Fabulous staff, gorgeous showers, a beautiful setting. NO phone service and you have to go to the pleasant and comfortable office building sitting area for wifi. The Cafe was not in service as the campground closes on October 31. Best RV park in the Mt Lassen Area!

We had an excellent stay! Kevin the host was very helpful, even providing us with a way to blow up our air mattress when we ran out of batteries. The restrooms were very clean, and the water was hot!

Wonderful, friendly, and helpful staff. All bathrooms and showers were very well maintained and clean. Easy access to Hwy 89 that can take you to Burney Falls or Mt Lassen Park. The only drawback this time, was that the normally beautiful central pond was choked with algae and was unsightly.

Relaxing, beautiful, great hiking area. The grounds and bathrooms and laundry are perfect! Enjoyed it all. The store and people working there were very nice and helpful. We have stayed there before with the previous owners and greatly missed this visit the delicious meals that were provided for purchase back then. But We enjoyed our stay for sure both times!

At first I am, I was disappointed to see there was no cell service and very limited Wi-Fi and cable TV didn’t work. After a few days, I saw this is a plus.

Anne & Dave were great employees! They were very friendly and welcoming and gave us great tips about the local area along with great conversation. Campsites are well shaded and the showers are great. Wish the Wi-Fi reached further but that is my only complaint everything else 10/10

Great place with a very nice staff. Beautiful campground. Spacious sites and bathroom facilities were clean and nice. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the WiFi coverage is very limited. Cell coverage is almost non-existent. Also why do you put campers right next to each other when there are many open sites giving more space to everyone. I’ve seen this at other KOA’s as well. Stop doing

Again the staff was great!!! We were there for their Halloween festivities: pumpkin carving, crafts and trick or treating. Our grandkids had the best time with all the Halloween activities and the other park amenities. We will definitely be making this an annual Halloween weekend event.

Wi-Fi did not work unless you were standing by office/store Dark roadways and difficult angle on pull through space. Overall very clean and beautiful location. Super quiet.

We enjoyed the size of our campsite, nice room between campers. Park was clean and scenic. Will be coming again and bringing our friends. Only negative was wifi was hard to get and we were close to the office. Thank you!

We can’t say enough good things about this campground and our cabin. The staff was excellent, friendly, and prompt to help. The cabin had everything you might need to stay. Just bring food and clothes. The campground has a kitchen that you can use! Each site has a fire pit and a BBQ. Excellent stay!

We made reservations one year in advance. Our site was changed, without our knowledge. It was not a good location for us as we needed to use the restroom facilities on site. That was a poor management decision. We have used this camp ground for years. We will not use it again. The pond was the worst we have ever seen, overgrown with algae, from lack of maintenance.

Lovely place, well maintained, and spacious sites. Biggest downside is the traffic noise from highway. Our site was beside road and was woken up repeatedly through the night thinking I was about to be roadkill. We were in a tent, so this may not be a problem if in a trailer.

Annie and David went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They helped with information about places to visit, and were generally very accommodating. The grounds were nice, and well maintained. Restrooms were clean. Definitely would go back again.

Beautiful well-cared for campground. New facilities, especially the restrooms and rec room. Staff was very helpful particularly Scott. Only drawback is proximity to the highway but not enough to keep us from going back

Nice spot to set up fishing or deer camp. Staff were super friendly. Lots of RVs. Beautiful area near Hat Creek and Lassen National Park! The on-site store could be better stocked with sandwiches, and other pre-made foods for midweek when the restaurant is closed but overall a nice place!
