One of the nicest KOA campgrounds I've stayed at - well maintained, shady spots and unless you get a spot up front by the road it feels pretty secluded.

Very clean campground. Hosts were accommodating with reservations. The only reason for four stars instead of five was low voltage in power lines when park is full and everyone is running their air conditioning.

The grounds are in good shape and the pond is particularly enjoyable. Bathrooms are clean and Wi-Fi was OK. The only reason for four stars instead of five is the cost. Seems a bit high for what you get. Also, the road noise on the highway next to the campground can be a bit much, but we knew that. we would definitely go back with all those factors still play

The park is beautiful. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning in the facilities. It was 98 degrees inside the rec room when trying to play ping pong and air hockey. We asked the different staff to turn on the air conditioner 3 times during our 5 nights there only to eventually find out there is no air conditioning. It was very frustrating to have been led on about it in such heat and withkids

The park is nice- well maintained and clean... but there was no internet access other than at the office/store- it was not available anywhere else. Internet really is a necessity these days and is expected... I'm not sure what the criteria is to be a KOA Holiday designated site, but no internet and no pool doesn't seem like much of a holiday. Nice site for an overnight stay, but not a longer one.

Great friendly staff. Great location, lots to do for kids, dog friendly, the amenities? Awesome. We will be back! 5.5 hour drove. No issues. Thank you. Just restock and maybe clean the pond moss. The heat doesn't help I know.

Everything worked great. My site was spacious, quiet, sufficiently level and had good shade and a nice view of the pond. The campground was clean and well kept and very nice modern showers. The staff was friendly and very helpful - Thank you!

Campsites are adequate, gravel and turf, grounds are kept up. We had a tire go down and I asked the Park Host about a place that could help and he sent the grounds keeper with a portable air tank to air up the tire. That's going above and beyond in my book!

We had a great time. The place is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. Showers are large and have a dry area to keep your belongings. The restrooms are kept clean.

We had a lovely time camping with our travel trailer among the trees. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were very helpful when we had a little problem with our trailer. We loved feeding the goats and taking our dogs to the dog parks. The little pond was so picturesque. It’s a great location close to Lassen Natl Park, Mt. Shasta, and Burney Falls!

Wi-Fi only works around the office and lounge. Cable TV channels have poor reception. NO ATE service. Friendly, helpful staff. Watch out for stickers (goat heads?)! Check pet paws. Kid's feet. Highway noise. Critters come through the campground at night. Way overpriced!

Sites are very small. Grass between our campsites is weed & gravel. Nice store, bathrooms and showers. They a little petting zoo with 2 goats & sheep. No grass in dog parks(2) They advertise wifi, but it didn't reach most of the campsite and there was no cell service unless you went to the office.

Very nice place, but the map is not clear on the type of sites. Also would be helpful to have WIFI and cell reception in the site not just at the store.

New owners are working hard to upgrade an already fantastic campground. Beautiful pond shore sites with resident geese. Centrally located in limitless volcanic country places of interest.

The campground and people were very pleasant. The only problem that I had was it that there was emergency there was no cell service and no Wi-Fi except for at the office which was very spotty. They need to do something with their Wi-Fi for the whole park because it’s in the middle of nowhere, which is great but for emergencies not a place to stay.

We loved our stay very nice to sit next to the pond. The staff were amazing and kind. What I did not care for was the dog potty area. They were just dirt and very small.

WiFi only available at the office. (We also happened to have no AT&T cell service). Cable channels were very limited. We had stayed at the Shingletown KOA in the past. We were very satisfied. Should have stayed there this time.

Free high speed wifi for everybody. In the showers a place to sit and a shower head on a hose in handi cap stalls. shower head with a hose in all showers.

A rare gem in a sea of mediocre KOAs. Our hosts went out of their way making sure our stay was exceptional. Delivering food to our site was just over the top for us after driving for the day. Definite five star from us and highly recommend.

Great campground! Bathrooms were clean and nice, showers were hot and free. Great people and wonderful spots. My spot had a sewer hook-up that was too high for my class C but I could move to another site and dump no problem. WIFI was unavailable in spot even though I had the closest spot to the store.

We have been traveling thru national parks. We stay at KOA every 4 to 5 days to refresh, check email, do laundry, shower, and so forth. This is a nice campground (maybe ‘in the works’). When we arrived they had water and boiler issues. So no showers, no laundry. The WiFi was only available around the main office building. Not what we expected and to far out to change plans.

Staff was incredibly friendly, the bathrooms were clean and showers were huge and hot! Wifi worked great throughout the campground. Trash was picked up regularly and never built up or smelled, amenities were maintained well even on a busy Memorial Weekend. The kids loved riding their bikes and feeding the goats. Already booked our sites for next year!
