The KOA was very nice and clean. The biggest problem was the height of the sewer drain. We walked around and they all seemed high - difficult to get the sewage to drain. Also, we were in site 52 and the water spigot leaked terribly. Water leaked the entire time. It was just a total waste of water. The staff was super friendly.

It was hard to sleep there. Woke up at 5:00 one day to some really loud consistent noise. There is some construction going on close by, so maybe that was it. I guess I had higher expectations. The bathrooms were amazing though, and everyone seemed nice. Hookups and everything worked great.

The Site was fine. The 10pm quite time was not enforced. A group was playing loud music well past 10pm with a lot of loud talk and laughter.

Friendly, clean, staff drive around wave say hi and assure quiet hour rules are kept. Loved our camp spot, only negative cigarette butts were left on lawn so feel should have been cleaned up before we arrived.

One night stay. Clean and friendly. Wish there was a pool Here and not just at the marina KOA. Nice location

We've stayed at this campground several times. This year was a bit of a disappointment because we had booked a double site that previously was always fenced in & had a hot tub. Unfortunately, at some point, both the fence & the hot tub were removed, but it wasn't updated on the site when we made our reservations back in January, nor were we told about the change. Lots of staff living there also.

We have stayed with you guys several times at the Trailside. Honestly, this time you could have done better. My friend and I booked " buddy sites" When we got there they had us in sites 46,47. Not buddy sites. we saw site 45 was open and asked the person at the counter to switch us there. He told us all the sites were "locked in". 3 days later 45 was still open. A little more effort please. Thanks

Caretaker is incredible! She answered all my questions, gave us pickleball paddles to use and made us feel very welcome! Bathrooms were clean and accessible. The grounds were picked up and clean. Wonderful stay!

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Despite the campground being full and being the 4th of July holiday weekend, it was quiet. Campsite and facilities were clean and well maintained.

Nice enough campground but tons of better options in the Bear Lake area. Will pick a different one if we go again. People bring multiple vehicles/uhvs/boats & then park them so that they are sticking out into the main driveway. People also tie & leave their large dogs up unattended. This wouldn’t be so bad if you weren’t sharing the area with the campers next to you. No rules are enforced.

Clean, attendant helpful and pleasant. We were about the only non KOA people at the campground. The fee was about double what we paid at Cascade Locks and Bringham. Maybe a lower fee for those not plugging in nor using water nor sewer.

The park is well kept and very clean. The electrical hookups (at least for 30amp) can be a bit confusing as one site's pedestal is share for two sites. This should be explained at check-in time.

Campground not full, plenty of spaces available. Originally put in the smallest, worst site with no shade. Had to ask several times to be put in larger spot with shade. Very overpriced for a gravel space located in industrial area.

The bathrooms were clean and the site adequate for us, but there was no power at our camper/RV site (#44), despite paying for and reserving the space.

Nice, clean, friendly and quiet. Close enough that you can walk to town, grocery and restaurants. Bear Lake is close by and is a beautiful lake. Would definitely stay again.

This KOA and the Marine are owed by the people and our stay was amazing. Joy was so pleasant and kind to help us get all settled in and ran us thru all the amenities between the 2 locations it made all the difference in the world for our stay. We will definitely be back next year!!

We stayed in one of the tent areas. There is ZERO shade. Some of the Rv places have abundant shade. The pool is usable but in another location (a couple of blocks away). The showers are fabulous, the bathrooms are great, and the location can't be beat. Easy walk to shakes, food, and convenience stores.

Great place to stay. It was off the main strip just enough to get decent sleep, but you also have all the perks of the other KOA that has a pool, etc. Clean facility. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. We will stay here again.
