Need trees or some shade for the tent sites. Tent sites expensive with no hookups. More stones in site due to parking in the mud. If staying RV the site would be fine. Still close!

There was lots of space and nice grass. There were bathrooms close by, but sometimes we had to wait to use them. The showers were far from the tent sites, and there was no shade. The kids went to the nearby koa to swim. Don’t forget to bring a basketball and/or pickleball equipment. Bear Lake was beautiful and not too crowded!

The tent area should be controlled a bit better with limited tents per space. There were too many tents for one site and was really loud during the quiet hours. Restrooms/showers were great

It wasn't at all a good experience, our firewood was stolen, i called the 'emergency ' number a person named 'Sabrina ' answer after I addressed the problem she never called back or answered my phone calls.bthe camp site completely unacceptable as well! We left, didn't stay!! Called tge manager at marina, im still waiting to return my calls. horrible customer service!!! Ill keep trying...

Ever time KOA is a safe, secure place to stay. Trailside needs a person at the office, instead of having to travel to the Marina Koa, The $50 fee added to my purchase was not expected. It was explained as being taxes & resort type of fee, but no one knew the specifics. I would like to have known about this upfront and not at checkin. I have never had a KOA charge such an exorbitant fee!!!

$100 for 22 hours on a tiny grass pad, no shade whatsoever. With a nice view of RV pads with full amenities. We were told no generators, but that doesn’t apply to trailers?? This is highway robbery.

Facilities and location were great. Tent sites very close together and not a lot of privacy. Also, people don't respect quiet hours; so you're out of luck if you have loud neighbors at all hours of the night and morning.

We spent Friday evening through Monday morning there this past weekend and had an absolutely delightful time. It was exactly the kind of peaceful spot we needed to relax for a few days and explore the area around Bear Lake. Elane was an absolute gem; she is so sweet and professional. In fact, all of the staff we encountered was helpful and so friendly. Clean and friendly. We will be back!

Very disappointed with the tent site, the cost of it, the cleanliness/usefullness of it, lack of amenities, cold showers, and no shade.

Great hosts but terrible wasp problem in tent area. Both me and dog were stung. Also no enforcement of quiet hours...party at next tent sit,,drunk, loud obnoxious until 2 in the morning. Not cool.

No me gustó que las personas que acampamos nos dejen al final si electricidad sin árboles para que nos diera sombra y las personas con camper les den lugares mejores para estacionarse al momento que yo pagué decía lugar con electricidad y agua también pague para dos lugares y solo use uno y tampoco nos regresaron dinero la alberca está cerrada por la temporada y nunca decía eso cuando apart

My kids loved the park. I thought the jumping pad was a bit deflated, though we all loved the flushing toilets and warm showers. We also appreciated how all the water was drinkable. The KOA did their best to keep everything very clean. Bushes or trees in between each of the tent campsites would be appreciated. Our neighbors were not the quietest.

The workers were just so nice, the spots were good and they had pretty good WiFi there. They had a pool at the koa holiday and a tennis court, dog park, playground and a jump pad for kids and benches+fire ring around campsite. I recommend doing these activities: go to the lake, go get their famous raspberry shakes or pick them and go to blue clothing company and mikes market. We love koa and will start using it more!❤️
