Store Hours

Winter time we are open 7 days a week 9am to 6pm

Age Restrictions

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to rent any Golf Cart, RV, tent or cabin. 
Guests under the age of 14 need to be accompanied by someone 14 or over at all times while on the property, especially in any buildings including the Game room and Pool area.

Outside Firewood

NO firewood may be brought onsite.- This is an Ohio State Law  in effect.  You can view the law on  https://www.dontmovefirewood.org/

Pool Hours

Our Swimming Pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day.
Hours of Operation:
Sunday-Thursday 9 am - 9 pm 
Friday & Saturday 9 am - 9 pm
Swim at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty.  

STATE LAW:  Children 14 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult.
NO diving, NO glass, No open alcohol, No running or roughhousing.
Management reserves the right to expel any guest from the pool enclosure.

Visitor Policy

Guests are welcome to have visitors at their site. Overflow Parking is available if your guest does not fit securely into your site's parameters. 
Guests must be registered at the office and receive a Visitor Car Pass which must be displayed in the windshield of the car.
Overnight guest fees apply. Please see office for overnight guest passes
Day guests planning on attending any recreational activities that have a fee attached must pay for a Recreational Day Pass to receive a Buckeye band and tickets($15.)
Guests are responsible for their visitors; visitors must abide KOA policies and rules. Visitors are asked to vacate no later than 11PM, quiet hours.

Quiet Hours

Quiet Hours are from 11 pm to 8 am.

Please be considerate of fellow campers by abiding by KOA's and Buckeye Lake's local noise ordinance.

Check-In and Check-out times

Check-out for entire campground - 11 AM
Check-in for RV and Tent sites is 1 PM
Check-in for all cabins is 4 PM
If you wish to inquire about early check-in or late check-out for an additional fee outside your reservation window, please call the office at 740-928-0706 and IF your site is available we can accommodate the request.

Late Arrivals

Arriving After the office closes?
To the right of the office door, you will see a NIGHT REGISTRATION sign. Follow the sign - and on the side of the building, you will see the after-hours box.
If you have a reservation, your guide map will have your name written on the top right corner of your map in the first slot.
If you are coming in sans reservation, please choose one of the white envelopes on the right of the box with no name on it, fill out the envelope, place the envelope into the overnight slot, and follow the map to your site!

Pet Policy

WE LOVE PETS!!
All  pets are welcome..
There is a Pet Fee for Primitive and Deluxe Cabins.
Please do not let your feline companions free-roam for their own safety, as we have plenty of strays and wildlife in the area.
Canine companions must be on leash/lead at all times unless in one of the KampK9 areas,  dogs are not to be left unattended outside your RV at any time.
Aggressive pets of any breed or size are not permitted. We don't blame the dog for behavioral issues but the safety and well-being of our other guests, human and animal are imperative. If your pet is showing aggression, you may be asked to vacate the animal from the park.
Last but not least, your pet is your responsibility - please be sure to pick up after your pet including in the off-leash KampK9s to stay in line with KOA pet rules and the Local pet ordinances.

Parking Policy

Your vehicles must fit within the parameters of your site. Overflow parking is available for no additional charge - please see a team member or the office if overflow is needed. 
Boat parking is available for no additional charge. Boats are not permitted to be parked at your site unless they fit within your site parameters.
Please do not park in an open site nor on any roadway,  as not to inconvenience any other guest. (enforced)

EV Charging Policy

Please be advised that charging of electric vehicles (EVs) is strictly prohibited on all campsites within the campground regardless of any adaptor you may have for the vehicle. 
  • The electrical pedestals provided for RV and tent sites are not equipped to handle the charging requirements of electric vehicles. 
  • Attempting to charge an electric vehicle may result in damage to both your vehicle and the campground's equipment.
  • No charging of electric vehicles is allowed on the campground premises, including but not limited to RV and tent pedestals.
  • You assume full responsibility for any damages caused to your personal property and  damages to the property of the campground resulting from the unauthorized charging of an electric vehicle.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellation Deadlines:• RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.• Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival. Cancellation Details:• Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.• Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.• No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.• No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.• Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.• The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.• Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA for details.
