Efficient, welcoming check in. Grateful for camp store as we needed a new sewer hose and there was one . Look forward to coming back with grandkids.

We arrived late, and the late check-in process was a breeze. Great site. Everything was as it should be. Location was ideal.

We were happy to find a spot for the night on short notice. Paid with a credit card and really hope your "system" is secure!! Problems: We chose A1, but couldn't find the number! (just assumed because it was across from B3) 2: No water pressure-pipe frozen? 3: Wanted to use the rest room-BUT NO CODE and it was locked! 4:No water at dump station-so couldn't rinse hose or pad! 5:Not open at 9;06AM

Very nice and well kept camping spots. Entire campground clean. Will stay again when in the area. Would suggest placement of arrows on roads. Difficult to find our way out without going against flow of traffic.

Very helpful, we had red mud by our site and they filled in the depression with gravel.

We really enjoyed everything about the campground except the showers really need to be updated and the campers need to have control of the temperature of the water. It was really cold when the timer was almost up and started only lukewarm to begin with. The rest of the campground was wonderful and kid friendly! Great spacious sites!

Very good grounds and hookups, along with flat-packed gravel and low-level concrete patio (as I requested) that were great with my wheelchair. Great family atmosphere here: lots of kids and parents playing/walking/bicycling. In the evening came a tornado siren. This is only first place where the campers & employees aka KOA's Joe Faust came knocking to assist us into the ramped concrete shelter, which is the bathhouse. We all swapped stories and then went back. Then came the second siren. Joe Faust, still in uniform, hadn't even made it home, but here he was again with the others. Back into the shelter, until it was over and they saw us home again. The beer I opened had gone warm, so had our hearts. Good people, good campground, and we are coming back to you Bowling Green KOA.
