We squeezed in at the last min for a holiday weekend. It was convenient and clean. The small store was nice too.

There was no hot water in the showers. We had to go to the other KOA in town to shower.

We really liked the camp, it was easy to walk to restaurants if you wanted to eat out. My biggest compliment would be how helpful they were when I had some battery troubles on my towed truck. They got me a battery charger and let me use it overnight to make sure I could start in the morning. Thank you.

When we made the reservation we entered all of the appropriate information concerning equipment and size. When we checked in we we put in a space next to the road and barely big enough for our pickup let alone our 5th wheel camper. We were able to move to a better space after complaining. There were a lot of spaces so I’m not sure why we were put in the worst spot in the campground to begin with

We had a group with four families. The staff stopped by every day to tell one of the families they were squatting, then 20 minutes later figured out that it was a mistake on behalf of the campground. The family was so rattled every single day that they said they will never come back. Also, three women’s showers for the entire campground is not enough. The pool was pretty disappointing.

The campground was very clean and had enough things ( games etc ) to keep every age in our group busy !

I want to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to the Trail Side KOA staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay so comfortable! A BIG thanks to Susan, Ranae, Tatiana, Nils, and Dan! We were in a bind to find vacancy, being last minute, and Labor Day! They had 1 spot left and were so accommodating!! We’ll definitely be back!!! They were so HELPFUL and KIND!! Thank you!!

We had a great time. Customer help on the weekend we departed were extra helpful and can't be thanked enough. Will come back in the future. I had to check the box to get the comments to be submitted. I prefer letting the staff know not the whole world!

Great time at KOA. Only problem RV came in late next to us and the folks were loud and were playing cornhole game until 1 am

The employees were not as friendly as the first time. (Different ones) If there were more lawn and trees, it would sure raise your rating! Overall, everything was okay.

Happy with location, clean bathrooms, access to the pool, Spot was clean but we didn’t have a picnic table or a fire pit on our site. Actually the site looked confusing with connections back to back with Neighbor and then on the other end other neighbors with 3 picnic tables & a fire pit. So some organization or division of spots of sort needs to be applied. Thanks

The stay was great...friendly staff. The only downside which I realize you have no control over, was a strong smell of smoking Marijuana every day.

Pool was great. Laundry facility was terrible. One dryer was broken. The other barely worked. Took over 4 hours to dry clothes at night. Very disappointed as this was a main reason we had chosen this campground. Front desk offered nothing when this issue was raised at checkout.

We had three one nights stays due some changes in our travel plans. On the third stay, our site was double booked. We were moved and received a refund for the inconvenience. This KOA understands customer service. Will be back.

Both Bear Lake KOA campgrounds are great to stay at. Highly recommend them both.

This KOA and the Marine are owed by the people and our stay was amazing. Joy was so pleasant and kind to help us get all settled in and ran us thru all the amenities between the 2 locations it made all the difference in the world for our stay. We will definitely be back next year!!

We stayed in one of the tent areas. There is ZERO shade. Some of the Rv places have abundant shade. The pool is usable but in another location (a couple of blocks away). The showers are fabulous, the bathrooms are great, and the location can't be beat. Easy walk to shakes, food, and convenience stores.

Great place to stay. It was off the main strip just enough to get decent sleep, but you also have all the perks of the other KOA that has a pool, etc. Clean facility. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. We will stay here again.
