' TT. Camp site 90 is the best site on the property. Its BIG and private although if you have trouble backing in you definitely don't want this site. Showers and bathrooms, and the pool were nice. They need to keep a person in the office during office hours instead of having to call for someone.

We Love the Butler KOA so many improvements with new gravel in sites but the water line in the pool need scrubbed for sure

Facilities were nice enough but individual sites in same price area varied greatly. Our spot had less than 6’ from our trailer door to the next sites sewer hose. That site however had 20’ of grass. It is deceptive that these sites have the same description and PRICE (FHU pull thru) when some are merely a parking space and others have ample room to enjoy the outdoors.

The location of this campground is a bit off the beaten path but the grounds were clean and the lots were spacious. Kids enjoyed the pool and playground many times. Staff was friendly. The mini golf could use some TLC. Though this campground is a little outdated, we'd stay again.

This is one of my favorite campgrounds! We stay here every year! We love that it's out in the country away from the hustle and bustle but still close to all of what Mohican and Malabar Farm State parks has to offer! My son loves their pool! We love the that they have crafts and games on the weekend! They have large full hookup, wooded sites! The pond is great for fishing! They also have some nice little trails throughout the campground! And last but not least, the staff has always been absolutely amazing! The owners go above and beyond to accommodate you if at all possible! We will always be back! ❤️
