Billings KOA COVID-19 Message

Summary

With the camping season in full swing we thank you for your trust. Cleanliness has always been a top priority for us, but we have ramped up our cleaning procedures even more so and have been in close contact with our local industrial cleaning experts to make sure we continue to take the necessary steps to keep our facilities as safe as possible for each and every one of our guests and employees.

More Details

Hello all!

With the summer camping season in full swing we want to say thank you for continuing to put your trust in us. We are open and our amenities such as pool, mini golf, and playground are fully functional with the exception of Pistol Pete's. With that being said, cleanliness has always been at the forefront of our priorities, but with the recent events surrounding Covid-19 we have ramped up our efforts even more so to provide a clean environment for both our guests and our staff.

We have been closely following and monitoring the impact of the virus, and therefore, we have equipped our staff with helpful guidelines and information provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) detailing how to identify coronavirus symptoms and prevent and reduce its transmission.

We remain in close contact with our local industrial cleaning experts to make sure we continue to take the necessary steps to keep our facilities as safe as possible for each and every one of our guests and employees. Therefore, we are using industrial grade cleaning supplies recommended to us to fight against coronavirus, and our staff is working diligently to disinfect high contact touch points every two hours. We have also installed 6 hand sanitizing stations in our park, as well as have hand sanitizer available in our office for our guests to use.

As of 7/15/20 Governor Steve Bullock, issued a state wide mandate directing businesses to require the use of masks indoors for ages 5 and older.  This mandate applies to both staff and guests and therefore we kindly ask that anyone entering our office, store, restrooms, or laundry please equip themselves with a mask before entering.

We believe camping and the outdoors will remain a great option for all who travel as everyone deserves something to look forward to. Connecting with family is important; especially during times of stress and anxiety.  We want you to know we hold your safety and well-being in the highest regard, and we are here for you when you are ready to reconnect and decompress on your next getaway.
