Cabin was clean and everything we needed. Wall air conditioner was a little loud and ceiling fan needs replaced. Great Stay and definitely will stay again!

bathrooms were awful. stayed at many koa campgrounds. by far the worst. dirty old run down kids areas ....no taken care of pool cloudy and old. mini cabin nice clean and kept. just needs a major update. we did have fun. just need to match other koa campgrounds....

The mosquitos were horrible during our stay. They left us alone at the pool and we got relief when we went to Buckeye Lake, but sitting outside at the campground was almost impossible. We went through multiple cans of OFF and burned citronella candles the whole time and they were still awful. Other than that it was a great campground with lots of activities and fun for the kids.

The only negative thing I could say. Is that there was alot of water standing which ment alot of mosquitoes and they were annoying. So maybe a few more spraying throughout rainy weather may be needed

My extended family and I have an annual campout at buckeye lake koa and we’ve always had a good time. A few years ago, this koa fell under new management and they have done a great job with the place. We had an absolutely fantastic time. Facilities are clean, pool is clean, everything we used worked, and the staff was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. I look forward to coming back.

Primitive cabin parking is annoying, either far away from cabin or small and cramped/not dedicated for each cabin. This KOA seemed to be more to seasonal/permanent lots and seemed to be a lot of visitors to each of them. Semi noisy the first night and I left early the second just because I wanted to go home, nothing camp site related. It was an ok weekend place to stay for the Ohio State Fair.

Limited kids activities. All they had was the pool, game room and playground and they charged me 5 dollars a child and no kids activities. This was one of the reason why I chose KOA

The cabin we stayed in was great. The campground itself could use some “help” with drainage during rain as it was quite difficult to let our kids out to play with all the mud and large puddles all over, some campsites were completely under water.The office, while everyone was very nice, was not on the same page at all when it came to my having guests for a party and payment that came with that

Playground looks like it abandoned w/broken slides, overgrown weeds, dirty & mold on the big plastic crawl-slide toy. All the campers w/ kids were talking about it. The water balloon starion was barely open if at all as was the jump pad. The ninja obstacle course is now also out of service because of electrical issues as well. No updated sand or mulch. Just overgrown weeds in all the playareas.

Was very disappointed about no pool and internet and no TV. I will not be back there. I have been going there for 5 years on my birthday and this was the worse stay. I will be looking for a new place to celebrate my Birthday from now on.

The pool was closed. The cabin I upgraded to the tv and WiFi did not work so I couldn’t watch tv, not many things for the kids to do like it said, the flooding was insanity. Definitely need some new drainage. We had to walk in massive puddles. And a lot of campers were sitting in water. There also was 2 huge tree limbs that fell that was pretty scary. We were very disappointed to find out upon arrival, although the listing said a queen pull out couch, to find a tiny hard pull out couch. Someone in our family had to be uncomfortable the whole weekend because we weren’t prepared by bringing another option. The listing description needs to be change to say a twin pull out couch and it does not sleep 8.

When I booked this trip months ago, I was expecting for my children and myself to be able to do the activities on site, that was a bust: swimming pool wasn’t working, big bouncing ballon was never blown up and the internet was not working. For the money I paid to stay here these should have been working. No discount or anything was offered, very disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay. Hospitality was great! The only thing is that the pool was closed! Issues with the pool, Must have happened sometime after my reservation. I should have asked about a discount because of the pool, but I didn’t. Other than that it was nice stay (could have done without the rain, but that’s part of it). Thank you! Looking forward in coming back

We enjoyed the stay because of the location to access everything we wanted to do. Going to Kings Island, Columbus Zoo, Buckeye Lake, and visit with family members in the area. The KOA campground needs updated. Swimming pool was down pump broke, miniature golf course needs resurfaced, basketball court concrete needs repaired, All the staff was phenomenal and made our stay enjoyable.

No WiFi, No TV, not listed on the site when we booked it. The TV would work and then go off(we purchased an antenna to get what channels we could). The AC unit in the front section of the cabin sounded like it was going to blow up. Asked for linens only got sheets for the bunk beds no blankets. We have been here quite a few times but will never come back. This is the second time it flooded. Staff?

Beautiful area in the spring/ summer probably, Winter cold was the downfall, Poor little heater couldn't keep up with the draft of cold blowing in under the door, Luckily, I had brought an electric blanket but slept great with my coat on. I'll come back and check it out , again in the warmer weather. Sweet check in ladies thank you.

We loved the primitive cabin that we stayed in. It was located close to the bathrooms and showers, as well as the pet areas, which made it convenient. All workers that we encountered were very helpful and kind. We're already planning our next KOA visit.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin which was adequate for an overnight stop but not worth the price. Additionally, the RV campers across from us were rowdy and loud throughout the night including having a large campfire when there was a burn ban.

Everyone was friendly and the late check in after 6pm was very convenient. We got stuck in Lost Lands traffic on the way in and missed check in. Showers and toilets were clean. Only downside is our K6 cabin has a gap under the door where bugs were getting in. Other than that, we’ll be back for Lost Lands 2025!

Love coming here, the people who work there and the campers are always friendly. We will ALWAYS come back here, the bonus; we don't live far from home so I can always go back home to take care of our dogs. (We have 6 dogs, can't bring all with us)

This is a wonderful place to take the family camping. So much for the kids to do, swimming in the pool, giant inflatable jumping mat, mini golf, game room and more. Great employees working SO hard to make this older park enjoyable for all. We really enjoyed our stay.
