The grounds, restrooms and cabin were clean and maintained. Being so close to the end of the season, the store inventory was a bit low. The hosts were friendly. Had a great time.

It was a short stay, but we had a great time. Our kids liked the pool, and they loved the "bike" rentals. As we paid a lot for the deluxe cabin, I wish the bike rentals were part of that cost. Also, while the staff ultimately got the propane grill working, it took some time, and we needed it, as we were not allowed to have bon fires or cook in the cabin due to the burn ban.

Warm, welcoming, and helpful staff. Our cabin was as expected - clean and cozy. Had a nice surprise finding basic toiletries, toilet paper and dish washing supplies in our cabin which we hadn’t expected - an excellent touch. Tons of activities for kids. Would love to see an investment made in updating the pool, playground and other areas. No complaints but many things are showing age and dated.

Burlington KOA is the worst KOA I've stayed at in 40 years. It was not a welcoming experience and the list of petty rules and extra charges was surprising. It is like the ownership has never stayed at a KOA because they didn't exude the KOA experience. KOA shouldn't feel like a prison camp. My family (3 generations) will never return to this property. Kampers beware.

We had a great stay. There wasn't a hot tub as advertised, and the mini golf course could use some updates. The staff were super friendly and there were plenty of things to do.

My stay at Burlington KOA during the 4th July weekend was amazing, the neighbors just outside the campground put on a fireworks display worth tens of thousands, the staff at the campground provided a foam dance party with DJ, the kids went nuts and had A great time, the onsite security personnel was consistently making checks / to ensure A peaceful and safe stay, and the casino 5 mins was cool too

We stayed 2 nights with my friends. The staff were very friendly and helpful, both the restroom and shower exceptionally clean. There are wonderful places to visit near the campground, making a very convenient for us to explore spots like North Cascade National Park (including the Washington Pass Observation Site and Diablo Lake) and Deception Pass State Park.

We came in for a baseball tournament and had most of the team there. 4 cabins and an rv site. The kids had a blast running around and After reading reviews about staff and visitors I was starting to worry. The lady in the office and security were polite and professional. I understand the need to charge for extra guests but do feel it too much. Overall it was a great experience for us.

The campground is nice and clean and check in is easy. I find it grating when I reserve a cabin and I'm charged extra for a 3rd person and $5 per day parking per extra motorcycle when they fit easily into the space allotted. Then you have to buy their wood to have a fire. I'm not sure whether the staff constantly has to deal with bad customers but they have a "no" first attitude.

It was very relaxing and peaceful. I have 2 complaints. First was there was a lady with her dog who kept walking her dog in our area and not picking up the poop. Next, the store had expired food and they still sold it. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Cabin smelled like wet dog and dog urine. Dog hair all over the floor and dog bones under the bunk bed mattresses. Door was broken, main light so dim you couldn’t see and heater had no knob so I didn’t use it. Kit Kat and Push Up ice cream from store were expired. The cabin was clean and we brought our own bed linens as advertised. However, there were no towels. There was also no one at the front desk at the hours advertised, if the lack of towels was an oversight. We couldn’t ask for clarification, so we drove to town to purchase some. It was also frustrating that the heaters only had one temperature — ”on” — 60F. Winter camping could be cozier.

Thanks to the attentive security person, I had all my questions answered in a more than satisfied manner, I stayed in a cabin over Christmas vacation had the time of my life thanks to the peace and serenity at Burlington KOA I plan on staying again this summer .

The park, cabins and bathrooms were EXTREMELY clean and quiet. It was very nice to get away but not leave skagit valley. Have stayed when i was extremely young child and come back now as a adult and still have nothing but great things to say!

We stayed there after Labor Day weekend so the staff and activities were cut back. We stayed in a cute cabin that had everything we needed and it was easy to get to. The dog park was great and the area was great for walking the dogs and a shallow creek running on the property. To close to the main road not back in the park for quietness.

The stay was nice. We have stayed in several different cabins, from deluxe to camping cabins. Although, this time was a camping cabin, it worked out just fine. The owners are great!! And the camp was packed. Our grandsons had a great time. Thank you to all that run and keep the grounds so clean and the cabins in good shape, We appreciate you!

We enjoyed our stay and took part in the mini golf and mining. There was a total of 8 of us, grandparents, kids and grandkids. We have stayed here before and what we have noticed is that they take every opportunity to nickel and dime us. One example, we paid $40 to play mini golf and were told we had to be back in one hour. We hurried and made it back. We were the only ones there.

The cabin we rented said it would sleep 6. The beds were small for our older children. The kitchen didn't have any pots pans and 2 spoons. When I called they told me the cabin had utensils to serve 6 people? Nice otherwise but bring a lot of your own stuff if you want to use the grill for cooking.

Your staff is always so kind and courteous! This trip due to traffic, we arrived early for our cabin stay. Even though it was before checkin time and it wasn't quite ready yet, she suggested we could wait -- and even called a few minutes later to let us know we were good to go! We got all settled in with extra time to start our vacation early! Staff going above and beyond is much appreciated.

Beautiful grounds, very well maintained! The camping cabin we stayed in was lovely: spacious, clean, cozy. The pool was very refreshing. There was plenty to keep my 3 year old busy with the playground, jump pad, pool, and she absolutely loved the gem mining. Cool activity idea!

We enjoyed our stay at this campground. The cabins are close to the tent sites. The site we had is also close to the restroom. Cabins are well situated with the tent sites that’s why we were able to enjoy the group camping. This place is clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this campsite..

We had a wonderful stay at your camp ground. There were a couple issues with the coffee pot and shower. When reported they were addressed immediately. The workers were very polite and professional. The only comment I have is that the advertisement states cooking facilities and TV. However we were instructed to not use the cooking facilities and the TV was not hooked up.Thanks!

First time experiencing staying in their RV. Besides the beds being uncomfortable, toilet area was a bit tight inside RV but overall all other things were great. They have nice camp ground, clean restrooms. Indoor pool, though a bit cold.

Not very impressed with the staff who were working. I was a late check in and some lady in an RV yelled at me when I was parked at the gate. Late check in directions were not clear from lady I talked with on the phone. The guy who checked me in was okay. Cabin was clean and AC was on which I appreciated. Never did find the dog park.

Pro's: Immaculate grounds, clean, friendly staff, quiet, beautiful area and the kids loved the pool. Con's: Expensive - most activities cost $$ Deluxe cabin not well equipped - would have been nice to have the following: a couple more trash bags, some kitchen items > basic items for cooking- spatula, strainer, etc... a mat for shower floor, and coffee. Coffee maker filter had mold on

Thanks for taking time to leave a review The coffee filter is a charcoal filter so what you saw wasn't mold also the extra trash bags are in the bottom of the trash can. Cooking is not allowed in the cabins so you must bring your own cooking items to use our propane grill outside the lodge.

We traveled to watch the last race of the season at Skagit raceway. From the first call to check out we had great service. The park was clean and inviting. The hosts were friendly. The park was quite and peaceful. We will be back next season!

This campground is unfairly underrated. We enjoyed our stay so much. The restrooms and showers are cleaner than I've ever seen at the campground. The territory is very well maintained and very beautiful. Thank you for your hospitality!
