Sewage hook up was questionable. WIFI was not reliable at all.

The cabin was nice. The staff that did the karaoke was amazing but too many events were canceled. The pool never opened even though it was over 70°. they actually at this KOA charge for coffee which is ridiculous even if it’s just for the cup you could’ve bought a whole bag of cups for the price they charge no signs to tell you that just was odd. Never paid for coffee at a KOA.

Despite the weather being very rainy, the terrain of the campground did not allow for adequate drainage, and there was a stream running down the front side of site. The location of the office and the amenities was too far for walking for some. This was my first adventure and taking camper to a non-seasonal site. Everyone was very nice, but I would probably not return.

Stayed over Memorial Day with family and were very disappointed. Staff refused to open the pool even when weather improved, and many activities were canceled. Amenities are run�down, Wi�Fi cuts in and out with no streaming, and cell service is poor. Several family members slipped on unsafe, muddy cabin ramps/steps.

In the scheme of campgrounds, this one is pretty rough as far as layout and upkeep. They advertise the pool as heated and open above 70 degrees however, the heater is broken and the pool never opened on the 2 days above 70. After parking our small camper, our campsite was about 5 feet wide with the fire pit almost in the road. The perk to this KOA was location to the Mohican Forest.

I have a lot to say about the mud mess of a weekend! Rain not your fault but cancelling activities cause you don’t want you new cornhole bags wet is beyond crazy! Also cancelled other things that could have happened in the sprinkle! Pool was not open all weekend! No WiFi to even bring the kids in cabin to watch a movie! I had cabin 10 and there was a small river around it! I’ll send video

Not many campers on the side where we stayed but the garbage cans were full and could be emptied more often. I get it that is a lot of ground to cover all in all good campground friendly customer oriented staff and a good experience. Thank you.

The staff was so helpful! As first time campers, it’s much appreciated! Was disappointed that the site said heated pool would be open but it was not. But we had plenty to do. We will be back. Thank you!

Campsite we were given was below subpar; it would have been more private to sleep in my front yard. While you cannot choose your site online when making a reservation, "owner" was unwilling to move me to a desirable site because they were all "reserved" (even though you can't choose your site online, so I'm still confused about that). Campground cats were cool, but I still won't return here.

We enjoyed our stay. Our cabin was comfortable and clean. The amenities of the campground could use some upgrades but overall we would stay again.

20 of us camped during the Halloween weekend this year. IT WAS AMAZING!! Pumpkin carving contests, haunted barn. Trick or treat. Costume contest!!! So fun! Probably the cleanest bathrooms and showers I have ever seen in a campground. Very friendly staff. I just can’t say enough!!!

Staff were friendly and welcoming at check in and every interaction. The store was almost never open. Our campsite was in a flood zone, but it was okay due to being the dry season. Our friends had a premium RV site but it was far away. I wish they had some tent and RV adjacent sites.

The campground was laid out well and had some nice walking paths. The bathrooms were spacious and mostly clean but really need some sprucing up.

Haven’t been back here for 10 years. Our site was nice, very large and level. However, the campground is just as it was long ago. It’s old and tired. WiFi was good, employees friendly but did not wear KOA yellow shirts. Lower bathrooms needed cleaning badly. Upper ones were ok. Good for a one night stop over while traveling. Store hours are inconsistent.

I solo camp and have repeatedly stay this gem. The staff are consistently friendly and work hard keeping everything as clean and inviting as possible. Their routine sweeps of the grounds allow me to feel safe and relaxed. Only reason for not making this 5 stars is due to the pond. Over the years it has gotten stagnant and a little overgrown on breast. Hoping they will be able to refresh it.

Upon arriving & throughout our stay everyone was very nice . But staying in a cabin you’re forced to use the restrooms and showers . And unfortunately they were not kept up and we found them to be very dirty by our 4th day. We enjoyed our stay and will return .

Had to wait for staff. Bathrooms are very clean. No catv or air tv channels. Suggest that wireless access be upgraded to allow for streaming. Limited Verizon access

Staff was excellent. Check in was easy. Shower facilities were very convenient and clean. The only thing that would keep me from camping there again is the noise from the road traffic as the campground is situated along a busy road and if you're sleeping in a tent, you will hear the cars passing by all night long.

No lights at night time, I drove over large rocks because I couldn’t see them and am now experiencing a tire leak. No lights anywhere throughout the park at night and there are multiple ditches that could be disastrous for others. I told them we would check in late and our cabins lights were not on which would have saved me time finding because it was so dark.

Registration process was simple. I asked for a reservation within 24hrs. Customer Service was excellent during call and onsite. KOA Camp facilities well managed, staff are very responsive to campers questions/requests. Staff are kind, patient and respectful and thorough. A special recognition to Victoria who helped our group of three camp sites and cabins with late checkouts. She was great! TY!!

The staff in the owner are so very personable. We stayed with them before. They go out of the way to make your stay perfect. And engage you when you come in the office. As usual the park is immaculate and the manatees are fantastic.

It was a little different than the other KOA 's we have stayed at. the staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm not sure if they are working on restoring the campground The cost of staying for 6 days was very reasonably.

As always, the staff was extremely pleasant & attentive. The grounds are very well maintained & it's easy to enjoy plenty of activities on-site or nearby. It is a great place to spend time- equal parts fun & relaxing. I rent a small cabin each year for Opening Weekend/ Prairie Peddler Festival which is a convenient, short drive down the road to the festival's back entrance. Highly Recommend!

We had a relaxing stay here. The camp is near Mohican State Park and forest. Very quiet and peaceful. I liked hearing the crowing roosters and horses of the passing Amish buggy. Many of the campsites are well shaded, level, and not to close. Staff and fellow campers were great people! We want to return someday.

The Butler/Mohican KOA was one of the quietest campgrounds that we have stayed at. Saturday's pizza party for a $5.00 donation was awesome! The staff was incredibly accommodating to our schedule, and the pizza was delicious!

Quiet and friendly. No problems with full hookup pull-thru. Cell coverage and WiFi low, but it was kinda nice getting away from tech. Nice nature trails to walk.

Some how we got the nicest spot in the camp(116). Very peaceful and lots of space with a swing next to the fire pit. Got a kick out of the rooster cawing every morning. Also close to the shower.

We stayed in a one room cabin for a weekend in October and it was darling! It had everything we needed. We ordered firewood and they delivered it to our cabin and the staff was friendly although we had to wait on someone a while when we went to check in. The amenities could use a little upgrade as they were a bit run down. Over all we would stay again! We had a wonderful time.

We tent camped overnight here. The front desk staff moved our site so we could be better accommodated. The new site was perfect for tent camping. The bathrooms were also very clean.

My daughter camped at KOA outside of Butler. Her cabin was beautiful and her stay was awesome. Everyone enjoyed their time and space space. Including those of us whom visited. KOA offers great entities and clean environment.
