The staff was extremely accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The facility’s were in immaculate condition and comfortable. This was our first experience with a KOA and we were very impressed. So much so we booked our next trip before we checked out.

It is a great campground, immaculately kept, especially the restrooms. Wi fi is there, but not the greatest reception, but who needs that when you are at a relaxing spot like this KOA?

We completely enjoyed our one week stay at Burney Falls/Hat Creek KOA. The park is well maintained and shows the pride of the staff. From the escort to our site upon arrival, to assistance backing into our site, to information on local points of interest, to quick delivery of firewood, we couldn't have asked for more from the staff. To a person, they all have happy "can-do" attitudes.

The park is beautiful, well maintained. The sites are large and not too close to your neighbors. Jim in the office went out of his way to be friendly and explain the area and gave us advice what to see. We were in site 80 and loved it. Will definitely go back.

The campgrounds were beautiful and well kept. Almost all the people I met there were long time visitors and nothing but good things to say about the camp. I look forward to coming back later in the year and do some more fishing.

Nice serene, family friendly campground. And the bathrooms were AWESOME. Friendly staff, easily accessible. Couldn’t ask for a better stay.

Very nice campground. The only odd thing about the campground was the picnic tables are on the drivers side of the campsite. Didn’t like that but everything else was great.

Very nice and peaceful place. Friendly and helpful staff. If you want to get away from everything this is the place to stay. The cable didn’t work and no phone reception. This is the second time we stayed here and the cable wasn’t working last year when we stayed also. Not much in the store for supplies. The grounds were well maintained.

Our stay was very nice. The only thingI would say is that calling and getting a call back or an email back didnt happen. Park opened may1st the day we arrived and the park didnt look ready to open at all. sites were full of pine needles and cones that had been down for a long time cause they were very think. Dog park was nice but dog poo every where, Office was never open.

My first impression of the staff was outstanding! Often, the first interaction can set the tone for the entire trip, and I found them to be extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, and articulate. The sites were spacious, and the countryside beautiful. Overall, it was a great stay in a beautiful area with great staff. Thank you!

Since it was end of season, the campground was less than half full, making it very nice for us and our friends. We had our two sites all to ourselves at one end of the campground. The host/store employee was very helpful and friendly. He even helped me map out a place we wanted to visit on his computer. The bathrooms were super clean and recently redone. WiFi was nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Burney Falls. The campground was very clean and well kept. Beautiful trees and a pond. The staff were all very kind and helpful. We stayed in a cabin. Very cozy. The queen bed was very comfortable. We would highly recommend staying here.

We have been regulars at this park for over 15 years and love the upgrades the new owner (KOA) has done. Can’t wait to see more each year. Improving the WiFi should be next on the list (in my opinion). Enjoyed our visit with Scott GM, Myra (not sure of spelling) and Roberto. See you in June

Beautiful park! The bathrooms are beautiful and very clean. It's also not too far from Lassen Volcanic National Park.

We had a very nice day, the park is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed our sites having the grassy area in the middle of our campsites.

I was given pull through site 30. This site should be shut down until fixed. The sewer connection is higher than the parking area on this site only. Unable to use sewer/grey hose during stay. Had to move to another site just to empty and clean my tanks. Thankfully there was one available or it wouldve been a problem as there was no community dump. So much for an amenity I paid for but didn’t ge

staff was very friendly and helpful. Manager Scott let us watch the Thursday night football game in the game room after hours. campground was very maintained. looking forward to our next trip to Burney Falls

This is the most peaceful Campground, there's just something about the beauty of the trees and the location of this place. We had a really nice time a family group camping trip thank you for making our stay comfortable and fun

Nice campground that just changed to KOA 2 or 3 seasons ago. Expensive for what they offer. They are making improvements to the property, but charging as though it is full updated, which it is not. No cell service, although it could be had with a booster. No wifi unless you come to the store. No pool or fitness center. Charge for what you do have, not what you may have in the future.

Great place to stay to go to Lassen Volcanic NP. Staff was great. They have a restaurant open on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Really quiet. Game room with big screen to watch football

It was so clean and peaceful. The staff was so friendly too. The petting zoo was so well kept as well as the fishing pond. Will definitely be staying here again.

Ohmygosh-what a beautiful campground!! After a long day of travel, we were happily surprised by the facilities, cleanliness, and’s size of the camp site. The staff came to greet us even though we were a late arrival. We had an easy pull through space that we set up in under 30 minutes. We can’t wait to come back and spend some time here!!

Staff was incredibly friendly, the bathrooms were clean and showers were huge and hot! Wifi worked great throughout the campground. Trash was picked up regularly and never built up or smelled, amenities were maintained well even on a busy Memorial Weekend. The kids loved riding their bikes and feeding the goats. Already booked our sites for next year!
