Very disappointed with the tent site, the cost of it, the cleanliness/usefullness of it, lack of amenities, cold showers, and no shade.

Great hosts but terrible wasp problem in tent area. Both me and dog were stung. Also no enforcement of quiet hours...party at next tent sit,,drunk, loud obnoxious until 2 in the morning. Not cool.

No me gustó que las personas que acampamos nos dejen al final si electricidad sin árboles para que nos diera sombra y las personas con camper les den lugares mejores para estacionarse al momento que yo pagué decía lugar con electricidad y agua también pague para dos lugares y solo use uno y tampoco nos regresaron dinero la alberca está cerrada por la temporada y nunca decía eso cuando apart

My kids loved the park. I thought the jumping pad was a bit deflated, though we all loved the flushing toilets and warm showers. We also appreciated how all the water was drinkable. The KOA did their best to keep everything very clean. Bushes or trees in between each of the tent campsites would be appreciated. Our neighbors were not the quietest.

Simply amazing! Our family of 6 enjoyed our two night stay. Very clean facilities with very clean showers at the main building, extremely friendly staff and very engaging. We stayed here at the tent spots because it was grassy and more comfortable than the lakeside site. Less dusty as well. Highly recommend staying here and we most certainly will be back.

People arrive to install their tents very late and the vehicles travel late so it is impossible to rest.

Staff was nice but campsite covered in ants, "grass" was dead and weeds all over the. Told me not to park on the dead grass which my tent attachs to my car.

It was great as usual! The only drawback I had was that I reserved two tent sites and weren’t placed together. I know that you can pay an additional fee to lock them in place but I feel like there should be more of a “if i see two tent sites under the same name and contact info they probs want to be placed together”

Employees were friendly, helpful and the campsite was clean and very well maintained. Other campers were respectful. I would have like to to choose my own campsite or see where I was staying or what the options were online when reserving our stay but it was only there was something available and you can reserve it or not.

We really liked staying here. Bathrooms were clean and the campsites came with fire rings and had ample space. The showers weren't clean, which was unfortunate because it's one of the reasons we like staying at KOAs. The store also didn't stick to the hours posted, so sometimes they'd be open at their normal time and other times it was much later. We still liked the campsites and bathrooms.

This was it first time staying at a KOA and we loved it. The staff was very welcoming and amazing hosts. The place was very clean and beautiful. We rented a tent spot which had a great grass pad, a very nice table and fire pit. I would definitely recommend this campground and I will definitely stay here again.

The bathrooms were kept clean and it was great to have toilets near the tents. We stayed in a tent location and our one parking spot for our tent space was constantly being taken by trucks with boats and boat trailers. As if the tent parking area was used as extra parking. This was very disappointing and inconvenient for us as we felt like we were not valued or welcomed as campers there.

Getting to the campsite wasn't good. Carrying your tent and other items up and down the hill is not good. You should have steps getting to and from the sites. I fell twice going down the hill. Not enough bathrooms or showers had to wait several times. Was unable to shower the 3 days I was there. They were always full. I won't return unless more bathrooms and showers and steps are fixed

We have stayed here every time we visit Bear Lake. The sites are the perfect size and we love all the amenities! We plan our annual trip to this KOA every year.

The campsites were very clean, bathrooms were well maintained and clean, the showers were the best part as they were always available and clean with plenty of hot water. The Office staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We all had a great time at this KOA and recommend to all!

My wife and I had a tent site. Quiet hours are supposed to start at 10:00 pm. We were awakened from 10:15 pm up to after 11:00 pm by the campers in next 2 spaces who were very loud, with boisterous young children. KOA had no security enforcing the quiet hours, and no employee on call at 2 numbers posted at office. Only the Sheriff's # worked, but it's not their job to enforce KOA quiet hours.

Everything was great! The environment was awesome. The entire community was clean and well taken care of. There were some wasps around the tables on the camping sites, but not much can be done about that since we’re outside. Definitely will stay again!

Absolutely wonderful. My kids had so much fun and it had a calm and relaxed feel at the campground, which is exactly what we look for. All of the staff were very nice.

There was two bathrooms on the tent end for a whole bunch of campers. We had a group camping next to us that we’re clearly exceeding the 8 camper per campground limit. They had cars everywhere and were so loud until around 1am. There was no one to enforce the quiet time. It was a long miserable night

We had so much fun at the lake during the days! We loved access to the bounce pad, basketball courts and pickle ball courts. This is a family friendly place that we will definitely come back yearly!

We love staying at this kOA. The bathrooms are always clean and the amenities make it fun for the whole family plus it’s close to grocery stores and the marina at Bear Lake.

Way too expensive for what you get! Tent sites are in the very back next to a canal and have nothing but a fire pit. Every RV site is so small you are packed in like sardines. The workers at this site were not nice and made the stay very uncomfortable. We will never stay here again and don’t recommend it to anyone. If we could give zero stars we would!

The sites were clean and well kept, the staff was outstanding, they had answers to my questions and if they were not sure they found out and let us know. They were friendly and made sure all camper stayed with in the camp rules, I give them a 10 also .

The staff at Bear Lake Trailside is outstanding. There was a mistake with our reservation and they worked quickly to accommodate our stay without any issue. We've stayed here twice, and will definitely be back. Absolutely the best.

We had a great time staying here at the Trail side KOA. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful. There are a lot of great amenities and the bathrooms were clean! I will recommend this to others and stay again next time I'm visiting Bear Lake!

Our recent stay at the KOA Campground was truly unforgettable, and I feel compelled to share our wonderful experience. After being on the road for 2.5 months with three kids under 3.5 years old, this campground turned out to be our favorite and most memorable stop. From the moment we arrived, Chuck and Audrey made our stay exceptional. Audrey, though not a native to the area, has spent almost all of her free time traveling and adventuring. Her extensive knowledge of the local region was remarkable—she provided us with invaluable tips on where to find great food, shopping, lake access, and the best hiking trails within a two-hour radius. Her passion for exploration and her friendly demeanor made her an incredible guide for us and our little ones. Chuck, on the other hand, was the epitome of warmth and hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure that our family was well taken care of. His kindness was evident in every interaction, and his thoughtful gesture of delivering firewood to our camp site truly enhanced our experience. Chuck's loving nature made us feel right at home. If Chuck and Audrey are at Bear Lake KOA next year, I would gladly make the trip just to see them again. Their dedication and care made our stay not only comfortable but truly special. Thank you, Chuck and Audrey, for making our visit so extraordinary.
