It’s a nice campground the staff is friendly and helpful my only concern was lack of Wi-Fi there are no cell towers in the area they did have Wi-Fi in the store and game room but only there. They had a craft every for the kids on Saturday which was great we have 3 grandchildren living with us so they enjoyed the event and the game room we would consider staying there again only if they get Wi-Fi

We immediately were escorted to our site and shown all the hook ups. The gentleman was extremely polite and courteous. Top notch resort and awesome how much they care about their customers!!! Great food too!!!

The 3 acre pond is a swamp filled with mosquitoes. The WiFi ONLY works if you are in the registration/store area. The RV sites are nicely spaced with room to spread out. Easy back in site. The game room has air hockey in the same room as the TV. If you are watching TV you hope no one wants to play air hockey. The pool table top is torn. It was just a one night stay for us. 36' MH for us. d

The staff was great and the setting was absolutely beautiful! The only downside was the number of mosquitoes so just make sure to bring extra strong repellent :-)

Staff were wonderful! Location made it ez to visit Burney Falls 1 day & Lassen Park the next. However, we were right next to hiway & it was hard to enjoy the scenery & location. With the traffic noise, there was no peace & quiet. Cable TV gave us 4 fuzzy channels, not a big deal. However, lack of Inet was, especially not knowing in advance. Update your website so we know what to expect!

We really liked the campground. Nice and clean. We camped facing the pond so it was fun to watch the ducks. Would have liked better wifi since there is no cell service there. A wifi booster would have been nice. Also, the store could use more products.

Only one set of bathrooms/showers. From our campsite it was a really long way to walk so we didn't use them. They said they had WiFi at the office only, which is ok but it didn't work well at all. Our campsite was close to the highway and it was noisy.

The staff is amazing and friendly. The bathrooms are very clean. Centrally located to many attractions. There is no service anywhere expect at the general store so this is a great place to unplug and put your phone down and have conversation with your family and friends.

We enjoyed staying at your beautiful Burney Falls/Hat Creek campground. The campground was very clean and beautiful, plus the staff was very friendly. We look forward to camping there again soon.

It was a great place to stay clean staff friendly close to state and national parks the only bad or good depending how you like being connected 0 phone service and only wifi is by the office

We loved it! The staff were ALL friendly, helpful & clearly loved working there! I think most or all of them live on site. I rated it a 4 only because the mosquitoes!! I hear they are planning on cleaning out that pond—- please allow that to happen sooner than later!! I understand this site is new to KOA and theres alot to do still, but it was very clean and quiet! Allow Mosquito care first! Me

It was nice and clean. We loved they are trying to get the wifi stronger. Only concern was we were not notified of a policy change regarding site locking fee which created some stress at check-in.

Helpful staff & roomy woodsy sites. Showers meets new and big! Only negative is the bright lights around the park, thankfully at our site our light was out otherwise it would’ve ruined our stargazing. Lights were so bright across the park it was annoying to look out at night.

Supper Nice Staff, some of the best KOA staff I have worked with. Nice camp site. Would of been a 5 rating if they had better Internet. There is NO Cell phone connectivity at all, even with a signal booster; nothing. The cable TV hookup worked and provided about 11 channels which was nice to be able to get the evening news. All the services worked and were clean. Overall happy with our stay.

Disappointed on internet service, cell phone coverage, first two nights unruly campers staff was aware. To site were nice and clean. Restrooms were well stocked and clean.

The KOA itself was quite nice. The tent sites are unfortunately quite close to the road but it’s not a deal breaker. Adding a bathroom closer to the tent sites would be a major improvement. It would also be great if every tent site had water. The difference in price is very minimal so might as well just have water at each site.

This was our second stay at this location and we had a great visit both times. I believe this is a newer KOA and it is apparent the owners are dedicated to making it a great place. The bathrooms were clean with large showers and the RV spaces were large. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Although a minor concern, it would be nice if the wifi was extended farther the campground.

We love this KOA. You do t go to many that have escort service to your site, continual monitoring of the grounds to make sure everyone is following the rules and is quiet and kind to others, the staff is friendly and helpful, we will definitely be staying here again.

Little to mad max for us. Dust rolling through camp with the off road vehicles. Sites, showers and grounds very well kept. Great for family looking to off road.

Nice park but no cell or internet service at your spot. Must go to office for WiFi. Can use WiFi for phone at office, but it expecting calls, won’t get them at your site. Would not stay again.

Beautiful and peaceful setting amongst Redwoods and a pond. Clean facilities and a store. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The wifi was only available around the office was my only complaint.

Tent space #8. No water faucets anywhere for tents nearby. The space was very nice. Staff was helpful and polite. The store was closed on Sunday. It would have been nicer to have cell service.One big issue for me is the awkward big toilet that should have been more handicapped friendly. THE GRAB BAR WAS WAY ON THE OTHER WALL AND ONE BEHIND THE TOILET. THE SHOWERS WERE VERY NICE BUT VERY SLIPPERY.

I think if you advertise wifi included, when it's only barely available at the office, you should state that it's pretty close to non-existent and offer a discount. Didn't care much for all of the mosquitoes either.

The staff was so friendly every time we interacted with them. We stumbled upon a kid craft time they were putting on and our daughter was so excited. Little things like that made our stay extra special. Thank you!

Staff was incredibly friendly, the bathrooms were clean and showers were huge and hot! Wifi worked great throughout the campground. Trash was picked up regularly and never built up or smelled, amenities were maintained well even on a busy Memorial Weekend. The kids loved riding their bikes and feeding the goats. Already booked our sites for next year!
