I stayed at a tent site and the wood golf cart never came by to see if we need wood. Tables and the seat posts need repaired. Some of the activities happened at the same time. Wish the store was open a little later. But over all I loved my time at KOA

For a busy, fairly full campground on a weekend, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was both during the day and at night.

Clean bathrooms, friendly staff. The shower house and bathroom trailer was nice but restroom side was small

I really wish I was given the opportunity to choose a more preferred location. I called before my booking and was told my exact campsite would be computer generated. I would’ve rather had a spot as private as possible however, I was given the opposite. It was very loud and public. Nothing about it felt like camping.

Nothing wrong with the place in general, but our reservation wasn't ready when we came and I'm not sure why. We reserved earlier the same day with the notice of late arrival and when we got there, there was no reservation packet. They did however answer our email of concern, and we were able to find available space, so our stay was acceptable. I would consider staying again.

Just passed through for the night. Excellent late check-in procedures and directions, and all explained over the phone ahead of time. The customer service here is excellent. The campground and facilities looked great for my brief stay.

Nice quiet campground off the road. Roomy shaded sites. Nice swimming pool and a few activities for kids. Restrooms and showers could use a bit more attention, more often, other than that great visit.

Lots of fun activities to do with the family. Lot of mosquitoes but that comes with camping. So bring bug spray.�

The grounds are VERY Buggy, They grounds are geared toward the weekend crowd, no activities during week. The staff is friendly.place was is clean.

Was not expecting a small stream of stagnant water to be alongside these campsites. The bugs were awful. Sites did not look like in the picture, either. Only stayed one night so can't say much about anything else. The camp personnel were friendly. I was in a tent site travelling elsewhere.

The shower house and restrooms were very clean. Everyone was nice and went out of their way to answer questions and to accommodate our group. We brought our boat and enjoyed the lake.

First visit so I picked our site unseen. I learned to ALWAYS check where the dumping stations for RV’s are because ewww. But that’s just a live and learn thing. Everyone was super friendly. Campground is well maintained and needs are met with a smile. I also love any place that has kitty cats hanging around for pets. Having to charge everything to my site or use cash sucks. Just a heads up

When notifying you, Debbie, Mike, and all, sure didn’t say, yes ma’am thank you for letting us know about the trash by the bathroom door that is full, or yes ma’am we really need to Mark our sites so you can see when entering, but no respect was shown, told, COUNT THE SITES TO FIND YOURS, &THE TRASH IS EMPTIED BETWEEN 8-11am. second time staying at this campground. first time in a tent and it's really nice. the public bathroom and showers were extremely clean i was highly impressed. the campgrounds are always neat and the staff is wonderful

I’m low maintenance so it wasn’t a bad stay. I did have a vehicle park in my camp but left around 3am. I don’t believe it was tagged with a camp. No harm though.

We weren't told about breakfast being only on weekends during check in or the times. Unfortunate we we're excited to try it. But overall great experience, looking forward to visiting again!

The stay at this KOA was disappointing. 1. There was a slight aroma of sewage most of the time. 2. Only stay if you can get concrete patios, if not, campers are right on top of each other 3. The restrooms were not clean-trash cans full and trash on the floor 4. A broken down junk trailer sits in view,, also several plastic barrels 5. Picnic tables not on all lots 5. We have stayed in nicer

Steve at the front desk is an absolute gem!! I really appreciated his patience and support in every step of the registration process. I loved the text message reminders for activities in the park.

My girlfriend and I were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. We ended up requesting that out campsite location be changed and the staff was kind enough to accommodate us. There are stray cats everywhere which is a nice touch. The showers and bathrooms at this campsite were very nice and well maintained. Overall it was a great stay. Just don't forget bug spray.

I have been going to the Buckeye Lake KAO for 8 years. Every Memorial and labor Day weekends. I take my Daughter and my 11 year old grandson and nephew. We tent camp and have always had a great time. We were treated terribly by the managers husband. He forced us to leave a day early. Would love to give details of this weekend. Will not return to this KOA. Still a big KOA fan.

The camp hosts were awesome and worked tirelessly to keep us and all of the other guests happy, comfortable and taken care of. The campsite itself is right in the heart of Buckeye Lake with super easy access to local restaurants, the lakefront and convenience stores.
