Stayed in a cabin. Very cute la king some wall hooks for coffee cups,hats. Recommend adding some shelf in the bunk beds and add some for main bed as well for wallets,keys & cell phones. Otherwise it was dry and served its purpose

We can’t say enough good things about this campground and our cabin. The staff was excellent, friendly, and prompt to help. The cabin had everything you might need to stay. Just bring food and clothes. The campground has a kitchen that you can use! Each site has a fire pit and a BBQ. Excellent stay!

The hosts were so amazing! Anytime I ran into them at the store I was grateful for the friendly conversation! They gave great recommendations. The cabin was clean and safe.

It was wonderful, the management was so warm and we totally enjoyed our stay. Kids really want to visit again. The playground, petting zoo and game room are bonus features.

Cabin wasn't quite as described. Pictures seem to indicate it would be bigger. Plant some trees for a sound barrier, the trucks at night are very loud. Shower door did not fully close, Railing for bathroom sliding door broken (couldn't fully close it). Staff was nice enough and helpful, but attention to details somewhat lacking.

Stayed two nights in one of the small camp cabins. Perfect for the two of us. Staff was friendly and helpful. Grounds were clean and well kept. The pond had an algae bloom, not a big deal for us since we spent our time exploring the area.

Three of us stayed in an ensuite cabin. Please remind guests to bring their own pillows as the ones that were provided were extremely hard. Cabin was functional and clean and staff was wonderful.

We enjoyed staying at your beautiful Burney Falls/Hat Creek campground. The campground was very clean and beautiful, plus the staff was very friendly. We look forward to camping there again soon.

Stayed for 4 nights in July which was near 100 degrees each day. The cabin we stayed in had a great air conditioner, bathroom and kitchen. and located by the goats and sheep which were very entertaining and fun addition. The campground restrooms are very spacious and clean. Can't say enough about the Staff and management other than great. Drove 7 hours from Nothern Oregon and will do it again.

2 nights. Cabin was clean and well furnished. Although new to the KOA system it is an older campground which in the future will require considerable ongoing care and maintenance. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Overall great! The staff are incredibly friendly and the location is beautiful. The kids had a great time and we do plan to return. But we were staying in a cabin and in the middle of the night the smell of raw sewage woke us. We had to get all the kids out of the room and had no idea what to do. Eventually we flushed the toilet, turned on the shower, and opened all windows. We barely got by.

Very disappointing, was miss lead.l by website. No TV service, no internet, no hot water in cabin or heat. Lights were not working. Would not recommend to anyone.

We stayed in one of the cabins. It was comfortable, had everything we needed. The grounds of this KOA are spacious, clean and quiet. The pond is a nice feature. We will return.

What a wonderful place! We enjoyed our stay immensely for our anniversary. Danny and all of the staff were super friendly and very helpful. Maria in the restaurant serves up great meals and delicious cinnamon rolls. We stayed in one of the cabins and it was perfect. Location is great. Grounds were clean and picturesque. Can’t wait to come back, bringing our trailer next time and staying longer!

The site has yet to mature as a KOA park. Cabin amenities were not as advertised on their web site. Park amenities almost none existent. Cannot fish/swim/boat in lake; no playground for kids, just a fenced area for dogs, no “toys” or activities. Park staff friendly and bathrooms very nice, although they ran out of TP one morning.

Beautiful & quiet property, great staff, close to Burney Falls & Lake Baum, & the most amazing women’s showers I’ve ever seen at a campground. Bathrooms were always kept clean, there’s a great store & game room too. We’ll be back!

The park is very clean. It was so nice to be in a campground that wasn’t being ruined by urban noise (music and loud TV’s). People came here to escape that. We stayed in Cabin 1 and it was pretty comfortable. The staff at the park are amazing. It’s obvious that customer service is #1 at this park. Will definitely come back and bring our RV trailer next time. Kudos to the park staff!

Great location and the employees were kind. They also have a restaurant that operates during the weekend, which was good. But, cabin smelt horribly like sewage/septic. Additionally, there was no typical KOA amenities for kids like a playground, pool, etc. (which is why we pick KOAs.) This could be a very nice KOA, but some TLC needs to be put in so it can match normal KOA standards.

Sadly, we rented a 1 room cabin with air conditioning and it didn’t work. It was like a fan. Our cabin advertised WiFi and tv and we did not have either. Also, we did not have water access outside and had to use the neighbors camp site.

Overall my family enjoyed our 2 night stay in the cabin. The cabin was clean and we had AC� . The only bad part was there was a sewer tank near by and we smelled it when the wind blew. I didn't realize how far the KOA was from everything and didn't like that round trip anywhere 40miles. The store wasn't open as advertised twice walked there in the evening at 6pm then at 8pm and both times close

It was nice. I ended up having a great time. When I first got there I had a tent site that actually had a lot of trash in it. It was so hot I upgraded to a cabin and that was great because it had air conditioning. The TV didn’t work but Danny took care of it promptly.the staff were kind and friendly. I

Cabin isn't very practical when you have an infant in a pack n play. Very small cabins. Our TV didn't work. Said they needed to up date their dish. Drain in the shower was very slow to drain water. Would almost get to the point of overflowing and running into the rest of the cabin. Only decaf coffee and a couple sugars in a dirty container. Other than that we had a great time.

Burney Falls is a peaceful and quiet campground. Has lots of shade. � walking area was nice and clean. Cabins were very relaxing.Great place to unplug since internet is not up and running yet. We will definitely put this one in our favorites.

Very friendly and clean, surrounding area is nice. However we did have a few issues=- Cabin 1 or 2 DO NOT have a bathtub as advertised, or full bathroom!!! Toilet and shower, in a very small room, no sink. TV only on certain hours, no blankets on either bunk bed. We were advised that the pond was being stocked with trout, but upon arrival told there was no fishing allowed.

Nice spot to set up fishing or deer camp. Staff were super friendly. Lots of RVs. Beautiful area near Hat Creek and Lassen National Park! The on-site store could be better stocked with sandwiches, and other pre-made foods for midweek when the restaurant is closed but overall a nice place!
