Staff is very helpful and pleasant! The restrooms are extremely! We loved the jump pad, playground and fenced area to allow our dog off leash to roam. We will come back. :)

We were in one of the little cabins and found it cozy but adequate, except the door was difficult to lock; you had to pull real hard to line up. We were very happy to have an air conditioner since it was very hot all week long. It would have been better if we had a couple of trees to help shade us when we were outside at the picnic table. The campground and restroom facilities were very clean.

Mattress on bed not the most comfortable. Hard to get out of the bed easily if not sleeping on the edge. Liked having fridge, microwave and tv in the room.

Recommendation by Susan for dinner was great along with all her other helpful information. There were some noisy vehicles coming in and out of the campground in the evening, some after dark which was annoying.

Nice clean friendly, lawns last yr. Greener, bathroom shower one in ladies need repair, no one on duty to patrol loose dogs but overall I’d return just can see a difference in a year. The staff in office so very friendly.

We loved everything but the shower in the women’s bathroom (the one with the seat) had no water pressure. It was only a drizzle and was not well maintained. I haven’t had this experience before so I wanted to share this feedback so it can be improved. Thanks for a great stay!

I rented one of the smaller cabins in order to have a convenient place to stay while attempting to complete the Bear Lake Trifecta (3 marathons, 3 consecutive days, 3 different states). My stay could not have been more wonderful. Clean, comfortable accommodations in the cabin. Immaculate bathrooms and showers. Friendly staff. Quiet neighbors. I could even use the other KOA's facilities!

We rented a cabin and it was PERFECT! This is truly the BEST KOA we have ever encountered. Clean, convenient, and close to trails and lake, it really is the perfect choice.

The campground a facilities were clean and well kept. Mattresses in the cabins were fairly comfortable. I would stay here again. Would have been nice to have a bench or chair in showers to place items, not everything hangs on hooks.

We have been traveling to the Bear Lake KOA every summer for the last 15 years. A few of the camp hosts this year were awful. One male host was very aggressive and rude to a family who didn't speak English very well as they were playing volleyball. They clearly had there bracelets on, but he continually questioned them about staying there and said he was going to call the sheriff.

Workers were very friendly! Please don’t run the ace truck up and down the road before 8 am...we want to sleep and it was loud! Also require garbage truck to be after 8 am ..rude awakening! Bathrooms including showers need more frequent cleanings on busy days!! Price was a little steep for cabin with no bath

My family and I stayed in one of the cabins, it was the perfect size for our family of six. It was clean and well kept. The bathrooms and showers were updated and very clean. The refund things to do for the kids like play on the playground and other games. We definitely will return.

Very nice! Kabin was well-equipped and quiet, beds were comfortable, and the air-conditioner was a nice "extra". Also, the managers were very pleasant and helpful. It was a little hard to find and get to, especially with another KOA in town.

The microwave oven was dirty and the floor in the cabin we stayed in was sticky but the cabin was nice. The bathrooms were nice and clean.

Joey as well as the rest of the staff were super helpful. Our room and bathroom were clean. This all made the trip as perfect as possible!

The staff were very friendly and outgoing, Although it is not the most scenic KOA we have experienced, the staff kept the area SPOTLESSLY CLEAN. Bear Lake/Trail Side KOA is EXTREMELY KID FRIENDLY.. We would return.

We arrived pretty late but there was no way for us to get in. There was nothing for us in the late arrival box. We slept in our cars. The lady who opened up in the morning was very sweet and accomidating. She didnt charge us fot the 1st night of course. We had stayed at the other Garden City KOA so this one is a not as enjoyable. Might stay if everything.else is booked.

It was difficult to get a hold of staff sometimes. There's a call box if no one is in the office during office hours but no one answers the call box when I used it to get a hold of someone. This site is very quiet at night which was great.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and efficient. The bathrooms and showers were very clean and comfortable. I stayed in a cabin and found it to be spotless when arriving. Only thing I found lacking was any amenities- like a grilling station. Also, there definitely needs to be more water put on the grass. Much of it was dying or dead.

It was very nice. The cabin we were in was just right and restrooms were clean. It was quiet which we enjoyed. They had everything we needed including sunscreen. We will stay there again

This KOA and the Marine are owed by the people and our stay was amazing. Joy was so pleasant and kind to help us get all settled in and ran us thru all the amenities between the 2 locations it made all the difference in the world for our stay. We will definitely be back next year!!

We stayed in one of the tent areas. There is ZERO shade. Some of the Rv places have abundant shade. The pool is usable but in another location (a couple of blocks away). The showers are fabulous, the bathrooms are great, and the location can't be beat. Easy walk to shakes, food, and convenience stores.

Great place to stay. It was off the main strip just enough to get decent sleep, but you also have all the perks of the other KOA that has a pool, etc. Clean facility. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. We will stay here again.
