Your park is beautiful and spotless clean. The one draw back for us is no cell service. We don't mind no internet but cell service it important.

This is a lovely, fresh, clean park! Staff was great, site was perfect. We actually were able to use the office wi-fi from our site about @ 100’ away. Used the laundry room easily.

Campground was fantastic and the staff was very friendly but the nightly rate was too high.

Would have given them a 5 but they don't have wifi, except right by the office. Place is very clean. Staff is very nice. Beautiful pond and nice yummy Cafe open on weekends. We'll be back.

We enjoyed ourselves greatly everything was neat, clean, and just really enjoyable. All of the staff there was very accommodating and very pleasant and always with a smile.

Good, but Smokey from the fire, my group stayed and weathered it out, it would have been nice to have a discount. The staff was great, they have things together and they went out of their way to make our experience better.

Only stayed one night, just traveling through. Liked it so much that we will be back next year! Great little park, kids loved the 3 wheel bikes and game room. Staff is great, and indicated that WiFi improvements are coming.. that would be excellent.

This KOA was nice campground, but the only WiFi they had was only at the main office. Since there isn’t any cell service available in this area, it would be nice to have some additional WiFi available. We had to leave after 24 hours of a four night stay due to extensive/dangerous forest fire smoke. It would have been nice to be given a refund for the remaining days or at least a couple of them

For the price your cable should have been high end. Couldn’t even connect. Also we left because of a fire. No cell coverage and only wifi at the office. For the price wifi should be available through out the park. With the fire danger it would have been nice to search the situation during the middle of the night when we first smelled smoke!!! Even for any emergency! Pricey for lack amenities

We were evacuated from a campground in Clio CA late afternoon. We were able to make reservations online for our camping trip to continue. They were helpful in finding us a space. 3 RV in our group. Everything went well until the end when the smoke from the park fire was coming into the camp. Luckly it was out last day. Would come back. Staff and management were great and nice

Great KOA location! I would suggest investing in WiFi extension in today’s world. We need to disconnect, but some important matters rely on the interweb. The staff were very friendly and appreciated!

I could say it’s a great place to stay due to location. I think what needs to have is the access to WiFi that can actually connect where we at. Also, we would love to stay by the lake and back the trailer there. But looks like already been assigned a spot when we got there. It would be nice if we had an option. But then again , it was a great stay and thank you for the hospitality.

I have never stayed in a KOA. But the folks at this one were awesome. Kelly and Scott are rock stars. Super nice, and very accommodating. Beautiful RV park.

Staff is wonderful, but the lack of wifi and cell service make it difficult to keep in touch with others. Installing repeaters and charging for wifi would be better than what is there now. Great for families that want to disconnect, hikers looking for overnight stay, or overnight on your way somewhere else.

Outstanding staff helpful and courteous. Maria's cooking is wonderful tasty and reasonable price. What would give this KOA a five for me would be to improve the Wi-Fi so one doesn't have to go all the way to the office to make a phone call.

Great stop overnight along the way. Easy access. Pull throughs and 50 amps. Picturesque pond right in the middle. My only beef is the pitiful wifi internet. You’d be all 5 and 10s but for the connectivity

Clean well kept campground. The camp hosts were very friendly and clued us in about Burney Falls. We drove the 20 mins each way to the falls. Well worth the drive. Would camp here again.

One of the nicest KOA campgrounds I've stayed at - well maintained, shady spots and unless you get a spot up front by the road it feels pretty secluded.

Very clean campground. Hosts were accommodating with reservations. The only reason for four stars instead of five was low voltage in power lines when park is full and everyone is running their air conditioning.

The grounds are in good shape and the pond is particularly enjoyable. Bathrooms are clean and Wi-Fi was OK. The only reason for four stars instead of five is the cost. Seems a bit high for what you get. Also, the road noise on the highway next to the campground can be a bit much, but we knew that. we would definitely go back with all those factors still play

The park is beautiful. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning in the facilities. It was 98 degrees inside the rec room when trying to play ping pong and air hockey. We asked the different staff to turn on the air conditioner 3 times during our 5 nights there only to eventually find out there is no air conditioning. It was very frustrating to have been led on about it in such heat and withkids

The park is nice- well maintained and clean... but there was no internet access other than at the office/store- it was not available anywhere else. Internet really is a necessity these days and is expected... I'm not sure what the criteria is to be a KOA Holiday designated site, but no internet and no pool doesn't seem like much of a holiday. Nice site for an overnight stay, but not a longer one.

Great friendly staff. Great location, lots to do for kids, dog friendly, the amenities? Awesome. We will be back! 5.5 hour drove. No issues. Thank you. Just restock and maybe clean the pond moss. The heat doesn't help I know.

This is the standard all KOA's should shoot for. Very nice clean park with lots of pull-throughs and great back-in spots along the lake/pond. You are not on top of your neighbor and all the sites seemed to have fire pits. The bathrooms were the best I have seen in a KOA and they were clean. There are Kamp-K9's for your pet, play area for kids, and a great loop around the pond to walk and relax.
