It is always nice to be at Bearlake Small lakeside community and accommodations The staff go out of their way way to assist The cabin is comfortable and clean I like refrigerator and microwave The only thing is TV mount up near ceiling I don’t watch TV but at end of day The news I don’t watch TV because my days are full I’ll return certainly in the future

Travelling for 2 weeks by motorcyles. I called ahead before booking to confirm that there is grills and a dish sink available, but once arrived we were told we needed to walk 1/2 mile with our food and dishes to have our meals use the ones at the Marina side KOA down the road. Staff had no knowledge of the local area or where to access a public beach directing us 9 mi back to a paid beach

As a holiday camper I felt very unwelcome. It was demanded that I remove my camping from the grass by an off duty employee that was not even in uniform, but the perm folks got to keep theirs. I also was harassed by several folks because I was speeding. I was going 6. I rented 2 spots and 4 cabins just to be harassed in front of my family. I am a VP of the third largest private employer in Idaho.

Very clean facilities. They made it easy when we checked in late and checked out early. Very prompt when responding by email. Not sure why they have a phone number listed if they don't answer it. DVD player was broken, but everything else worked and was as described. Very convenient location to get to the beach and into town. Friendly and respectful community.

We stayed in a camping cabin and found it to be clean and comfortable. Great place to be if you like fishing and boating.

Camp site was clean and they constantly had workers driving around ensuring the cleanliness. We booked a cabin with Audrey and she was amazing to work with. Overall, the trip to Bear lake is never a bust. We will be returning for the 4th year in a row next year.

We arrived after check in hours to two cabins. The bigger one for 6 was filled with spiders. We even saw a black widow and we were all scared to sleep there but since it was night time we bought a non toxic spider spray and ended up sleeping there. I feel like the staff should check the cabins for spiders and fix the big hole underneath the door that didn’t close tight.

Not many large trees would be my only complaint. The showers were nice, the bathrooms were clean, and all the activities to do for the kids and the family were pretty good. Really no complaints here.

Audrey was the best! She checked us in and was so so kind during our whole stay. The KOA had great entertainment too, in addition to the lake side sister KOA.

My stay was great! My kids had lots things to do. From jumping pad, basketball, volleyball, horseshoe and pickleball and playground. There is activities such as sand art, tie dye and scavenger hunt and movies on the weekend.

Great place to stay! The camping cabin was perfect! There's so many activities to do and the staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great and close to the lake and restaurants.

You need new management or office help. I’ve never been more frustrated. We canceled tent sites and then got charged for them. Bathrooms were locked for cleaning from 9pm to morning after I called. My kids staying in the cabins couldn’t get in. The office help was so unfriendly. Can’t express that enough. We’ll be back but I hope things are different next time or we will try the Marina ko

We've stayed at this KOA every year for the past 6 years and this year was considerably different. Our cabin was not swept out (and hadn't been for a while), the bathrooms were out of soap and toilet paper, the showers barely had water pressure, and the new fire pits were not buried in the ground- which made them so high that we couldn't see the fire at all. It was very disappointing.

We got there and couldnt get our cabin(k1) open. Maintence came, you had to do a bunch of weird stuff to get it open. Then it never licked properly. The air would go off and i would have to put in fan mode, still went off. Then filter light went on. Just was hot and not fun to deal with this. The staff was not very informative at all. I had to request information, like g as rb as ge, pool etc.

I enjoyed our stay! We will be back! Here's the "please update/fix" list. Our door to our cabin wouldn't open all the way. Made it hard to get in and out. Weather stripping needs to be looked at. The bathroom locks, mats, cleaning needs to be more thorough. So will all this being said. It still wasn't bad! So I don't want to discourage anyone!! These are easy fixes! Kind staff! Beautiful grounds!

This KOA and the Marine are owed by the people and our stay was amazing. Joy was so pleasant and kind to help us get all settled in and ran us thru all the amenities between the 2 locations it made all the difference in the world for our stay. We will definitely be back next year!!

We stayed in one of the tent areas. There is ZERO shade. Some of the Rv places have abundant shade. The pool is usable but in another location (a couple of blocks away). The showers are fabulous, the bathrooms are great, and the location can't be beat. Easy walk to shakes, food, and convenience stores.

Great place to stay. It was off the main strip just enough to get decent sleep, but you also have all the perks of the other KOA that has a pool, etc. Clean facility. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. We will stay here again.
