It was wonderful, the management was so warm and we totally enjoyed our stay. Kids really want to visit again. The playground, petting zoo and game room are bonus features.

Was very happy with our stay. Beautiful area. Laundry room was spotless and accommodating with a nice table that had a built in rod to hang clothes right out of the dryer. Lots of walking trails. Hope to see you again soon.

The place is super nice & relaxing camp sites are very large , nice grassy areas . The laundry Room is clean and has very nice washers & Dryers The baths are spacious and clean. Fishing pond has great fishing 2 nice dog runs and poop bags are all around as you walk your dog . We will definitely be back

Beautiful campground & so easy to get to from Reno…super clean rest rooms, plenty of doggie bag stations and play yards…overall, had a wonderful time! Wi-Fi & cell reception was not good…maybe something they could work on

We really enjoyed our stay at Burney Falls/Hat Creek KOA. We played pool and pong pong two nights in a row and ate the delicious breakfast burritos! The grounds were clean and picturesque. The staff were nice and friendly!

Beautiful park, great employees, very polite and helpful. But, we had no Wifi - it did connect but there wasn't enough power to get on the internet and the cable at our site and at least one other site wasn't working. Aside from those issues, we enjoyed our stay.

People were friendly, place was clean fir the most part. Pond was disgusting. Went to go to dinner in the cafe and an hour into service they were out of chicken which was the special.

Great location, camp site clean and roomy. Late season visit, store sparse on inventory; didn’t get to sample kitchen but aroma convincing. Wi-fi is limited to store footprint.

We stayed at 2 other KOA on this trip before Burney Falls. I did not have anything particular good to say about the previous locations. But the staff here was so incredibly nice and helpful. On top of that, the showers could have been at a resort. Let alone the property was just clean. We hope to make it back!

Cabin wasn't quite as described. Pictures seem to indicate it would be bigger. Plant some trees for a sound barrier, the trucks at night are very loud. Shower door did not fully close, Railing for bathroom sliding door broken (couldn't fully close it). Staff was nice enough and helpful, but attention to details somewhat lacking.

Back in site with FHUs on gravel/ dirt. Easy check in. No surcharge for early check in.Showers and bathrooms largest we have seen. Plenty of room in shower stalls and lots of hot water. Laundry room was excellent $3/washer, $3/dryer. WiFi only in main building and very weak. Only major improvement needed. Great access to Lassen National Park....only about 25 minutes to north entrance.

Beautiful, well maintained and spacious grounds. Lots of paths and options within the campground for morning and evening walks. Very enthusiastic camp management.

Loved this park employees were great. My only slight negative is that when there are so many spaces available it would be nice to space the guests out more. This comment would apply to most campgrounds. Tjis park was great and will be even better once the lake/swamp.is cleaned up.

The property was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only suggestion would be to extend the wifi beyond the immediate vicinity if the store.

Easy check-in. Very accommodating. Large sites. Restrooms/showers recently remodeled and are beautiful and CLEAN! Huge showers. Two dog areas which was convenient. Well-kept grounds. Absolutely non-existent Wi-Fi/internet, which we are sure KOA will enhance in the future. We would definitely return to this KOA!

Stayed two nights in one of the small camp cabins. Perfect for the two of us. Staff was friendly and helpful. Grounds were clean and well kept. The pond had an algae bloom, not a big deal for us since we spent our time exploring the area.

This is our first time staying at this KOA. Your facility is very good. Well kept and a friendly staff. Only negative is that cable TV was a little weak on the signal. We will be back next year.

Great shower, best of any KOA I have stayed at. Whole bathroom was spotless. The manager called me that day to let me know the after hours protocol. Very thoughtful.

Swap not a lake, marginal wifi, 5:30 am wake up call by trash people, all that for high price wow!

Kevin was so friendly. He offered to escort us to our site. Our site was clean. Improvements to the park included remodeled bathrooms, huge free showers, dog park, petting zoo and great clubhouse, so we could watch the game. The road noise is just something you have to live with.

Scott and crew were awesome! We’ve been coming here for 3years and the improvements the team have made are great. Very disappointed with the condition of the lake, as that is a great feature. I hope this is the project for improvement this winter.

We had a wonderful stay at your establishment, it was our first time on an outing like this. We look forward to returning it was so clean, and quiet. The restrooms were very well maintained. The staff very helpful and friendly. The sights all around were easy to get to the waterfalls, national parks, shopping center fairly close by, we even went to a casino nearby Thank you all

except for the traffic from the toad outside the park, everything was perfect! i was concerned about the internet, but going to the store and meeting new friends was great! the staff are extremely nice!

Awesome staff, clean and well maintained RV and tent sites and great amenities for kids! This place is centrally located to Burney Falls and Lassen and a short drive to fishing spots. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

Have been going to this park for several years and will return. Hoping to see more of the work in progress done next year. The game room had lots of equipment but broken lighting and was dark. My biggest complaint is the weak wifi. Prices went up considerably when it became KOA and my expectations went up. We had family coming up for Labor Day and could not get texts thru except at store.

Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had beautiful site #13 right by the pond. We enjoyed just sitting by the pond & the 15 Canadian Geese, who landed on Monday morning before our departure. Beautiful well maintained grounds with modern & clean bathrooms/showers. Nice playground for the kids and cute little petting zoo. Close location to Burney Falls & Lassen Park.

Staff was incredibly friendly, the bathrooms were clean and showers were huge and hot! Wifi worked great throughout the campground. Trash was picked up regularly and never built up or smelled, amenities were maintained well even on a busy Memorial Weekend. The kids loved riding their bikes and feeding the goats. Already booked our sites for next year!
