The staff were very friendly. The campground was clean and well maintained. We wish we could have purchased wood at the local store as the camp store does close early and we missed out chance to have a fire the first night. We had a very nice stay

Nice shady pull through sites. Very friendly staff. Bathrooms & showers were clean. Easy to get to the Anacortes ferry and then to the San Juan islands.

My kids and I had the best time!! As we were leaving, out frisbee got thrown up on top of one of the buildings. You all grabbed a ladder, got the frisbee and we were on our way. I appreciate you!!

Very Clean bathrooms and Showers. The tent camping is super in small area. Unfortunately KOA's are turning into RV catering rather than family friendly camping. Over $115 with tax for two nights of tent camping? Starting to move away from family friendly. Last, we needed to cancel 1 night due to the circumstances of a death in the our extended family. KOA inflexible and unwilling to refund.

Very clean and nice RV park. Lots for the kids to do. I was disappointed that the park does not allow and day guests on the weekends. We had to make other plans to spend time with family.

Clean cabin, helpful staff. Only request would be soap in bathroom. Did not bring and had to go buy. Otherwise very enjoyable stay.

Friendly staff. Large sites. We don't have kids, but the kids there seemed to have fun. There seems to be lots of playground equipment. Very good security.

From the moment I put my motorhome in park I was pleasantly greeted and asked to walk into the office to check in, it took only two minutes and I was back in my motorhome to park in a beautiful level space. The grounds had beautiful flowers and so much to do, if you want to do it. We were just happy to enjoy the view and relax. Great for young children as well and very well kept.

Neighboring cabin had many people staying in it that smoked constantly (which is their right…), an older gentleman was outside drinking and coughing every day/night, and what I presume was his wife was seen peeing on the side of the cabin when the bathroom was about 50’ away. The grounds were nice and well-kept, so no problems with that.

Way too many restrictions and rules at this KOA. Nothing should be sitting outside of your trailer. What?! Can't have a fire unless you buy their wood. No guests on weekends, no exceptions - not even with a fee. Cameras as well as security sitting at the entrance (I live in the next county over - this is a safe area and this level of security is unnecessary). It goes on...

Thanks for your review yes this is a very safe area having our security is what keeps it from getting unsafe safety and security is our number one priority for our guest.

Nice location close to the city,a little dusty on the road. I would recommend spraying the road occasionally with a dust deterrent

We stayed at Burlington KOA for Jul-Aug. We’ve been traveling across North America full-time and this was the best KOA experience so far. The area also is beautiful and has many places to visit: North Cascade NP, Mt. Baker, Anacortes, San Juan Islands…etc. Both Seattle and Vancouver are approx. 90 min drive. The temperature was cool despite Aug. We will be back for sure. Highly recommended.

We loved this koa, very clean, spacious. Facilities are amazing. The majors issue for us was to not have access to a microwave or coffee machine at all when the office is closed (from 6 pm to 10 am!!) When you don't have a kitchen (we rented a cabin) as a family it makes your life harder... This is not an expensive investment... access should be from 7 am to 10 pm. Thank you

Stayed here due to a last minute change. Was upgraded to a shaded site upon arrival. Nice place to stay, plenty of activities for children. Centrally located, not far from many tourist spots. Near Bow/Edison making stops at Samish Cheese and the Breadfarm easy. If I had one complaint it would be the tree at our site (#19), dropped a number spots of pitch on my truck and trailer.

I felt the sites are very close together. We were in 09 and I was concerned about the close proximity of site 10's fire pit to our motorhome and potential for damage if they had a large fire.

Everything was great until the end when I had a problem with my tire and worker came around twice to say I needed to get going, but did not try to help or be understanding about my problem. So this now questions my feelings about the campground.

The maintenance man was very friendly and helpful, but the woman at the front desk was not very friendly. Also, I think charging $10 a person (including children) for visitors is very expensive. We had our daughter's family from Seattle come and visit for the afternoon and it cost us $45.

Front desk was not very welcoming and during our stay we observed campers constantly being watched and the overall feel was not as relaxing as we have experienced in the past.

We had a great time... Our daughter loved the foam party. Lots of fun stuff for kids. The pool could use updating but we've seen worse. We would definitely come back here.

It was fine stay except for not having parking at my cabin. The tent campers across 1 took all parking and were inconsiderate. Would of rated a 10 otherwise

It was our first time staying at the campground, and we were very impressed. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. When I had an issue with my trailer, help was available when I needed it. The bathrooms and showers were super clean and well-lit. The campground's location was good, with Costco and other shops all within a 10 to 15-minute drive. We were extremely happy staying there and will definitely come back soon.

This place is just minutes off off interstate 81. I was surprised how quiet it was in the evening. I was the only one having a fire. Unfortunately it wasn't much of a vacation since I spent most of the time troubleshooting some issues with the RV, but it was nice just the same, and the girl in the office helped me the morning I had to leave and my slides would not retract.......... I definitely recommend this campground for whatever your needs might be.
