This is a very nice, clean park. The first site we were given wasn't what we wanted. We have a 45 foot trailer and I always ask for full hookups with 50 amp. My husband went to the office to explain that our air conditioning didn't work properly, along with the toaster and microwave and having to unhook everything to dump it isn't good. The site was changed to what we wanted with no problem.

I only have a 3 because the public bathrooms were not very clean. The urinal in the men’s washroom was plugged. K4 and K5 need some work done. Cupboard in the kitchen is dangling, screens are ripped in the little bedroom, impossible to open without getting bugs in. The blinds beside the bed in K4 can’t be rolled up. The one in the kitchen needs to be updated. Garbage can in K4 had garbage in.

Amazing family fun! Great staff, lots to do: scavenger hunt, trail walk, pool, parks, wagon ride, FIREWORKS WERE AMAZING!.... The only issue was the cleanliness of the bathrooms were seriously lacking! it was obvious they were only cleaned once on a busy long weekend. Im going to assume it was a one off. Ive camped there several weekends and never had an issue before.

It's great for the younger kids...safe...clean and fun..allows a single mom to give her 7 yr old a bit of freedom and independence without serious worry with him at the playground by himself. Small enough location he can navigate on his bike and not get lost which is my favorite part. 3rd summer in a row for him and I. Thank you

Great location and friendly staff! It would be nice to have recycling bags/boxes in the cabins. The comfort stations were a disappointment…not very clean & need maintenance!!!!

I think if there is an unexpected emergency that you need to take in consideration a partial refund. It is no one fault these things happen but you need to have compassion.

Great family orientated park with a good amount of things to occupy the kids. Great pool! My only complaint is the price of firewood, $16 is excessive.

I like the proximity to alot of cute small towns around and the convenience of the location just off the 401. The staff are friendly and were there to help right away. The pool is nice and clean. The washrooms/showers are ok ( not the best but not the worst Ive been to).

Our site E1 was deemed premium because of patio (was not even levelled)? It was not the best location in the park. Not only did we hear the traffic from the 401 likely moreso than other sites in the interior of the park, but the constant passing of side by sides of maintenance staff was very disruptive.

We had a good time during our stay. Pool was just the right temperature for those hot days. The staff were friendly and helpful. We did not enjoy eating the dust from the roads. Prices are overinflated in the store and fry shop. You would sell a lot more product by reducing the prices.

Our cabin suited all our needs and we had a blast at the Brighton KOA. The bathrooms were pretty dirty full time during our stay. Other than that, the activities and pool was a huge highlight of our stay. We look forward to going every year.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The pool was well kept and clean. However our k7 cabin had a few issues. The bath tub was not clean it had grass and hair in it. The kitchen faucet had hardly any water pressure which made it difficult to wash dishes. The air conditioner stopped working during the night. I get for what we paid we didn’t get what we expected.

Limited kids activities at the rec hall compared to other KOA's. Bbq only 1 burner worked. Everything else was great.

We felt safe at the campsite, but there were some issues with the facilities. The faucets in the women’s restroom had very low water flow, and the restrooms were dirty and wet.

En Français SVP! Très bien situé à Brighton! Très tranquille ,nous avons bien aimé mais pas assez d’activité pendant la semaine! Propreté dés site correct mais salle de lavage vraiment pas propre laveuse sécheuse sur utilisé et très mal propre���� les employés se promène beaucoup en cart mais ont devrait leur faire faire plus de tache de lavage gazon mauvais herbe sur lés site

Conveniently off the 401. Lots of fun things for the kids to do. Brighton is a Short drive away with a tim hortons. Pool could be bigger as there were many many many children. Clean park. We had full hook up and it worked out great.

Expensive for what it is. An extra for adding a tent on the site is a bit too much. The pricing per night for the site was already pretty high.

The low rating is not because of you but the rain made it that we couldn’t stay in the tent overnight. We had to leave.

It was good only thing we had to complain about was the wet firewood, need to keep it drier we were not the only ones that had a issue.

We absolutely love our time spent at the KOA in Brighton. It’s the one campground we continue to go back to multiple times each year. The playground, layout, and activities are perfect for our kids! They are never bored and can always find something to do.

Our first time at this KOA and I was pleasantly surprised. Having stayed at other KOAs in the past and Ontario Parks, this place exceeded my expectations. It's a beautiful and well-maintained property. The bathrooms and showers were always clean - and I mean CLEAN. I've never seen such clean bathrooms at other parks. The staff was courteous and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Incredible! Lots of thank yous! I have two recommendations: 1) It was 30/40 degrees this whole weekend we stayed and was in the blazing sun 95% of the time. I know you have the pool (wonderful) but maybe if you had a station that has a hooked up sprinkler or slip and slide. Something else that has water to cool off! 2) more shade near the parks and more seating! Suggestion: more benches & trees

The campground was well managed and our site had a wonderful view. We love the amenities for the kids as there was lots for them to do from the bouncy park to the pool and the other park areas. The dust from the gravel road and sites was manageable but a bit much. Overall, we loved our stay and will return again

Nice and clean camping, kids had loved that one of a kind playground with the awsome zipline. Very quiet i would recommend without a doubt.

Great park with an amazing kids program!! All staff friendly and helpful, a great camp store, 2 beautiful playgrounds, and exceptionally clean washrooms, a nature trail & disc golf! Well done!!

Beautiful campgrounds, big lots ,campsites with lots of shade which we loved,Lots of activities for kids,nice pool unfortunately we couldn't use because there is absolutely no shade area and no table umbrella provided. Also hot water in bathrooms would last about 30 seconds then go back to cold didn't even get hot..

The Brighton KoA has always been a wonderful stay. Been here a few times and I have never had anything bad to say. Good price, heated outdoor pool that actually feels heated lol. Reasonable prices and activities for the family every day. This weekend we stayed was the amazing race at noon. Lots of exercise, puzzles and challenges for your family while competing against others. We came in second and got a free night stay. Well worth the hard work and cardio haha great memories with the kids. Never over crowded with a mix of tent sites, RV sites and trailer sites. Friendly helpful staff and pet friendly with trails and a fenced dog park. We have been here 3 times and will continue to come in the future!

You'll always have a great camping experience at a KOA campground. It wasn't different this time at KOA Brighton, ON. We had a fantastic weekend in a full-service site. The site is very well-groomed and levelled, and all connections (water, power, and sewer) are working perfectly. As always, the staff was amiable and helpful. The campground has plenty of activities for the kids, and the FRIDAY CHIP TRUCK is awesome for late snacks.

This KOA is excellent for big rigs. We have a 44ft, 5th wheel and had plenty of room for our truck. Sadly, the noise from the 401 was pretty loud.
