My only problem is it is just too crowded. Everything else is just perfect. Lots to do for the kids. Tons to do nearby. And the hosts were so nice! Throwing candy to the kids...my kids loved that!

We stayed 4 nights. It was quiet and KOA people were friendly. Over all I think it was nice, with grass and shade trees at most sites. Not too happy about the satellite service. No cable available and trying to stream Netflix was a joke. It rained for a day and half. TV would have been nice.

This is a fun, smaller KOA so less busy than the big one. Friendly staff, nice shade trees. There wasn't anyone around at night to monitor so I had to go over myself and ask another group to turn off their music at 11:30pm when quiet hour is 10pm. The restrooms are descent, I'm sure it is difficult to keep them clean all the time with so many people using them.

Overall amenities are in good condition, this site is off the main road behind the KOA by the main road, everything works, just the main drawback not much of a shade, so rely on working awning is a must.

The customer service was amazing! The staff recognized that we were coming in with a handful of kids and signed us a beautiful RV spot right in front of the park. The pool was also fun and wasn't busy. This was the 1st time my children have had to opportunity to go swimming all summer.

Very enjoyable stay. Do suggest to tell staff to not drive carts through occupied sites. Seemed tacky.

The camp ground is quiet. The trees are growing. It was nice.

The only thing we wished it had were more established trees. But this KOA is working on it. They have young trees planted. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Restrooms were very clean. Lots of activities for families. Within walking distance to the center of town. We would stay there again!

There was some communication between us and them. I know this year is different. But you should let your customers know or put it on your website about the visitors. So they know what is happening. But with the covid stuff going on I think your RV are to close together.

Enjoyed our stay, friendly camp hosts, they are driving around the park often and very helpful... They don't have a swimming pool, but KOA campers can use the indoor pool just a short walk away and lifeguards are. on duty.... Yes I would return.

We went July 4th weekend. It was packed. We had a very loud, very large family in tents (a village) with ATV’s behind us. They were up at 7am on their toys. The location is great but for me, I would find a quieter campgrounds next time. Love BEAR lake! I will be back to the area for sure!!

Very nice working with the staff there. You have hired wonderful 'people' people and wow are they hard workers. They deserve a raise.

IWe reserved a site with a 50AMP hook-up and to have a specific spot.When I arrived at check in they had moved me to another spot because “some friends wanted to be by each other”. We ended up putting us in a 20AMP spot which we couldn’t run our air conditioning on which made it very uncomfortable. We also had guests we paid for turned away.

Very nice place to stay. However we on the north end of the park very to the AZV trail. Heard AZVs ripping around there at all hours day and night. I would definitely stay there again, however I would ask for a spot on the SW part of the park.

Is was a great place & people. Very friendly stuff & great customer services. I just want to mention one point though, sometimes the stuff give miss information when they were asked about the area or pool hours etc.

Overall the campground was good, water pressure and clean laundry area and restroom/shower. The checkin however was very annoying. After playing phone tags for a few days prior asking to have 2 sites next or close to each other, the person at the checkin was still unable to arrange this... after waiting >30mins, nothing changed. Next morning multiple sites were unoccupied....bad customer service

Staff is nice and friendly. Don’t love that the sites face one another so you’re basically sharing a strip of grass and looking at each other all day. Our site had lots of garbage in it. Bandaids, beer bottle tops, straws. Bathrooms are clean. Needs more trees. Good location if you don’t want to be right near the water.

Had the nicest people running the KOA this year! The bathrooms were amazing I wouldn’t know I was at a camp grounds. So much for kids to do while we cooked at the camp site.

Always such a great time at bear lake koa. It’s clean and well taken care of. Susan and Hal, some of the camp hosts made us feel welcome and appreciated. Susan came out to the kids regularly and asked them how much fun they were having. We really appreciated the kindness!

This KOA and the Marine are owed by the people and our stay was amazing. Joy was so pleasant and kind to help us get all settled in and ran us thru all the amenities between the 2 locations it made all the difference in the world for our stay. We will definitely be back next year!!

We stayed in one of the tent areas. There is ZERO shade. Some of the Rv places have abundant shade. The pool is usable but in another location (a couple of blocks away). The showers are fabulous, the bathrooms are great, and the location can't be beat. Easy walk to shakes, food, and convenience stores.

Great place to stay. It was off the main strip just enough to get decent sleep, but you also have all the perks of the other KOA that has a pool, etc. Clean facility. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. We will stay here again.
