We were very disappointed to find out upon arrival, although the listing said a queen pull out couch, to find a tiny hard pull out couch. Someone in our family had to be uncomfortable the whole weekend because we weren’t prepared by bringing another option. The listing description needs to be change to say a twin pull out couch and it does not sleep 8.

Overall a good place to stay, love the pool and the patio sites. The staff does an amazing job making their rounds gathering trash, talking to guests and handing out dog treats. For the amount of money you pay for a KOA...the grounds could be kept much nicer (mowing, weedeating etc). I was also disappointed that they stopped doing breakfast at the cafe.

This is our second time staying at the location and both times have been great! The staff is friendly, the campgrounds is clean as well as their public bathrooms/showers

Place was flooded and reserved a premium site and concrete was broken and had to wade in water to my ankles th plug power in, and yes there were other pull threes empty and dry. Asked a worker about moving and they said it was full- boo !!! Calling better business and reporting the dangers- yes I have plenty of pictures

We stayed one night on our way from Texas to Pennsylvania. To be fair, it had been raining and we arrived late. Everything we experienced was fine, but the campground area could use some maintenance, mainly additional gravel on the roads and RV parking spots.

Very nice clean campground and the staff was very good. Our van broke down and we had to stay accouple extra nights to get it fixed which the staff recommended a mechanic that was very good and they helped in any way they could, even a discount rate for the extra time. The only negative I have is the thick stones they use for the roads was not easy on my mobility scooter or walking but great camp

When I booked this trip months ago, I was expecting for my children and myself to be able to do the activities on site, that was a bust: swimming pool wasn’t working, big bouncing ballon was never blown up and the internet was not working. For the money I paid to stay here these should have been working. No discount or anything was offered, very disappointed!

I can't believe how far this campground has gone downhill. No wifi, no cable, pool closed by the health dept. Crumbling concrete patios, everything looks tired and worn. Not up to KOA standards!

This was a short stay for us. The site was fine. Could have done without the camp host telling us how to pull in our rig. We pulled in fine no issues. When host gets bossy it puts an attitude in the air. If someone needs help then sure but just because we pull in 3 inches different then what they would do does not open the air to be corrected. My husband also drives a big rig and also knows.

One of the worst KOAs we ever stayed in the site was so unlevel we couldn’t get our trailer properly level. The sites were so close together we would have been able to shake our neighbors hand.

The RV Park was not operational due to rain and flooding. None of the amenities, pool, miniature golf or anything was operating. My space was underwater due to flooding. I could not reach the septic or electrical to flooding which was in 8 inches of water. I was told by staff not to use the dog park due to water and mosquitos and the wifi was not operational due to missing parts.

The proximity and accessibility to Buckeye Lake is phenomenal. The staff is courteous and friendly. Unfortunately, the overwhelming number of mosquitoes overshadowed and hampered our visit. We hoped to enjoy an evening campfire, but despite our use of insect repellant, we retreated indoors to our campers because the mosquitoes were unbearable. Is it possible to spray/fog the campground ??

We were really disappointed with this KOA. The sites were not well kept. Our lot had no grass and was mostly mud and leaves from last fall. The amenities advertised when we booked were not available (pool and WiFi). The pictures online are not an accurate representation of what you get. This was not worth the nightly KOA reservation cost.

Very wet, muddy conditions. Placed in a spot I couldn't get into with the unit I had. All of which information they previously had. Moved to another spot that worked out. So gave a 3 overall rating.

Didn’t know the pool was down. Woke up to all our stuff under water on Sunday morning. Skillets that should have been okay sitting on the ground ruined. You should let people know the entire place floods when it rains so we can protect our stuff The staff was great however

Mosquitos ate us alive. Everything was run down and not what I expected from a KOA. no wifi no pool. Sites were muddy - gravel would have helped. Very disappointing

We had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion is to put some more gravel down on the drives. A lot of potholes. Other than that everything was great! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay. Hospitality was great! The only thing is that the pool was closed! Issues with the pool, Must have happened sometime after my reservation. I should have asked about a discount because of the pool, but I didn’t. Other than that it was nice stay (could have done without the rain, but that’s part of it). Thank you! Looking forward in coming back

I want to make a point that it would have been nice to have been told that the pool wasn't working when we booked the site, as well as your internet not working. No discount for the inconveniences this caused. I don't know who the new owner is but charging for put put golf is wrong when it was free before and I don't believe there was problems with the balls being taken or the clubs.

We enjoyed the stay because of the location to access everything we wanted to do. Going to Kings Island, Columbus Zoo, Buckeye Lake, and visit with family members in the area. The KOA campground needs updated. Swimming pool was down pump broke, miniature golf course needs resurfaced, basketball court concrete needs repaired, All the staff was phenomenal and made our stay enjoyable.

Staff was great as we arrived just before closing. We found connections for sewer. electric and water a little difficult to use on our site. Sewer was up hill from where we needed to connect.

Very clean and friendly staff. Was here for Halloween weekend. The did a great job treating the kids. The bouncy pad was great for the kids
