Nice campground, Bathrooms not so much, very dirty, toliet paper and paper towels all over the floor, trash never dumped.We stayed 3 nights and never saw anyone clean them.

Many seemingly long term guests there are extremely nosey. They tend to act as if they are in charge and reiterate the rules as if you hadn't already been told.

Love this campground. First time stay as we were attending a concert at Legend Valley. We had a lovely pull through patio site. So many mature trees kept the area cool. Camp Store well stocked with cute things. Friendly staff. Lots of food in a walkable distance. Easy walk to get to the lake with an awesome 4 mile walking/biking path.

Enjoyed it. We have a Super C.....the trees at this campground are in desperate need of trimming. Had to have some trimmed to open our slides. Thought I was going to rip the roof off leaving.

Gravel parking spot and tons of mosquitos as there is standing water on 3 sides of the peninsula the camping is on. It was an unremarkable spot and may be better in the cooler months. Quiet with a well stocked company store

Campground floods and many sites were unusable. Mosquitoes were a major problem. Won’t stay here again.

Only reason I didn’t give this place a one star is because the bathrooms were clean. Let’s start with the amount of updating that needs to be done. Simply things like gravel in the camp sites and helping the water drain from the ditches around the campground to help with the mosquito population……of course you limit us on what we can type.My first KOA camping trip & more than likely will be

We only had two concerns The first one was when it rained it flooded our area of camping. You med to bring in dirt and gravel The second issue was we arrived on Wednesday the showers and bathrooms we very clean then by Saturday they we very dirty and no one was cleaning them. Other than that it was great. We hope to come back. We did enjoy our stay. Thank You

When we arrived, disappointed. Campground could have been better condition. The worst koa we have stayed. Cute little town, but that was all. Will never go back.

Obviously prone to flooding; lots of standing water and mud. Woke up to rising water around our site covering exit road. No heads up, guidance or concern from staff. Office did not open until 10AM. Had to unhook vehicle and back out. Electrical connection needed repair. Worst KOA we ever stayed in.

This campground needs major drainage work. It flooded so bad the first night that many campsites were under water and had no power! And then it just continued to rain all weekend. It was a giant mud pit. The bugs were the worst we’ve ever experienced, probably due to all the standing water. Nice people, nice location but it is a MESS when it rains. I’ll never risk it again.

Stayed a week and enjoyed the park, it was very rainy and not the parks doing of course. Just alot of puddles and mud. Staff very freindly and helpful. Park seemed a bit under maintained, but great location.

While I realize that nobody can control mother nature, what can be controlled is the courtesy to accomodate your guest. Our campsites were completely under water to where we had to wade through water to get into our campers. When asked if we could move, was told there were no sites available, however, there were MULTIPLE sites open all weekend. Zero accomodations from KOA to try and help.

Overall we really liked this KOA. We understand there are new owners working to make improvements. Hopefully one is a better hot water system to the showers next to the office…ran out 2 or 3 times. But even so, we will be back!

It wasn't terrible but it's definitely not a top KOA. Its easy to get too, check in was smooth and staff was friendly. The sites are close and ours was not even close to level. Looks like a lot of long term tenants with some pretty rough and run down rv's. Good shade in many areas. Im not saying to avoid this KOA, just not the level you would expect.

Our stay at this KOA SUCKED.On arrival at our site,a mud pit,lady escorting us said we were assigned this spot so we were stuck.Told her to move us to 1 of 5 open spots that were dry and she never said another word.Friends were parked in 6”water.Escort lady lied to friend that we never asked to move.Manager lied next morning to us.Terrible service and will never go to this KOA again PLACE SUCKS!

premium site a mud pit/standing water. Last rain recorded with weather service 7/20 11:00, we arrived on Tues afternoon. Mgr and staff lack professionalism & communication. Staff made multiple false statements, I.e. manager stated she was unaware of our complaint re campsite, staff stated they advised mgr of our concerns, mgr stated all sites were no shows however they were avail the day before

Office staff not very friendly. We arrived about 45 minutes “early” and were admonished for that, even after making a phone call to ask if was ok (we were told “sure!”). This is a huge property that needs work. Most of the seasonal/full-timer’s sites are messy. Signs everywhere warning that violations could result in ejection w/o a refund. Just not a welcoming place.

A very nice camp area with the nicest folks working there. They were friendly and helpful. There are restaurants within walking distance and a delicious coffee and donut shop. I would absolutely recommend staying there.

I loved this location. During the rainy season, make sure NOT to book sites on the creek. Well.seasoned campers will do well during the rain otherwise. There are plenty of of shelters if the rain gets overwhelming. The activities were an unexpected bonus! This property is situated in a charming lakeside village with a few eateries within walking distance. Perfect for families!

My husband, sister in law and I camped the weekend. It was very nice and relaxing. The manger was very welcoming and friendly. It was clean.
