The campground was very clean and maintained really well. It was our first Bear Lake camping trip and from beginning to end Audrey was an amazing host. My boys are non verbal and she was great with them, made us really feel special and informed us on events happening around the camp area. We will definitely be back next season!

From the moment we arrived, Chuck and Audrey made our stay exceptional. Audrey, though not a native to the area, has spends her free time traveling and adventuring. Her extensive knowledge of the local region was remarkable—she provided us with invaluable tips on where to find great food, shopping, lake access, and riding/hiking trails. Chuck gladly went above and beyond to help us too!! Thanks!

It was a great stay for us. Audrey and her husband couldn’t have been more welcoming and willing to help! Audrey even made a welcome card for our special needs daughter. �ϋ� Campground was great!

We really love it. Our friends and I reschedule every year for the next year. They said that can’t happen anymore. We have to call later. I will call but if we can’t get the same spots 34 and 35. I won’t come since we wanted to do it then. I won’t pay this much to sit in the sun without trees. Thanks.

Only spent one night but camp was clean and quiet. Got there late and reservation was waiting in a drop box. When checking out, the host was very friendly.

our trailer faces the other trailer, they had 6 sites for a family reunion. didn't feel like we could even go outside to their party. they stayed up talking and laughing until 1250am. was horrible. Hate that the trailers face each other when you are not in a party. will not return to your campground

We stayed for 4 days in our trailer. We loved it. The. Bathrooms were awesome. The staff was very friendly and the general store had lots of different things that you might need. The trailer spots are a little close to your neighbor. That was the only tiny downside.

The camp host Audrey treated us so kind, very helpful in making sure our stay was good. Campground needs some improvements to the individual sites, no fault of the hosts. I see that they try but no sprinkling systems makes it dusty and dry, sites are not level which could be improved. KOA needs to invest more $$$ in this property. My opinion :)

Arrived after hours and called number for reservations as directed by site. No one answered. Was able to get reservation thro neighboring KOA camp. Picnic tables need to be replaced. Very expensive for quality of campsite.

The lady at the front desk was about the only positive, she was SO nice. There wasn't much shade and it was a dirt lot. All the activities were at the KOA up the street, this reminded me of an overflow area. The town is expensive and busy.

The grass areas are nonexistent, picnic tables are weathered and gave the kids several splinters, management moved our site away from our group despite us paying extra for a specific site. It would have been nice to get an email letting us know that we had to be moved.

Audrey mad our stay so enjoyable. She made us feel so welcome and like a special guest. Thanks for having staff that are so willing to go the extra mile. Every single time we saw anyone from the koa staff they waived and smiled. What a great group.

Worst site on the campground: nearly on the road, no shade, no chance to change the site, fully booked, but 6 sites around us free in the night. Worst KOA campground, too expensive for the offer.

Way overpriced for the condition of the park and amenities available. The advertised grass area at our site was nothing but dried weeds. Dusty and dirty. Exit road was being watered as we left getting our vehicles wet. Very disappointing.

The grass was dead and we had to put out a fire that was outside of the firepit because there was dead grass and leaves around the outside of the firepit and the heat from the firepit caught it on fire. The firepits are so deep that it is hard to cook in them.

We always love staying here. The bathrooms at the end of the camp by the tenters were a horrible mess everyday. We used to remember seeing someone come twice a day to clean. Didn’t see that this time. Loved the reminder texts everyday about the general store etc.

Internet did not work. We were not informed upon check in. We called the hotline, they said it was an ongoing issue and they did not have a timeline for the repair. Huge inconvenience for anyone who paid a premium to stay at a campsite so as to be able to work around the holiday weekend, like us. The front desk woman was rude and not helpful.

This KOA and the Marine are owed by the people and our stay was amazing. Joy was so pleasant and kind to help us get all settled in and ran us thru all the amenities between the 2 locations it made all the difference in the world for our stay. We will definitely be back next year!!

We stayed in one of the tent areas. There is ZERO shade. Some of the Rv places have abundant shade. The pool is usable but in another location (a couple of blocks away). The showers are fabulous, the bathrooms are great, and the location can't be beat. Easy walk to shakes, food, and convenience stores.

Great place to stay. It was off the main strip just enough to get decent sleep, but you also have all the perks of the other KOA that has a pool, etc. Clean facility. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. We will stay here again.
