I hardly got any sleep the neighbor and 164 kept me up all hours of the night playing music yelling screaming I called the cops on him once since the cops left you start playing his music again it's terrible stay

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the KOA! The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved the proximity to the lake and all the activities available, If we could suggest one improvement, it would be adding a gate access to the Pizza at the Lake restaurant. As walking in the dark on the road feels unsafe.

Area needing improved was the potholes in the driveway. Rest was okay for a one-night stop over. Really used no facilities, parked, and departed.

KOA is getting so expensive for an overnight stay, this was a non-sewer hookup site and we only used power; no sewer or water. The price we just paid is TOO MUCH, we will have to start looking for alternatives.

Staff were friendly appreciated escort to site and then assistance opening jammed sewage cap. Bath houses were clean and in good repair.

There’s a lot of issues with this campground. Rude gentleman who works for the campground. I don’t think he has smiled in years. Always had issues with water. Swimming pool issues. Texting way too much. I understand being informed but when you get over six text messages for the same issue is a bit much and they can’t remove you from that issue. Wi-Fi not able to accommodate the full campgro

Like the location and the staff helped guide is to our spot. Only complaint is the showers and restrooms in the bathhouse are tight while the floors were dirty.

This KOA is in a nice location. People are nice and friendly, very helpful! Loved our stay.

Pull thru site that we first had was not level enough, the front tires were 4" off the ground. The second sit was better but we had to detach the towed car so that we did not block the roadway. Cable hookup did not work. Wifi was good.

We had a great time for trick or treat weekend! Easily becoming one of favorite camping destinations. WiFi boosters would be greatly appreciated for football season though. Overall great experience.

We stayed at Buckeye Lake KOA in late October.The only reason I didn't rate it higher was WiFi was sketchy at times. That being said it was well kept and a pretty setting. Very large space with concrete patio with settee plus. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Fall colors were beautiful. Being late season many restaurants didn't open until 4. I would definitely recommend staying here,

We had a great stay this past weekend. Lots of activities for the grandkids and helpful staff. The only issue we encountered was as we were packing up, they shut off the water without notifying those who were cleaning up to check out. Would have started sooner if we had known. Very disappointed in this issue!!

Worst trip ever, didn't get the campsite we asked for, though there were plenty of empty spaces, management was rude and didn't care and did nothing to earn our repeat business. We travel that way often but we will never stay there again. My wife plans to write to KOA about the experience.

Disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathrooms and showers. The park was not busy at all so there should not have been an issue keeping the facilities cleaned. I actually requested the family shower be cleaned and the trash was taken out but nothing else was touched. For the price we paid, I’d expect better. We do annually but considering a new place next year due to cost/value.

Had a lot of fun, our little grandsons had a great time. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We had to do some laundry and I would like to suggest a detergent dispenser machine so we could buy packets of detergent. Thank you for a great time.

We were disappointed with the water outage. This was a huge inconvenience for many campers. Other than that it was a very friendly campground.

I was at the campground for an extended time for work. My stay there was very pleasant, and uneventful. The staff was very helpful, the facilities were all very clean, and there are plenty of amenities if you bring your kids or want to do kids things yourself. They had events on the weekends for entertainment. This isn’t a campground to go party all night, and that’s what I liked!

We paid extra for the patio and because where the sewer, electric & water was located we couldn't get close to the patio. We were at least 6 feet away from the patio. The staff was friendly.

Lovely spot. It was very windy and we were seeing sticks and branches fall around us. The office had closed but the gentleman doing maintenance was still there. He assisted with moving us to a safer site. We could not get the free WiFi code to work but were able to log on after we submitted credit card payment. Even then it continuously shut down and required relogging in.

This is a wonderful place to take the family camping. So much for the kids to do, swimming in the pool, giant inflatable jumping mat, mini golf, game room and more. Great employees working SO hard to make this older park enjoyable for all. We really enjoyed our stay.
