We had a wonderful stay at Burney Falls. The campground was very clean and well kept. Beautiful trees and a pond. The staff were all very kind and helpful. We stayed in a cabin. Very cozy. The queen bed was very comfortable. We would highly recommend staying here.

The grounds/cabin were amazing. Well kept and just enough removed from civilization. The staff were friendly and were a part of what made this trip a memorable one. Will be using this location in the future for vacations to this area.

My family really enjoyed staying. We stayed in a time where the campground was empty and it was so nice to be able to just relax on our own. The staff was so sweet and very helpful.

We had a great time , staff was friendly and helpful We had one of the small cabins for 4 It was clean Just right for sleeping in . As We were gone most of the time . I would and have told every one I know about This place. And we plan on coming back on our next trip

Staff was awesome! The campground was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed. The bathrooms were clean and impeccable. The store had everything you could ever need! You have to try Marias' apple pie! The best in the county! Definitely recommend this campground.

Overall the cabin was fine with very comfortable bed and bedding. Heating system ineffective; I informed management. Also, since cellular service doesn't exist, a stronger wifi that reaches to the Interior of the park would be very desirable. I'm probably alone on this, but as a dark sky advocate, I'd like to see those white lights turned off or made amber.

Stayed in a cabin. Very cute la king some wall hooks for coffee cups,hats. Recommend adding some shelf in the bunk beds and add some for main bed as well for wallets,keys & cell phones. Otherwise it was dry and served its purpose

We can’t say enough good things about this campground and our cabin. The staff was excellent, friendly, and prompt to help. The cabin had everything you might need to stay. Just bring food and clothes. The campground has a kitchen that you can use! Each site has a fire pit and a BBQ. Excellent stay!

It was wonderful, the management was so warm and we totally enjoyed our stay. Kids really want to visit again. The playground, petting zoo and game room are bonus features.

Cabin wasn't quite as described. Pictures seem to indicate it would be bigger. Plant some trees for a sound barrier, the trucks at night are very loud. Shower door did not fully close, Railing for bathroom sliding door broken (couldn't fully close it). Staff was nice enough and helpful, but attention to details somewhat lacking.

Stayed two nights in one of the small camp cabins. Perfect for the two of us. Staff was friendly and helpful. Grounds were clean and well kept. The pond had an algae bloom, not a big deal for us since we spent our time exploring the area.

Three of us stayed in an ensuite cabin. Please remind guests to bring their own pillows as the ones that were provided were extremely hard. Cabin was functional and clean and staff was wonderful.

We enjoyed staying at your beautiful Burney Falls/Hat Creek campground. The campground was very clean and beautiful, plus the staff was very friendly. We look forward to camping there again soon.

Stayed for 4 nights in July which was near 100 degrees each day. The cabin we stayed in had a great air conditioner, bathroom and kitchen. and located by the goats and sheep which were very entertaining and fun addition. The campground restrooms are very spacious and clean. Can't say enough about the Staff and management other than great. Drove 7 hours from Nothern Oregon and will do it again.

2 nights. Cabin was clean and well furnished. Although new to the KOA system it is an older campground which in the future will require considerable ongoing care and maintenance. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Overall great! The staff are incredibly friendly and the location is beautiful. The kids had a great time and we do plan to return. But we were staying in a cabin and in the middle of the night the smell of raw sewage woke us. We had to get all the kids out of the room and had no idea what to do. Eventually we flushed the toilet, turned on the shower, and opened all windows. We barely got by.

Very disappointing, was miss lead.l by website. No TV service, no internet, no hot water in cabin or heat. Lights were not working. Would not recommend to anyone.

We stayed in one of the cabins. It was comfortable, had everything we needed. The grounds of this KOA are spacious, clean and quiet. The pond is a nice feature. We will return.

This is the standard all KOA's should shoot for. Very nice clean park with lots of pull-throughs and great back-in spots along the lake/pond. You are not on top of your neighbor and all the sites seemed to have fire pits. The bathrooms were the best I have seen in a KOA and they were clean. There are Kamp-K9's for your pet, play area for kids, and a great loop around the pond to walk and relax.
