Cable TV was on the website and there wasn't any, only wifi was right next to office. 3 acre pond was full of scumm on top, Staff was friendly but for the price your paying not worth it.

My family has a great time last weekend. The staff was amazing and kids had a lot of fun with the scavenger hunt.

The park is beautiful and the staff is so accommodating and super friendly. We are already planning our next stay with Burney Falls/Hat Creek KOA.

Remote but best location to Lassen NP. Great forested location. Big sites. No problem for our 42ft coach. Good utilities. Weak wifi only in the office area. Friendly staff. The pond will be great once the scum is controlled.

Three of us stayed in an ensuite cabin. Please remind guests to bring their own pillows as the ones that were provided were extremely hard. Cabin was functional and clean and staff was wonderful.

I really wanted to rate this campground higher. It's a really nice area, the couple running it are super friendly. The deal breaker for us was there is zero cell signal and their wifi only works within several feet of the office. Even the cable didn't work. We are traveling the country in our rv and we need to be connected. We won't stay here again.

Nice, open park. Bathrooms are super clean! Staff was friendly and helpful. The park is close to both Burney Falls and Lassen Volcanic park. The only down side was that WiFi was only accessible at the store. Overall, this is a good park!

There really is nothing to do at this KOA, especially for kids. The rate seems high for not being able to get a Wi-Fi signal except for when you’re literally at the office. The pond was so choked with blanket algae that there was a big dead fish at our site, which was really unfortunate. Otherwise the grounds are very well maintained and bathroom showers were very very clean.

Gorgeous park, lovely staff. Would be REALLY HELPFUL if the Wi-Fi could be strengthened/ extended out into the park.

Would provide a higher rating if the TV channels were better (not fuzzy), improve internet service and clean pond. High rating goes to the staff and management who were very pleasant, helpful and professional. Camp sites were very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our site, very spacious.

It is a lovely campground in a convenient location. Check in was great and Dave was very helpful. I’d rate this higher, but it’s awfully expensive for a one night stay where I don’t want/need showers and bathrooms. I wouldn’t use a swimming pool, but at this price it should have one. Lastly, since there is no cell phone connectivity there’s no excuse for not having wifi throughout th

It’s a nice campground the staff is friendly and helpful my only concern was lack of Wi-Fi there are no cell towers in the area they did have Wi-Fi in the store and game room but only there. They had a craft every for the kids on Saturday which was great we have 3 grandchildren living with us so they enjoyed the event and the game room we would consider staying there again only if they get Wi-Fi

We immediately were escorted to our site and shown all the hook ups. The gentleman was extremely polite and courteous. Top notch resort and awesome how much they care about their customers!!! Great food too!!!

The 3 acre pond is a swamp filled with mosquitoes. The WiFi ONLY works if you are in the registration/store area. The RV sites are nicely spaced with room to spread out. Easy back in site. The game room has air hockey in the same room as the TV. If you are watching TV you hope no one wants to play air hockey. The pool table top is torn. It was just a one night stay for us. 36' MH for us. d

The staff was great and the setting was absolutely beautiful! The only downside was the number of mosquitoes so just make sure to bring extra strong repellent :-)

Staff were wonderful! Location made it ez to visit Burney Falls 1 day & Lassen Park the next. However, we were right next to hiway & it was hard to enjoy the scenery & location. With the traffic noise, there was no peace & quiet. Cable TV gave us 4 fuzzy channels, not a big deal. However, lack of Inet was, especially not knowing in advance. Update your website so we know what to expect!

We really liked the campground. Nice and clean. We camped facing the pond so it was fun to watch the ducks. Would have liked better wifi since there is no cell service there. A wifi booster would have been nice. Also, the store could use more products.

Only one set of bathrooms/showers. From our campsite it was a really long way to walk so we didn't use them. They said they had WiFi at the office only, which is ok but it didn't work well at all. Our campsite was close to the highway and it was noisy.

The staff is amazing and friendly. The bathrooms are very clean. Centrally located to many attractions. There is no service anywhere expect at the general store so this is a great place to unplug and put your phone down and have conversation with your family and friends.

We enjoyed staying at your beautiful Burney Falls/Hat Creek campground. The campground was very clean and beautiful, plus the staff was very friendly. We look forward to camping there again soon.

We loved it! The staff were ALL friendly, helpful & clearly loved working there! I think most or all of them live on site. I rated it a 4 only because the mosquitoes!! I hear they are planning on cleaning out that pond—- please allow that to happen sooner than later!! I understand this site is new to KOA and theres alot to do still, but it was very clean and quiet! Allow Mosquito care first! Me

It was nice and clean. We loved they are trying to get the wifi stronger. Only concern was we were not notified of a policy change regarding site locking fee which created some stress at check-in.

Helpful staff & roomy woodsy sites. Showers meets new and big! Only negative is the bright lights around the park, thankfully at our site our light was out otherwise it would’ve ruined our stargazing. Lights were so bright across the park it was annoying to look out at night.

Supper Nice Staff, some of the best KOA staff I have worked with. Nice camp site. Would of been a 5 rating if they had better Internet. There is NO Cell phone connectivity at all, even with a signal booster; nothing. The cable TV hookup worked and provided about 11 channels which was nice to be able to get the evening news. All the services worked and were clean. Overall happy with our stay.

It was only for one night, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Helped us with backing into our site. The food at the cafe was good.

Nice spot to set up fishing or deer camp. Staff were super friendly. Lots of RVs. Beautiful area near Hat Creek and Lassen National Park! The on-site store could be better stocked with sandwiches, and other pre-made foods for midweek when the restaurant is closed but overall a nice place!
