Very nice camp grounds . We go there every year

No Wi-Fi; bathrooms were minimal and every time we went to use them they were being cleaned. Campground seemed to be run by kids who didn't smile, talk or know anything. We were also put at a site that had the only light in the place shining on us. We won't be back.

Journey only has two cabins with air. Manager was rude when I questioned her about it and basically called me a liar when I said I had read that on the site it stated “most cabins climate controlled” and how it was misleading. Also received an email our second day stating that we had added an extra night and charged. They had someone else’s charges!

Went to the area for a wedding. The campground was clean and very well kept. Very quiet but it was during the early part of the week. I would stay there again if I was in the area.

We had a nice time at this KOA. My only recommendation would be to improve the Putt Putt course. We would have loved to play it but it was really run down. The pool was nice and we did enjoy that. Thank you and have a good day.

The rowdy and party atmosphere was not to our liking. The multiple golf carts running around the campground constantly was not good. Especially one night when at least 6 carts went running around, crashing one at our camp site with only concern of spilling their beer. Did not feel that could express any concerns as one of the staff were in the group.

We had a great time even had a minor mix up when we first checked in and the lady working at the desk immediately called someone over to handle the situation. It was taken care of quick and with no issues! Was a great time for adult and children and will definitely be going back again!

It was a very secluded campground. Stayed in one of the cabins. Alot of hiking trails. Owner was very nice and came and jumped our vehicle before we left as it wouldn't start. Will be back soon.

The girls did a great job with cleaning the restrooms. Love the store-well stocked. Got to play putt-putt and basketball. We appreciate the quiet at night; and we were relieved that the "rafting friends" did not stay long! Too bad they didn't clean up their site! We always have a nice stay---thank you to Bev and Steve.

WiFi was useless and didn’t work for anyone in our group. Couldn’t get our maps to work to find our way out or things to do near by. Or get alerts of severe weather warnings happening. Front restrooms were not the cleanest. Outdoor pool was decent. It is surrounded by trees so it was chilly without the sun. Lot sizes are nice, main shower house was clean.

We rented a patio site. The site was nice and big and we loved it but the furniture that came with the site needs some TLC. We were also disappointed that they didn't have a game room. A game room was advertised so we told our son about it who was really looking forward to it. When we asked about it we were told that they closed it during covid and chose to not reopen. Everything else was good!

It was absolutely amazing! The staff are very friendly & also very helpful. Just couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We love this campground. We will definitely be back!!

Staff VERY helpful and accommodating as far as the facility. HOWEVER, this DEFINITLY .NOT a 1 or 2 nite temporary/get off the highway facility. First, it's NOT 12 miles off the highway as the directory describes....more like 18-20, mostly 2 lane roads. Campground itself is nice but NOT big rig friendly as far as accessibility. Driveways are narrow, rock surface, NOT pavement...and STEEP.

The site itself was very large, level and nice. The picnic table however was nasty and old. Upon arrival the person who showed us to our site took us into the site backwards. It appeared the majority of the campsite had full time residents, and some being very loud and parking wherever they wanted, children also left their bikes in the streets. Advertised WiFi but was told only for checking email

very friendly staff. nice clean campground. a few dissapointments though.mens b- room the urninal was out of service so sometimes you had to wait in line or walk up the hill to use the other one. advertised a game room but it was closed.asked for a 2nd key to the cabin because there was 6 of us. the 2nd key didnt fit the door. couldnt find us another one. minor things. otherwise had a great time

My only complaint/issue was the bath house beside the office needs a deep clean. The other bath house was fine. The location of the campground is perfect if you want to enjoy the Mohican area.

Staff was friendly and extremely helpful and the bathrooms were probably the cleanest I’ve ever seen at any campsite I’ve ever been to and I’ve camped quite a lot in my lifetime

Stay was great, would suggest some portable toilets or a permanent one a little closer to the cabins and primitive area, it's a walk at 2 or 3am when you really gotta go ......

This Camp is so clean and quiet! The only thing I will say it there wasn't much of a grass pad at our site, mainly rocks... but everything else was as expected... the Office was closed at one point when I wanted to ask questions and buy some snacks... but they returned eventually

Very quiet and restful. Close to recreational activities. Only drawback was the fishing pond. Could improve that area. Pond is stagnant in areas. Needs cleaning.

Your pull through premium sites are definitely not worth the money. The green space we had in front of our camper was very small and on a hill. We hardly had room to put our awning out. No room for our pop up and no room to sit around the fire. It was a good thing we spent most of our time on the river and not at the campground. Also, the road going back to the sites had a very large ravine.

Other campers continuously came into our space. After we went to sleep,we were woken up several times due to people speeding by on the nearby road, campers golf carts, campers yelling and a camper was looking around our campsite with their flashlight. After we were woken up, we decided to pack up our campsite in the dark and drove 1+ hr home. We booked 2 nights but left in the middle of 1st night.

A large party of tent campers were drinking heavily. Some were beyond intoxicated. They were playing their music way too loud and after quite time. It went on like this for four hours till midnight. A man urinated in front of a 8 year old girl.

The campsites are a nice size. The sites have good shade. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing. Restroom/shower facility was well maintained. The campground people were friendly and accommodating.

Very relaxing and very friendly staff. We had alot of rain during our stay and never had a puddle around our site! Close to the State Park and River which we loved.

This is one of my favorite campgrounds! We stay here every year! We love that it's out in the country away from the hustle and bustle but still close to all of what Mohican and Malabar Farm State parks has to offer! My son loves their pool! We love the that they have crafts and games on the weekend! They have large full hookup, wooded sites! The pond is great for fishing! They also have some nice little trails throughout the campground! And last but not least, the staff has always been absolutely amazing! The owners go above and beyond to accommodate you if at all possible! We will always be back! ❤️
