Love the activities and level of participation with every event at the campground. Owners go far above and beyond to make this place fantastic. First time in a cabin as our camper was getting repaired and it was absolutely lovely.

The sites are very clean. The past weekend I rented a bunker for my daughter and niece and was very pleased with it. We also got to participate in the Halloween festivities and it was so much fun and very enjoyable!!!

we booked 2 deluxe cabins and a trailer site for a family weekend get together check in was easy and the front desk staff was friendly and answer our questions -grounds were clean and well kept my only conplaint was our bathrm required some TLC -it was left some what dirty we requested a clean shower curtain and your staff was able to provide us with one we enjoyed our stay & will be bac

This was our first stay in one of the cabins, normally we are at a tent site. We were very pleased with our stay, clean and spacious. The staff is always so kind and helpful.

Great park. Wood to expensive for what you get. I know this park is pet friendly but unfortunately the only thing you can do if you bring a pet is walk around with them. All in all this park has everything you need and would be awesome for families. Thank you for having us. Will definitely come back.

Cottage was dirty when we arrived - fan covered in a ton of dirt, dishes were dirty - just general wiping down occurred. Window blinds were broken so they didn’t work and light came through the windows. Broken coffee pot from coffee maker left in cupboard - a hazard for my small children. Activities were okay but not much enthusiasm from the Koa couselors.

We stayed in cabin 7. I was very impressed with the cabin. There were lots to do over the weekend. A great time was had by all.

We stayed in a cabin and the composite Adirondack chairs probably cost more than the mattresses in the cabin. The mattresses should be better quality especially the queen mattresses for larger/older adults. The current mattresses are fine for children. Otherwise all was good and enjoyable.

This was our 6th Year and we had an incredible time! Your Staff, especially Sabrina, went above and beyond for us! They helped me with some Elf on the Shelf surprises for my Daughter! Looking forward to booking again next Year in Cabin 2 and hoping to have Friends stay in 1 and 3 while we are there! I would prefer an itemized list of expenses added to my account instead of just an amount Lindsey

We love staying at the Brighton Koa. Staff is great and always fun for the kids. We stay in the deluxe cabin and found that it needs a bit of attention. The blind doesn’t work properly, the lock for the front door is difficult to use and the toilet ran the whole time. Hopefully these issues will be addressed for the next people who stay in it.

Skunks are living under the cabin k9. One sprayed the first night we were there. All our items reek of skunk. Now our house reeks of skunk. I have stayed at koas 7 times in 3 years and this was the worst experience. I told the desk and he sai “thanks for letting us know” I should have been given some money back or a discount on a later date.

En général, beau camping, avec belle piscine chauffée, beaux parcs pour les enfants avec beaucoup de choix, zipline et modules neufs. J'aurais apprécié les douches un peu plus propres et l'endroit pour la vaisselle aussi.

The campground was very clean and had lots of fun things to do! The bunkee cabin we stayed in was very clean and perfect for sleeping ���� didn’t hear any noise from people outside the cabin.

We travel a lot and know what to expect. The grounds were clean and lots for kids to do. Our cabin was not and dirty. We found medication under the bed and in cabinet underneath the window. Thank god our dog didn't eat them. The shower had hair, wrapper and food on the drain. There was something spilled under the table & even cleaned or washed. I grabbed the broom to clean& that was disgusting.

I love the family that run this KOA and all their staff who have been there for years so they feel like they’re part of the family too. They all do such a great job.

I only have a 3 because the public bathrooms were not very clean. The urinal in the men’s washroom was plugged. K4 and K5 need some work done. Cupboard in the kitchen is dangling, screens are ripped in the little bedroom, impossible to open without getting bugs in. The blinds beside the bed in K4 can’t be rolled up. The one in the kitchen needs to be updated. Garbage can in K4 had garbage in.

Great location and friendly staff! It would be nice to have recycling bags/boxes in the cabins. The comfort stations were a disappointment…not very clean & need maintenance!!!!

