This was an overnight stay on our trip to Yellowstone, and The staff was friendly and helpful. It was easy to get to our campsite. I would stay here again, might even make it a destination stop,

only issue is that the bathroom paper towels were never refilled so nothing to wipe your hands on. we even reported it at the store but still not replaced.

We stayed in the group site with the enclosed area and hot tub. Everything was clean and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I feel you owe me a refund for the tent site I purchased. I was told no tents at the trailer site, so I paid over4 $200. For a 4 night tent site. Then across the way the put up a tent on the grass, so I wasn’t told the truth.. Also on Thursday July 21 the lady working that day was so rude. I expected so much more from KOA. Please refund my tent site T24 money to my credit card.Penny Pyle

The hours of the office open is not good. We leave early in the morning and come back in the late afternoon. So the office was closed every time we needed to talk or pay for extra person to stay. Also, no tents on trailer sites. We have been coming to this area for 20 years and we have put a tent next to our trailer for our adult children. We are willing to pay but policy will not allow.

We had a total of 4 campsites & 3 cabins. I called the week before our arrival to confirm site numbers and days of stay. When I got there all the campsites dates were wrong and sites were not face-to-face as I had requested (even though they told me they were). My family was told to move vehicles one place and then someone else would tell them to move the cars to another place. VERY DISSAPPOINT

The grass was all dead. I checked in on a Wednesday and left on a Sunday. Open sites were never watered during that time. The grass throughout the park was dead.

It’s a basic pull through site with the grass barely alive and dusty roads all around. Susan The host was awesome and very helpful. It is super close to launch a boat at the state park just 1/4 mile away

Clean restrooms and showers but their "on demand" water heaters did not give me enough hot water. Icy cold showers that made my scalp feel frozen. Nice sites with some shade. We had 4 sites for family reunion, 2 buddy sites and 2 more buddy sites across the road. Also had tent site which had plenty of grass and parking. Not allowed tent on RV site or off road vehicles at site (Polaris RZR).

Such a beautiful area and Bear Lake KOA doesn't disappoint. Joanne and her staff say if you're not having fun you're not doing it the right way!

We had a great experience. This KOA site is smaller but we loved it. There was still things for the kids to do and we were able to go over the Marina site also to use the pool and the amenities there. We will be back for sure!

We liked how this KOA was smaller and quieter, but allowed us to go to the neighboring KOA to use their pool and other kid friendly amenities. The bathrooms were clean, and the playground kept the kids happy while the adults relaxed at camp.

The trail side needs more trees. The marina side seems much more cozy. That being said, easy in and easy out. Everything worked well and we didn't have any issues.

Bathroom Facilities were clean and good got water. We would have preferred the KOA on the main road because that is where we stayed without kids years ago.

This was a wonderful KOA … nice wide spaces, perks of the lake… it truly felt like we were on vacation! Staff is wonderful and keeps everything well cared for.

The workers were nice and hospitable and they are trying to keep the place up but I had trouble leveling on the site and the roads and RV slots need rocked or paved to stop the dirt and dust from getting into everything.

First RV trip. KOA campground was clean, well maintained, orderly. Staff was exceptionally helpful ... lent a power adaptor for hookup.

While the staff here at check-in were very friendly, we had unfortunately been put in a site way too small for our 34-foot motorhome towing a vehocle, which I j ad indicated when I booked online. Also park was very noisy way past quiet time, and late in the evening we were woken up by someone/something running into the back of our RV! Thankfully no damage, but scary!

Person who checked us in was very nice. Clean bathrooms. Not close to lake and no amenities. Pool next door closed every day we were there. Hot tub was cold water. Expensive for what you get. Will stay at the state campground next time.

We stay here every summer and it is one of our favorite KOAs. Nice park and right next to the ATV trails. Very nice hosts also.

This park was Accross the street from a cement factory! The park allows fires that grills whole pigs and chickens all day long ! Smoked us out all day and night -totally gross !

Didn’t love the buddy system or that the amenities and activities were at the other KOA. It made it hard to get down there. I reserved the KOA believing I was getting a pool as one of the amenities. My children and I were very disappointed. The office closed too early. Couldn’t use any equipment from the office once the blazing sun had gone down enough to play because the office was closed.

We had a pleasant stay in the campground. It was quite and peaceful during our stay. Wi-fi was great! I didn't use the showers or other areas so I can not speak for them. The one problem I did notice was that the wood of the picnic tables was really showing damage from weather. Had to be really careful to not get wood slivers if you slid across the seat or rubbed your hand on the tabletop.

The campgrounds are nice and the location is easily accessible. I was disappointed in the grass areas ( taking into account for the early time of the year we were there). There were rocks and multiple weeds and dandelions everywhere. The K-9 area was also very rocky and grass in-quite poor condition. The hosts were however great. Friendly, very great conversationalists. Overall Great Stay!

The bathrooms had no hot water, and virtually nowhere to place items off the floor when showering and changing, and no support rods to use for balance. Pool was at the marina, which meant we had to drive to it, and then it wasn’t even heated. We reserved a 30 amp site, but only got a 15 amp site (though the map indicates it is a 30 amp site, the box with our site # on it only had a 15 amp outle

I was really surprised at all the fun things you had to do. The facilities were so well kept. The staff were all so very kind. I just wish the weather would have cooperated (Nothing anyone can do about that).

This KOA and the Marine are owed by the people and our stay was amazing. Joy was so pleasant and kind to help us get all settled in and ran us thru all the amenities between the 2 locations it made all the difference in the world for our stay. We will definitely be back next year!!

We stayed in one of the tent areas. There is ZERO shade. Some of the Rv places have abundant shade. The pool is usable but in another location (a couple of blocks away). The showers are fabulous, the bathrooms are great, and the location can't be beat. Easy walk to shakes, food, and convenience stores.

Great place to stay. It was off the main strip just enough to get decent sleep, but you also have all the perks of the other KOA that has a pool, etc. Clean facility. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. We will stay here again.
