We had a wonderful stay. We have been here before and used a camping site. This time we stayed in one of the cottages. It was absolutely wonderful. The owners and staff members are friendly and helpful. We are definitely coming back.

We have stayed here many times to escape Florida summers. Super location next to Walker' s farm stand. The bathrooms have been recently updated and were super clean! Nearby Putney and Newfane General Stores have great coffee and pastries if that is your passion. We stayed in the one room log cabin which turned out to be much bigger than most KOA one room cabins. Kat and family were great hosts.

We had a wonderful time. The hosts were great and well versed in the area. Chipmunk Hideout was very clean and well placed. Very friendly! Will stay here again if we can return to Vermont!!

I was there 12 years ago and I stopped coming back after they rush you to check out right at 11 am. I came back this weekend and I had even a worse experience. I made the reservation online. When I arrived, they invented another charges for linens and pets. They stated in the website that there are not extra charges for these items. I accepted to pay extra $50. We stay here twice a year and we love Moose Lodge the best. Lots of room for us and we can have overnight guests. A very quiet campground and the owners and staff very accommodating. See you next season.

We have stayed at this KOA many times both in an RV and a cabin. Cabins are very clean. Allen and Cat are great hosts. They have done many upgrades since becoming the owners. We would highly recommend this KOA.

The cottages are super small, I do not recommend for a family of 4. We had five families coming with us this past weekend and will never be coming again. Comments were made by the staff about our music which was completely unnecessary. It was never playing too loud and the continuous comments was rude!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Playing music with clearly obscene language from 100 feet away is unacceptable. You turned us from friendly camp hosts to hover parents and the rest of the campground thanked us.

Didn't stay very long and it rained one full day of our two day stay but absolutely loved our vintage cottage. It was clean, comfortable, and very cozy. The swimming pool was nice as well. The owners were very pleasant and helpful. The campground isn't very big but it didn't feel cramped and it was well kept. Hope to visit again some day when I have more time.

My first stay at this KOA first ever with my 2 year old granddaughter. She had a wonderful time. The swings were her favorite thing! She also enjoyed watching the trailers pull in and welcomed them all from her perch on the swing! The grounds were super clean and this Nana had no fear for her safety. She enjoyed immensely meeting many dogs and wanted to pat them all. We will definitely come again

We absolutely love this campground and have made it a 2x yearly tradition to stay there. Kat and Alan and their staff are awesome and we always feel like we are staying with family. A nice, clean campground, beautiful cabins, nice lots, great pool, fun activities and a beautiful store. A great place for families or adults who want to get away.

I love that the park is small and quiet. The grounds are well maintained, and improvements are always being made. I have been vacationing here for several years, and I always leave relaxed!

A great long weekend away in Moose Cabin. From bingo under the tent, to movie and popcorn in the great room, the whole weekend was full of family fun. Arts and crafts for the little one, and some wine tasting for the parents, we love it here.

The campground it well run and maintained. Kat, Alan and the entire staff are friendly and extremely helpful. If we had an issue aor problem they responded quickly to help get it resolved. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Absolutely perfect. The owners are friendly, helpful and take care of any issue immediately. Campground is clean, pool pristine, bathrooms updated. The cabin exceeded my expectations. We’ll come back for sure!

Kat & Allan are WONDERFUL hosts! The grounds are in terrific condition, our cabin was so comfortable, the amenities are wonderful....the game room, the pool, the planned activities. The staff are terrific as well....very friendly, do a great job in all their tasks. We love this KOA and have been coming for over 10yrs. We plan to continue doing so for at least another 10!

We love it here! We "discovered" you last summer and have another week planned in July. Thanks for making our 1 night stay for our granddaughter's graduation also just perfect. We have a family wedding in October and hope to stay with you at that time as well. You are our home away from home in Southern Vermont for sure!

We've been going to this KOA since 2014, love it! The newest owners keep the grounds clean and all of the cabins are beautiful. Great campground!

Love, love, love, this quiet little KOA; best wifi of any campground we've stayed at. Beyond amazing staff just an all around genuinely wonderful place!!!!!!

We spent an overnight here in late September and another one in October. Wish I'd been able to stay longer. Right off US-5, a few miles north of Brattleboro. Very well-kept and peaceful campground. Sites were wonderfully level and spacious. Guests were friendly, staff was even friendlier. Restrooms and showers were very clean and the store was well-stocked. I'm sure we'll be back! (And love that they recycle!)

Just left this privately owned KOA and it was a great stay. Sites were a bit small, but we didn't stay at the campground long enough for it to be a problem. Wifi and cable were outstanding. Had 2 options for wifi (2g and 5g). Streamed shows and it was all good. Camp cleared out during the week but filled up pretty darn fast for weekend. Camp was going into shut down mode so no cabin or tent stays seen. First ti.e EVER to use laundry at a facility and it was great. Clean washers and dryers. Well kept recreational area and two playgrounds to keep the kids busy. They do recycle and it was a bit confusing but we managed. Kat and her husband were welcoming and friendly and extremely helpful. Would go back in a heart beat-but only when it gets warmer.