I like the proximity to alot of cute small towns around and the convenience of the location just off the 401. The staff are friendly and were there to help right away. The pool is nice and clean. The washrooms/showers are ok ( not the best but not the worst Ive been to).

Our cabin suited all our needs and we had a blast at the Brighton KOA. The bathrooms were pretty dirty full time during our stay. Other than that, the activities and pool was a huge highlight of our stay. We look forward to going every year.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The pool was well kept and clean. However our k7 cabin had a few issues. The bath tub was not clean it had grass and hair in it. The kitchen faucet had hardly any water pressure which made it difficult to wash dishes. The air conditioner stopped working during the night. I get for what we paid we didn’t get what we expected.

Limited kids activities at the rec hall compared to other KOA's. Bbq only 1 burner worked. Everything else was great.

This was our second visit ���� this time we brought all the grandchildren with us it was full of fun and laughter !! We enjoyed the others near by everyone was so friendly! Our dog loved the k9 dog park getting to stretch out her legs. Distancing you was so fun seeing Santa out of his element � our cabin was absolutely perfect full of everything we could possibly need so clean and bright !

We stayed in the cabin in the woods with our three kids for four days and had an absolute blast. The kids loved all the amenities and the cottage was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

The cabin was filthy. There was garbage in the garbage when we arrived, the garbage on the outside was filthy with ants on the counter. Seeds in the sink. The shower had tons of hair in it and only enough hot water for one person to shower. It lacked cleanliness in every way possible. I would appreciate some money back but I’m sure that won’t happen. The kids enjoyed the zip line/pool.

Rented a cabin. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. There were cob webs from the window to the bed, also a chip wrapper under the bunk mattress I noticed while putting the sheets on so clearly had not been cleaned other than what they expect the renters to do as noted in the sign, please leave the cabin clean. Activities provided onsite were great for the kids. Chess etc.Pool was nice.

I absolutely loved glamping in cabin K7. It was nice to see that you have so many activities to do outside of swimming. We have already booked for next year

The playgrounds, activities and staff are wonderful. However, we arrived to a dirty cabin. Garbage was still in the dirty kitchen bin, dead moths and dust bunnies on the ground. There was also no garbage pick up and the pool had scum along the sides and bugs floating in it. My family have been KOA campers for over 40 years, and the bathrooms and pool were cleaned 2-3 times per day. Disappointing.

The KOA is great, staff is wonderful. I have one suggestion: the cabins need a more thorough cleaning, a lot of dead creatures in the window panes, etc. But overall a great experience. Thank you!

It was great! K enjoyed the amenities for kids. And the location was wonderful, close enough to town and Presqu’ile is incredible. Our cabin was so cozy and cute. Only thing I’d say is the firewood is painfully expensive.

Customer service was good. Amenities were good . Cleanliness was great. However - you need to have working blinds in the cabins. I like to feel like I have privacy as a woman- & put in bold print about the 14 day cancellation policy on cabins. Some ant traps in the cabin would be good. But it was great. Thank you.

The Brighton KoA has always been a wonderful stay. Been here a few times and I have never had anything bad to say. Good price, heated outdoor pool that actually feels heated lol. Reasonable prices and activities for the family every day. This weekend we stayed was the amazing race at noon. Lots of exercise, puzzles and challenges for your family while competing against others. We came in second and got a free night stay. Well worth the hard work and cardio haha great memories with the kids. Never over crowded with a mix of tent sites, RV sites and trailer sites. Friendly helpful staff and pet friendly with trails and a fenced dog park. We have been here 3 times and will continue to come in the future!

You'll always have a great camping experience at a KOA campground. It wasn't different this time at KOA Brighton, ON. We had a fantastic weekend in a full-service site. The site is very well-groomed and levelled, and all connections (water, power, and sewer) are working perfectly. As always, the staff was amiable and helpful. The campground has plenty of activities for the kids, and the FRIDAY CHIP TRUCK is awesome for late snacks.

This KOA is excellent for big rigs. We have a 44ft, 5th wheel and had plenty of room for our truck. Sadly, the noise from the 401 was pretty loud.
